Terrific 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath oceanfront condo with great views of the ocean. Villa 131 has an electric fireplace in the living room and a 55-inch smart TV. This villa is warm and inviting and has a ground floor patio with an ocean view along with a master bedroom balcony overlooking the ocean! Beach access is not far away. Swimming pool, laundry, fitness center, bike rentals, restaurant & gift shop on site.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Villas by the Seas has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

Nearest Beach Boardwalk Crossover: Driftwood Beach only. Hurricane Helene damaged the stairs providing access to the lower beach and water at low tide for all Villas By The Sea Boardwalks. Direct beach access from the Villas by the Sea is not available at this time.

***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
