Enjoy this wonderful beach inspired unit with a great pool view and a private balcony just a few steps away from the beach and Gulf waters. The master bedroom has a cozy queen bed with newly appointed bedding and flat screen TV. The kids are sure to love the fun bunk beds with cozy bedding. The bathroom offers a glass enclosed shower with a single vanity. The living room offers a new sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully stocked with housewares, a stove, a microwave, and kitchen utensils. Linens and towels are provided for your convenient use. There is also a CD stereo system for your listening pleasure. There is a centrally located coin operated laundry room also for your convenience.

We came in early on the 18th. Request check in early call and ask. They respond and said wait for the email,but didnt see anything. At 4pm check in, came to the room, room is completely DIRTY. Town,trash everywhere from the kitchen to the bathroom,rest room. Towel lay on the floor dirty and wet.

Cool Adventure!

We had a great time! The beach was so close and lots of restaurants and stores are located near there. The location is amazing because the back porch is facing the pool. FYI you have to pay to do Laundry every time $3.75. It would be nice if you put some privacy curtains in the room, when the sun hits in the morning it’s super bright inside 🙂 It could also use a good deep cleaning in the shower. We had a great time we look forward to book again in the future!

Great trip , cottage lacks comfort

So we’ve vacationed at the cottages 3 times now In the past five years . So far we’ve loved our stay in all of the cottages . Sadly our last choice was already booked so we went ahead and booked a different cottage ( 15A ) . To say the least it lacked charm , not only was the furniture flimsy and chair broken , the air vents looked as if the filter wasn't changed in a year ( grey dust all around it and ceiling) We had to vacuum the outside of the vent so our asthmatic daughter could sleep comfortably . The last two cottages had so many amenities and television channels but this one only had basic cable . the wifi was terrible as well but OVERALL it was doable .

Disgusting!!!!! Do not stay here!!!

I am sooo very disappointed at how disgusting our stay was. Roaches all over the kitchen!, the air vents full mold and some nasty fluff!, this has been the most disgusting place we have ever stayed in!! We will be asking for a full refund for this horrible experience that Vacasa put us through! I have pictures of how nasty! This place was, if needed.

Not good!

Mold in the bathroom ( made my daughter sick) many things broken ( both balcony chairs and one dining room chair). Needs updated and deep cleaned. Has potential but not taken care of at all. Loved the property but very disappointed with this cottage

Could have been better.

The refrigerator needs to be replaced it leaks and is rusted on the side. The shower was not cleaned. It stunk when we got there. We love staying at the Nantucket Rainbow cottages . It is walking distance to the beach and the location is close to shopping. Not one of the better units.

Don’t take small children....incredibly filthy

The location of the property is 5 stars....the cleanliness is -10. Visible mold not only on the shower door and fixtures but also in a large area on the ceiling around the vent. Visible dirt, mold and hair along baseboards and in corners behind doors. Every AC vent was caked with dust and in some rooms the dust accumulation spread up the wall/ceiling. The light fixture in the hall bunk bead area was broken and literally hanging by electrical wires. One of the windows in the living room had a sheet hanging as a window covering which was helping to hide the broken mini blinds that appeared like someone had tried to tear them down. The kitchen was equally filthy with a very visible rust issue on the side of the fridge. Upon closer inspection it was not only rust but splattered food that had never been cleaned off. The balcony had 3 broken chairs that could only be used to hang wet clothes on because sitting on the jagged plastic could have literally caused injury. If extra cleaning measures are being taken due to COVID, you can’t tell. The property manager should seriously evaluate the cleaning staff. If I’d had small children I would’ve left immediately. It’s unfortunate that such little care and concern goes in to the upkeep of such a wonderful property.

Expected a little more based on the posting

It was a good location, easy check in and check out, and a decent price; however, there was no dishwasher, there was mold on ceiling in bathroom which flared up some allergies in my kids, the top stair rail was broken so that was a safety issue, batteries in remotes were dead which was just a minor irritation, and only one partial roll of toilet paper was provided. We just expected a little more based on the listing.

Very dirty and unhealthy

The property was not very clean. We have multiple photos of things! The floors felt like they had not been swept. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling vent and hairballs between the cabinet and shower. The shower floor was dirty as well. The first night we pulled our bed covers back and there was sand all over the sheets. A day after we got there, I had to go get medicine for my daughter because of the dust and mold. My family has been coming to the Crystal Beach area for the past 10 years and this has been the worst place by far we have ever stayed at. I will not be staying here again!!!

It was great for location

The location was great and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. The only thing negative was it was not very clean and the sofa bed and couch was broken down and very uncomfortable. Other than it was great !
