The best spot on the island as it is close to many restaurants, surfing, swimming, golf, shopping, night life, whale watching but yet still very private.

Could not wish better
The condo's location is amazing - ocean view, walking distance to the Lydgate and Kauai beaches, 10+ minutes drive to airport, Costco and Walmart. Surrounded by golf course and kids playgrounds. Everything on property is in working order and clean.

Nice property….
Nice property and overall would stay again. Kitchen was well equipped which was great for us since we don’t eat out every day. Not having AC was ok temp wise but the chickens are noisy and the wastewater treatment facility nearby occasionally wafts in so it would have been nice to close up the windows without getting too warm. We took advantage of the State Park nearby which has a lifeguard station and some decent snorkeling

We loved the location close to the beach. From the pictures we thought the condo was closer but it was a short walk. If you plan on cooking, you will need to go out and buy all your seasonings and everything else you will need to prepare it. There was no salt and pepper, sugar, coffee filters, simple kitchen supplies, so we ate out every night The mattress in the guest room on the right was not comfortable.

perfect if you like the ocean!
Just a terrific area and condo development. super quiet with a decent tiki restaurant a short stroll down the beach. View(s) from unit better than pictures. Couple of light switches seemed to not work properly. may want to check that but otherwise really perfect.

Fun in Kauai
Property was in a central quiet location which was good to visit both the south and north shores. Condo was clean but could use some TLC (eg paint). Included beach towels, a cooler and a couple beach chairs which were nice to have.The bottom half of the TV was blurry (we didn't use it much so not a huge deal for us) and the dishwasher didn't work very well. Overall a nice get away for our family and we enjoyed it!

This particular unit was great. We had a very nice breeze that another unit didn’t have. There was a nice comfortable couch and the beds were really nice. Location was perfect in the middle of the island, could go north or south equally. Lydgate state beach is right next door with a nice walking path. The only drawback was that there is a small homeless population at the park next door. My wife didn’t feel comfortable walking by herself. Other than that the condo was great.

Location, location, location
We were two couples and the condo and surrounding property suited us well. Very quiet and easy to get around Kauai from. We found the place super clean and comfortable and enjoyed the pool and gardens, not so much the roosters and chickens. Hope to come back one day.

LOCATION!!
The location of this condo was ideal! 30-40 minutes from s & n shores. Close to shopping & dining. in Kapa'a. It was private and easy to find. The kitchen counters and cabinets are super dated and could use some freshening up for sure. The kitchen however was well-outfitted for cooking/dining should you choose to do so. We did not use the twin room and the rest of the condo was furnished comfortably and thoughtfully. No A/C was a non-issue as you do get great breezes from the tradewinds. The only bummer was that the exterior lights from the building in front of the condo shine directly into the master bedroom which defeats the purpose of keeping the curtains open for comfortable airflow. The ice chest is definitely too small even for the two of us for a day's outing. It's more the size of a large lunch box. One of the beach chairs and the umbrella were not really unusable however there is a great rental spot called Boss Frogs with many locations where you can rent ice chests, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel equipment, bikes, etc... and they are super reasonable. All in all, awesome spot and we are grateful for the time we spent at the condo and in Kauai! :-)

Great Location
The property is located in a nice safe neighborhood will access to Lydgate State Park. The breeze cools the complex during the day and night and the kitchen came well stocked.

Enjoyable Stay in Lihue
This property was very clean and spacious. The furniture and beds were good quality. It doesn't have a full-on, unobstructed view of the water, but very decent, and you definitely hear the ocean and get the trade winds. It's very close to a lovely beach (not for swimming) and a walking path. It's well off the main highway so there isn't any traffic noise. We did encounter neighbor-noise several nights - fireworks, loud singing, racing through the parking lot - but that could have just been random. It's in a good location if you're wanting to visit multiple parts of the island as it's centrally located. We could have benefited from a bit better outfitting of the kitchen with some common food items like salt, and items like plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The ceiling fans also seem to no longer be working properly. They turn on, but can't be adjusted in any way. These were minor inconveniences and overall, we were very comfortable with the stay and enjoyed our time there.

Great location to get to either side of the island and to restaurants and beaches. Beach in front of the condo was not very good. The condo was clean and well stocked. Being from Florida, we missed not having A/C. Would recommend this property.

Beautiful condo
This villa was every bit as lovely as the pictures showed. It's an excellent location on the East Side of the island. The furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was filled with plenty of dishes and every utensil you could ever want. The lamps were all quite dusty, but otherwise the condo was very clean. Lamps with USB charging ports would be a wonderful addition.

Good location and suitable for our short stay
We stayed at this property for 3 nights before spending a week down in the Poipu area of Kauai. We had 4 adults and 2 children, and the property worked well for our short stay. The condo complex was nice and was in a great location to take morning sunrise walks along the path beside the ocean, and was a good central spot on the island to explore the North and East side of Kauai.

Our stay was nice and was what I expected. There was some confusion on our check in and check out times between the property management company and the instructions on VRBO. It would be helpful for those to be aligned in the future.

Great location and lots of space.
No AC but was fine in Feb in the morning and evening. We were not there during the day. I missed that in the listing but it didn't end up being a big deal. Big condo and lots of Tupperware/ kitchen supplies. Beach stuff and coolers to borrow which was nice for our long day trips. Bed was fine. View was okay not ocean front but can still see a little from each room. Overall was nice place and very quite. Very centrally located so can do lots of the island easily on day trips.
