Safe gated community | 24/7 manned security gate.

💡All our listings are located inside secure resorts. The DL is used to pre-register the guest(s) into the Security Gate system. Guests will be asked to provide that same DL at the Security Gate upon initial arrival.

If your travel party is arriving in more than one (1) 🚙car, each car🚐 will need to be registered and have its own gate pass. A valid driver’s license is required for each driver.

FAMILIES welcome: All the amenities you’ll need Highchair and pack-and-play.

Pool heating♨️ is available from 8:00am to 10:00pm. The fee is $40 per night. A nice luxury during the winter months*

The pool is heated up to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Pool will take a few hours to reach the set temperature every morning, depending on overnight ambient temperature and/or rainfall.

To keep our properties in top condition, regular servicing and maintenance🛠 are necessary.
While you're here, expect weekly lawn care 🚜 & pool maintenance🏊🏼‍♀️ services.

*Windsor Hills takes pride in delivering 5⭐️ amenities. Resurfacing the resort pool💦 is a significant step toward maintaining high-quality amenities for guests.

September 2024 is just around the corner, and it's exciting to anticipate the upgraded pool💦 area. However, as with any construction project, weather can be a factor. With favorable weather conditions, a smooth and efficient resurfacing process is expected to take roughly 4 weeks. September 5- October 6.

It's a great initiative to enhance the overall experience for visitors, and the patience and understanding of guests during this period is greatly appreciated. The updated pool💦 will contribute to an even more enjoyable and luxurious stay for everyone 🩱🩳.
