Pull right up to the front door just steps away from the two car driveway that’s just for the guests. For families with children there is a packNplay and high chair plus beach gear and towels. Great property and location!

We spent a week here and the property had everything we could possibly need. The location is great! Walking distance to grocery stores and great restaurants recommended by Ian. Just a short drive to local activities. Air conditioning after long days and the toddler gear provided was a huge plus. Having a drive way to park in was also great. This was our first time in San Diego and having this rental as a home base was perfect. Thanks.

Enjoyed our stay so much!

This sweet home is in a great quiet neighborhood yet near to restaurants and grocery stores. It is very charming and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Ian was a very responsive host and I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful one month long stay at this Pacific Beach gem! The home was spacious with a well appointed kitchen, a comfortable living room with a clean, updated bathroom. The area was close by to many great restaurants and both the bay and ocean. We look to returning soon!

Family Getaway

We absolutely loved the Charming Pacific Beach rental! The house exceeded our expectations and was more spacious and beautiful in person. It’s located in a nice, safe neighborhood close to/ within walking distance of coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The house is perfectly decorated and comes conveniently equipped with beach and baby gear. Ian was very prompt and friendly in responding to any questions we had. We also followed a couple of his excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby. We will definitely be booking again.

Spacious and Spotless!

My daughter and I spent four days here enjoying the beach and shopping before I dropped her off to college. While not walking distance to the beach, we were able to drive and find parking easily. The house was spotless, and much larger than the pictures depict. The bedrooms were on the smaller size and there was only one bathroom, but the main living space was very comfortable (3 couches) and there was an additional closed off living room/den just off the dining room. While we didn't cook, the kitchen was spacious and newly remodeled. The outdoor area was nice, we loved having a driveway to park and there were plenty of beach accessories available for use. We would certainly stay again.

Great Family Vacation Home

This was our first time renting a vacation home and we were very happy with our first experience. This house was perfect for our family of five. The house was very spacious and clean and just as advertised. The host Ian was very nice and communicated well. The next time we are in San Diego we will look to stay here again. Perfect property in an ideal location

This is a very spacious, bright, clean, beautifully furnished home. The location is ideal: in a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to shopping and restaurants, the bay, and the ocean. I spent two months there, and perhaps the best indication of how much I enjoyed my stay is that I have already reserved it for my next trip!

Pacific Beach Perfect!!

Wonderful property and owners. We were moving our daughter to the La Jolla area for graduate school from PA. Wanted an updated, roomy, clean house to stay at nearby. This property not only fit the bill, but exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, spacious, great backyard sitting area, updated and well stocked kitchen, and a quiet neighborhood, fantastic location for us. We went to La Jolla daily to move in and tour. We visited San Diego zoo, Mission Bay area and Pacific Beach itself. All have a totally different vibe, but this home was easy to get to all these areas-close to the 5 highway..and easy to get to airport as well. Ian was quick to fix a minor TV issue for us, easy to talk with, but also allowed us our privacy! We needed AC two nights and it worked wonderfully. Owners also provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for our numerous beach day trips...appreciated this immensely!! We had a driveway which was convenient as parking can be tricky in San diego. We were about ten blocks from beach, easily walkable. We ate at several of the owner's suggested dinner places. You must try Pacific Beach Fish Shop!! We are already planning to rent again when we visit our daughter next year! If you're thinking about renting during your San Diego visit, this is a great home. You won't be disappointed!!!

Pacific Beach Perfection

What a beautiful home with all the amenities one could ask for and only about a mile to the beach! The owners were very gracious and the home was very well equipped. Gorgeous backyard and a peaceful family setting. Our family had a great time and we will definitely look to book this property for future trips to the San Diego area
