Great beach house located just steps away from Cherry Grove Beach in North Myrtle Beach! This home sleeps 22 comfortably with 8 Bedrooms, 7 Full Baths, and 3800 SF of living space! There are (2) Master King Bedrooms with en suit baths, (2) Double King rooms with attached baths, (2) Twin rooms with attached baths, (1) Swing/King room, (1) Double Queen room and (1) Full Size Sleeper Sofa if needed. Every bedroom has its own Smart TV & DVD, including one in the Family Room. This home also includes a game room with a pool table & Smart TV, a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, family room, another full bath and 3 Balconies with amazing views of the salt water marsh! Two of the balconies are attached to the Master Bedrooms. Plus, the home is conveniently located across from the beach! Come back from a day at the Beach or golf and enjoy the Pool, hot tub, 3 outdoor charcoal grills and large picnic table all available for your enjoyment. A variety of nearby restaurants, shops and entertainment options are sure to please everyone in your group. You are also only steps away from the salt water marsh for crabbing and flounder fishing for your vacation enjoyment. If your a golfer, host your next Grand Strand premier golf getaway in this home, which fits (6) foursomes when you play on one of the top courses nearby.

There is parking for 4 vehicles under the house and access to overflow parking if requested prior. House parties, loud noise and extra vehicles are prohibited on premises. Violation of this can result in eviction.

There is a Linens & Departure Cleaning fee that is added to each reservation at time of booking.

Family of 18

Our family of 18 had plenty of room inside this massive house. The dinning room table sat 10 and the kitchen bar 5 so most of us could eat in the same room. The beach is about a 75 yard walk and has easy access. The parking was fine, had to move cars around some but that was to be a expected. The pool next door is shared and not very big so if a large group settles into it early don’t plan on using it. The house has two refrigerators but no way to make ice. So plan to buy ice each day (ICE machine is $2.50 for 16 pound bag, DO NOT go to the IGA Store and pay $5.00 for 7 lbs) Would use this property again. Great communication with owners.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Well appointed condo. Beds were very comfortable. Owner responsive to emails. Elliot Property Management Co. very responsive to all our needs when required. Pool/Hot tub and area very well maintained daily. Parking is adequate. Area is peaceful and the is Condo has a great view of the back bay. Would definitely rent again.

Great family vacation location

House was as advertised and handled our family of 20 easily. Few extra bugs even though they sprayed the day we checked in. They just kept coming! Will submit feedback for property management on items We felt they should address (cleanliness).

Great location, perfect for extended family

We easily accommodated 4 generations of family, 19 in total. While 3 sets of stairs were not desired, the multi-story layout cut down on noise from rambunctious cousins on the living floor. Game room was enjoyed, and the walk to the beach was easy, even with gear in tow. Was a bit noisy at times during the day from loud music at the pool, immediately adjacent, but I’m sure that at most times people don’t bring their loudspeakers on vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped. Lori communicated very well with us and went out of her way personally to prepare for our arrival.

Beautiful, well stocked & roomy

4 families- 20 people stayed in this lovely home. We all enjoyed the layout of the house. The teens spent many hours playing pool & checkers n the game room: One of our favorite aspects of the house was the overlook to the marsh . The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the rooms were open & comfortable. The one unfortunate aspect is that the balconies sit right on a pretty busy, noisy road beside the marsh. The other rental homes & the cayman community pool are located directly under & next to the house. Our vaca neighbors were very loud with screaming children. This took away from the potential peace we could have experienced. This is simply a personal preference to a quiet, peaceful place. I did not realize that so many people were vacationing in such a small area. Overall, we all loved the house & enjoyed our time there.

The location is excellent, with views of the sunset on the bay & only steps from the beach!

Wonderful! The hone was completely stocked with everything you need for the kitchen and bathrooms! Views were excellent of the ocean & the bay. It was the perfect home doe our large extended family of almost 20 people ranging in age from 5-75! I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed! The host was so accessible by email and messaging and even text with last minute questions and recommendations! It’s a 10!

Family weekend

Big beautiful house with great access to the beach and plenty of room and bathrooms! Overall the place was tidy and incredibly well-stocked with kitchen pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc.The owner was great and very communicative. The property management company was a little iffy. The comforters clearly hadn't been cleaned when we arrived and the management company asked if we could just wash them ourselves. Eventually, they kindly brought some blankets even though it was after hours for them. And then they came again the next day to bring comforters, since they didn't actually have any available after hours the day before. We continued to get slightly wrong sizes, but it wasn't a problem. When I called to ask about overflow parking, they said to come in and ask at the front desk if we needed a pass. We were only there for 4 days, and I ended up talking to them on 3 of them, and getting unclear answers every time. The owner was great about keeping in touch with them and helping out.

Great Family Vacation

very spacious and great location/proximity to the beach. The view of the waterway from the balcony provided some incredible sunsets. Plenty of room for our family and great vacation spot. This was our 3rd stay in Myrtle Beach, and our favorite spot. The area is very family friendly.
