Wonderful meals may be prepared in the kitchen equipped with full-size refrigerator, stovetop oven, microwave, and dishwasher and enjoyed at the dining room table that will comfortably seat four people or two people may sit at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is also furnished with toaster, blender, coffee maker, basic cooking utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. In the master bedroom, there is a Queen bed and also a television for late-night viewing. Access to the bathroom is from the bedroom or hall. Gulfview II is located on Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach, just a short walk or bike ride to the crystal-clear Gulf waters. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
