The Pineapple Villa 🍍 A Beachy Home Away from Home

The Pineapple Villa is located right off Beach Blvd! It’s just a short 5 minute walk from the front door to the sand🏝 👙🐠

The Villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy living room area, a kitchen with bar seating, a dining area and the perfect little balcony to sip your morning coffee on!

We provide free WiFi for your personal and business internet needs and a streaming stick for you to log into streaming services (or you can bring your Firestick/Roku/Apple TV and you're good to go)! Please note: there is no cable at the condo.

The Master bedroom offers a king size bed with private on suite bathroom and is on the opposite side of the condo from the secondary bedroom for added privacy. The secondary bedroom offers a queen size bed and a private bathroom as well.

The Villa can comfortably accommodate 4 adults, up to 6, if arranged with air mattress or 2 rollaway beds provided by us.

In addition, there is an attached private garage for your car as well as parking spaces near the building. 2 beautiful, resort-style pools with hot tub, splash pad area, a playground and a covered eating/lounging area!

Located on the line between Biloxi and Gulfport, this location offers quick access to eateries, shopping, fishing, the Coliseum, ballgames, gaming, historical venues, eco-tours, museums, art studios and the beautiful 26-mile sugar-white sand beach.

Another great stay
Had a great time at Legacy Villas. Property is very well kept. Two pools in the complex. Close proximity to casinos, and restaurants. Unit was very clean upon arrival. Host is very easy to communicate with. Check in information was easy to follow. Another added benefit was the secured entrance to the complex, and a security guard on site. It was great to have an attached garage.

Love spending time in Gulfport on our way to FL The best thing about this home is the attached garage. We did have quite a lot of rain and wind and it was so nice to pull into our garage and not get wet!! If you have trouble with stairs, unfortunately this may not work for you! There are stairs from the garage to the unit!

Perfect location for our stay in Biloxi for a dance competition at the Coliseum. Gated property so we felt safe coming and going late at night. Host was helpful and place was very clean. Will definitely be staying again!

Awesome experience and facility
Everything about this property was on point and as advertised. The one suggestion I have is that the toilets are too low and will pose a problem to anyone with knee problems or the elderly. Install chair height and you have the perfect utopia. Personal garage, awesome. ***** all the way.

Can't say enough good things
I would give an overall five-star rating on all aspects of this location. Had a little bit of a hard time online at first but that was no fault of the host, the Vrbo and Affirm app acted a little funky, but Lauren stuck it out with me and worked it through and was able to help me with the confirmation, which I just want to say again that I greatly appreciated the patience! After that the entire trip was really awesome! My wife and I thought that the home was really beautiful and comfortable, very clean, and my son's really enjoyed getting to go to the beach as well as all the amenities like the pool area in the back. The location was really wonderful and relatively close to just about anything one would want to do. The coffee and the filters were very appreciated! (Thanks Lauren! We miss you already!)

Short walk to the beach.
We had a wonderful stay at the “Pineapple Condo.” It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great…..only a short walk to the beach. Lauren was a great hostess and was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay again.

Like the location and condo was really clean
The one thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner was controlled by nest thermostat And it kept being cut off and would take a couple of hours to cool down because it was being controlled by property owner I guess someone with the app on their phone and it got so hot at night

Wonderful home away from home
My family and i stayed 4 nights and had a great time! The location could not be better, and the townhome is comfortable and clean. Check in and out were a breeze. They had everything we needed, the beds are VERY comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our 2 year old to play. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the pineapple villa this weekend. The location was great, so easy for us to get to the convention center! The train was a bit of a surprise - but reminded us of staying at my grandparents house when I was little. May be loud for anyone with babies sleeping! Thanks Lauren for everything!

Great value
My 2 sons and I stayed here for fall break. As a single mother, I felt very safe in the neighborhood. It is a gated community, and people were super friendly. The beach is close by, but it is near a busy road. So if you enjoy hearing the sound of the waves, you'll need to go to a different part of the beach, because all you can hear is traffic. With that said, the condo is minutes away from Biloxi Beach by car. It is a nice beach with restaurants, activities, and a boardwalk. It's about 1.5 hours from New Orleans, which we took a few day trips to. The condo has a garage to park your car in, and all the basic necessities for kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms were provided. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. There is a train that passes fairly often that makes the building shake and you can hear the train whistle, but for us, that was part of the charm. Unfortunately the pool with the splash pad was closed for repairs and so was the hot tub, but the other pool was open, and we generally had the whole pool to ourselves. Lauren was very pleasant and quick to respond although we didn't need to contact her with any concerns, because it was all fantastic! It really is a great value for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a garage!

We are definitely regulars now!!
With this being our first weekend vacation in years, and our first time visiting Biloxi, it was everything we expected!!! We loved the Pineapple theme throughout the home, very bright and cheerful. Lauren was super amazing and on top of all questions I had during our entire stay, day or night. Very clean and beautiful home. We will be going back!

We chose this Pineapple Villa for many reasons! The first one being that it is just a short walk from the beach and also offers 2 awesome pools on site. We also love the location! Right on the line of Gulfport and Biloxi, we are so close to anything and everything that both cities have to offer. It's the best of both worlds.
