Spacious living room with sleeper sofa, flat screen TV in the living room and 1 TV in the bedroom, direct access to outside parking space and coin-op laundry. This unit offers the best of 2 worlds: quiet and residential area with quick access to the city.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available at $10/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, quiet, located on a beautiful street and close to the train to take you to the airport and into town. There were good walking possibilities, food shopping closeby and local restaurants. Did not need a car.

Perfectly Adequate

Essentially what I expected - a place to stay while attending the US Open. Great location. Pictures accurately reflected apt. Stocked. My main issue was that one of the remotes for the tv was missing and the tv didn't work in any event. It took 2 days to get someone to fix it and bring necessary remote. We had intended to attend the Open for several hours and then watch what we had missed in the evening but were unable to do that. Also, the couch was VERY uncomfortable - really unsleepable. I had a male friend (not partner) with me and he was forced to sleep on it which didn't help his back. I thought the materials said there was a featherbed which might have helped but I didn't find it. I would rent again, but I would suggest better directions/instructions that applied to the apt in question, and including a checklist for the cleaning crew that said check if 2 remotes and that tv works. If the materials say something is in the apartment it should be there. Finally, it would be helpful in getting access to the apt to say that there are several lockboxes on the railing and this is the one with your apt. Otherwise a pleasant stay in a good location.

Location location!

The apartment was great and I can’t say enough about the beautiful neighborhood. I only wish we weren’t so busy with the Harvard commencements as we would have liked to explore the immediate area more.
