Wonderful St. Augustine Beach location Lagoon view & beach access from property.

Recently remodeled, keyless entry, nicely appointed 2nd floor condo with elevator access, living room and master bedroom balcony, new driftwood cortex floors, Natuzzi leather sofas, and beautiful view of the lagoon pool. Fully furnished, 3 Televisions, wall mounted living room TV viewable from the kitchen as well as living room. Appliances less than 5 years old, private washer and dryer, bath towels and bedding provided. 2 pools, lagoon and pool next to ocean with gazebo boardwalk to beach.

From both the living room and master bedroom, you have a full view of the beautifully appointed pool and lagoon. Step outside to the large balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The bright kitchen is fully stocked and makes meal prep and cleanup a snap. The unit can comfortably sleep 7 with 1 King and 2 Queen beds, and 1 Twin. Just pack your beach towels and hair dryer, and come for a great get-away!

memorial day weekend 2023

Really enjoyed OV131...we have stayed at this complex for over 20 years and will keep coming back. First time in this unit, which was in the back building of Ocean Villas....right next to elevator which was great for loading and unloading! Very nicely appointed with everything we needed....we hope to be back next year!

Not very clean.

The floor was really dirty when we arrived, not very clean. There was ketchup on the floor in front of the fridge that looked like it had been there a while. Floors were so dirty our feet were black on the bottom like it had never been mopped. Long walk to the beach. The condo stayed hot.

Wonderful stay

Great place to relax with family and friends. There are 2 pools (one heated) and quick easy access to the beach. Lori's place was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture.

Great time in St Augustine

St Augustine is our FL destination of choice and we have been there over a dozen times. We love the location of Ocean Villas (south of the busy pier but north of the more remote beeches). The two pools, ocean access and large balconies are huge draws. This was our second time at this complex first time in this unit. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked (although I don’t come to cook !!), beach toys sufficient, showers were hot, bathrooms were fine. Unit and complex were clean. Had one issue which was promptly resolved by Shawn at Resort Rentals. We look forward to returning.

Basic with Potential

This condo has potential but doesn't quite deliver. The areas of the condo that have been updated are nice. The kitchen, floors, furniture, and paint are nice. The bathrooms are terrible! I can handle outdated bathrooms but these were not clean and in need of immediate attention. I did not call to ask for them to be recleaned because a quick wipe down won't eliminate the years of mold and mildew in the showers and tub. The tile floor in the bathroom is dingy and old. The faucets and drains are nearly rusted through. The condo also only offers the bare minimum. One roll of TP per bathroom, no kleenex, the cheapest bar of soap next to the sinks, no hair dryer, etc. I would not recommend staying at this condo.

Nice place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay. The ants were a pain to deal with, but the owners were promptly responsive to resolve the issue. It would be nice to have more than 1 towel per person available in unit.

Good time

Clean bright living area and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Nice sofas. Great refrigerator. Master bathroom shower was awful. Other shower was great. Gate code was a lot of trouble. Lady in office was rude to my wife. Overall good stay.

Pluses and Minuses

The condo has a nice layout/location and comfy beds....BUT it has a bad mildew odor (mold in bedroom vent) and the elevator also had the same mildew odor....only (1) trash bag available for our entire stay (TH - SUN)....dish drain was dirty....ants in the kitchen ...broken bathroom drain....dirty bathroom sink. Possibly provide a list of items guests need to bring. Maybe put a bigger table on the patio to dine outside.

Beautiful beach

A long walk but the beach was really nice, and the pools were great. Nice accommodations. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Overall quite nice.

We loved it here!

A group family/friend trip with some newbies to St Aug and some that have been before. We have never stayed here, but were very pleased with the spaciousness, cleanliness and location of the condo. The pool was great on a very windy Friday and it is down the street from the beach access for vehicles. The host was responsive and attentive for repaving of the lots during our stay. Absolutely recommend!
