Sunset Daydream - Updated Luxury - Beachfront Paradise Condo!

If you are working from home, why not do it overlooking the beach? Enjoy panoramic SW Gulf views from the wrap-around lanai. This spectacular, renovated 3BR, 2BA condo, overlooks the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. Sunsets are magnificent all year long! Perfect for families, several couples, or grandparents with kids and grand kids. This property has all the charm, ambiance and amenities that make it your best choice for enjoying the Naples area.

This unit has full-view sliders to the lanai and breathtaking views from the master. The bathrooms were updated in July, 2020 and all new kitchen appliances in 2021. There are two tables inside to work from, one on the lanai, and the coffee table lifts to create a work table. There is also a wireless printer. New living room couch and chairs and lanai furniture!

The master bedroom boasts a split-king adjustable bed. One guest bedroom has king bed while the other guest bedroom offers two twin XL size beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. This well-equipped and family-friendly unit offers four smart TV's, cable TV, high-speed wireless internet access, washer/dryer, and an electric grill.

The building amenities include a beach side heated swimming pool with sun patio, and a tennis court located across the street. Fully stocked unit with extra linens, baby items (high chair, pack-n-play, cups, plates, silverware, monitor, sound machine, safety items), games, puzzles, books, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys.

You will be able to access the whole condo and all the building amenities.

We have one reserved parking place and guest parking across the street.

The owner lives in Illinois, but is always available through text or calls for any problems or questions.

Only 25 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport and conveniently located between Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Beach, this property is close to everything! Walk or bike to either beach, The Turtle Club, La Playa, The Ritz, and much more. The nearby Waterside Shops, Venetian Village, and Mercado offer some of the best shopping and dining in Naples.

Christmas Beach Vacay!

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay! The unit was clean and very well kept. We loved the decor too, it has a great beach vibe! It's a corner unit over looking the pool and has spectacular sunset views too. It's great being able to walk out directly on the beach, which is never as crowded. Also, the host is great. She is very accessible, responsive, and accommodating. We highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Ruth's apartment! Ruth truly does everything to make her guests happy. The apartment was excellently equipped and very cozy - we felt right at home. The long walks on the beach were delightful, and the sunsets were simply breathtaking. We highly recommend Ruth's place and would love to come back!

Just Perfect!!

Really, "just perfect" summarizes our experience. Ruth Wenzel was a lovely hostess/owner who gave great recommendations for eating out. The condo was as pictured: beautifully furnished and very fresh. Everything you could need was available and the view was to die for!! Highly recommended!

Beautiful stay in Naples

My family stayed in Ruth’s home for 2 weeks over Christmas. It was lovely and a great place to stay. We loved being so close to the beach. We played pickleball across the street. We were able to make healthy dinners easily made with a well stocked kitchen full of pots and pans. We are hoping to stay again sometime.

Wonderful location

This condo is located on gulf shores drive on an uncrowded section of beach featuring breathtaking sunset viewing. Condo looks exactly like pictures and is clean and furnished nicely. The unit was stocked with lots of beach items: chairs, towels, toys...a definite plus. It was lovely and we hope to stay again. Owner was very pleasant and returned any calls within minutes. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful setting and beautiful condo

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Ruth is VERY responsive and ensured everything was just right for us. The views are amazing - sunsets from almost every window! The location is amazing - close to so many restaurants. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Automated recliners, multiple places to enjoy a meal or work remotely, and state of the art appliances. We're hoping to be back next summer!

Incredible Sunsets!!!

Ruth was excellent to work with! Communication was great. Condo building is almost "new" after the hurricane. Pool area is very nice. Brand new paved walkway out to the beach area is perfect to take your chairs out and watch the magnificent sunsets. Great location for restaurants, beach walks, and short drive to downtown Naples! Condo is well maintained and very clean! Can't go wrong!!

AhhhMazing!

I stayed at this property with my family and had the most AMAZING time! The condo is lovely and so well equipped with everything you need. The location is steps from the beach and pool, and a short drive or even walk to many restaurants. We spent time relaxing, watching sunsets, mini golfing, playing cards, fishing, taking shelling trips, eco tours and air boat rides. There is so much to do in the Naples area, we went out to the Marco Island area too. After all our adventures it was so nice to come back to the quiet peaceful Vanderbilt Beach and just relax. Cannot wait to return!

