The CHRISTINE flat is a one-bedroom apartment for 2 to 5 people. It is located in the middle of the pine forest, in the centre of Lège and just a stone's throw from the ocean beaches and Cap Ferret.

This charming 42 m2 T2 flat is located on the 1st floor of a modern residence. In the heart of the pine forest, you'll be lulled by birdsong and the light streaming through the pines.
In a quiet part of the village of Lège, you'll be just a few kilometres from the Grand Crohot beach and the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula.

The flat comprises
a cosy living/dining room with sofa bed (140x190cm)
a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (with filter coffee machine and Senseo)
a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 BZ bed
a pretty 10 m2 covered balcony terrace facing east, where you can enjoy your breakfasts and aperitifs at the dining table and in the sitting area
a shower room with closed WC

accessible by stairs (no lift).

the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a combined oven, a fridge-freezer, a 2-burner induction hob, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a washing machine, a senseo and filter coffee maker and all the necessary crockery.

In July and August, we welcome you every day except Saturday.
Pets are welcome but access to the sofa and beds is forbidden and the accommodation must be cleared of hair and faeces before you leave.
It is forbidden to organise a party in this accommodation, the residence is quiet and should remain so.
No smoking
Deposit to be paid by credit card: you will receive an email the week before your arrival. The deposit will not be debited. A flat-rate charge of approximately 2% of the amount of the deposit will be payable by you, corresponding to the cost of taking out insurance in the event of a dispute.
Possibility of depositing the deposit in the form of a cheque on arrival (please specify this before your arrival).

The Lege-Cap-Ferret peninsula is full of little corners of paradise, starting with its 10 villages dotted around the peninsula.
Frédhélian, chez Hortense, le Mimbeau, les cabanes tchanquées, Jane de Boy, le banc d'Arguin and la pointe aux chevaux are all names that conjure up images of holidays, sunshine and relaxation? when you come to Cap Ferret, they'll hold no more secrets for you.
You'll be able to stroll through the streets of Cap Ferret, enjoy the natural surroundings, take a walk or go for a swim on both the Basin and Atlantic sides, do your shopping... without taking your car, and stroll through the famous Cap Ferret market.
And let's not forget the many oyster-farming ports on the peninsula and throughout the Basin, all different but all charming. You won't be able to leave without wandering through the narrow streets of each port, tasting the oysters of the Basin in the oyster huts, discovering the work of our seafaring farmers and climbing the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
By bike, you can reach the many beaches of the ocean thanks to the vast network of cycle paths.
Thanks to the boat shuttle or the many taxi boats, you can easily get to Arcachon to climb the famous Dune du Pilat, visit the winter town or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun set from the terrace of La Coorniche.

Not far away are the châteaux of the Médoc, the great vineyards of Bordeaux, the splendid city of Bordeaux and all the hidden treasures of this beautiful region.

Cap Ferret market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September, then on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays the rest of the year.
Piraillan market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September
Marché d'Arès: every Tuesday morning
Marché d'Andernos: every Friday morning in the open air and covered market (open according to season)
Lège Bourg market: every Saturday morning.

You can do your shopping in the mini-markets of the Presqu'île: the Petit Casino or go to the Super U in Claouey. There's also a Leclerc shopping centre in Arès.

Sun or rain, hot or cold, high or low tide, as a couple or with the family... you'll always find something to do on the Basin... and you'll always want to come back!