Dream condo

Nicer than advertised! This condo feels like a home, as Ruth has clearly made great efforts to furnish and appoint the condo. Bigger than we thought, and cannot beat the location. We loved falling asleep each night to the sound of the waves. Several times, we thought, "Wouldn't it be nice if we had __." Low and behold, after opening a few closets/drawers, it would turn out Ruth had already thought of this. We would love to return!

Wonderful Condo With Amazing Views

This condo is very comfortable, nicely decorated, modern, extremely well stocked and right on the beach. What more could you ask for? The views of the sunsets are amazing. While the ground level of the building is still under construction for hurricane repairs, Ruth was great at communicating the updates to us in advance. She is super nice and was responsive to any questions we had. Although we have historically stayed on Bonita Beach for the previous 18 years we will definitely consider coming back to Sunset Daydream in Naples. Our family had a great, relaxing beach vacation! First time renter

We've been staying in a hotel on Vanderbilt Beach for 25 years but this is our first experience of renting there. A family emergency resulted in an unexpected trip from the UK and we wanted the privacy, peace and space of a rental. Ruth made the overall process so easy with excellent and prompt communication, sorting out any minor issues quickly. We knew the condo would be in an excellent location, with stunning views and an outstanding beach, but the condo itself was well presented with absolutely everything you could wish to find (and more) in a rental. Watching the dolphins, manatee, osprey and other wildlife from the lanai each day with a coffee/glass of wine was a real pleasure. Thank you Ruth, we hope to back again soon

The perfect beach getaway

First off, it's in mint condition and very clean. Fully stocked with everything you need for a family, including small children. It lives bigger than the square footage because all three bedrooms are down a hallway. The views out the master bedroom are priceless. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, with it's large opening to the family room, it's a perfect way to spend an evening. The building is quiet. Only 24 units, so the pool is never crowded. The beach puts this place over the top. The location of the building is far enough away from public access that it literally is deserted. Sunsets are spectacular, in true Vanderbilt beach style. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Holiday Season Vacation in North Naples

This Beach front 3 bedroom condo was amazing! Stayed during the Christmas/New Years holiday. Fantastic Beach weather in late Dec/early Jan and enjoyed the powder white sand Vanderbilt Beach immensely. Right outside your door. Condo Lanai views were spectacular... gorgeous sunsets. Unit was very clean and fully stocked with all of your daily needs for a stress free vacation. Owner was most gracious. Nice location, great accommodations, lots to do in area... shopping, dining (5 minute drive to Mercato) and recreational activities nearby. Would highly recommend

Very nice stay

The condo was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. My daughter and grand-kids had a great time. Enjoyed the beach and the nearby state park. We were impressed on how well the condo was stocked with necessities. Much better than any of the others we have been to over the years.

My husband David and I are from a Chicago, IL suburb and we are parents to 6 adult children and 6 grandchildren (so far). We didn't travel much when our kids were young, but we started to travel a bit after our youngest went off to college. We vacationed on Vanderbilt Beach a few years ago and fell in love with the area and all the nearby amenities. My husband was nearing retirement and we hoped to start spending even more time in Florida, so we decided to start looking for our own piece of paradise!

We looked for a condo on the beach that would suit our needs, but would also make a good rental property. We finally found this gem in April 2019! We remodeled the unit to update the decor and to make it more comfortable and better able to suit the needs of different rental groups.

After COVID hit, we decided to add a home in the Naples Park area to our portfolio. We found this remodeled bungalow that is less than a mile from the beach and purchased it in October 2020. Again, we set it up to accommodate either families, several couples, or multi-generation families.

We added a third property - another Naples Park bungalow - in October 2021 and remodeled it to bring it up to our rental standards.

We are thrilled to have an end unit that faces Southwest. We can watch the sunrises and magnificent sunsets from the different lanais in the condo. We are just steps away from Vanderbilt Beach; one of the most highly rated beaches in Florida, with it's sugar white sand. We are close to the airport and some of the best shopping and dining in Naples!
