Welcome to our Apartment with exceptional view on the bay,
Located on the third floor with elevator in La Safranette residence, you will find all the comforts : space, garden, tennis court, swimming pool, guest parking, large balcony, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and closet, second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, close kitchen, living room with diner table, TV and access to the large and furnished balcony.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.

Access

The place is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood

The very quiet area offers you the opportunity to reach the beach, restaurants and shops by walking, in about ten minutes. The Harbor is 1km away.

Transit

Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by public transportation: take the tram from Nice Airport to Nice Port. Then from the harbor you can take the bus number 15 and stop at Octroi and only walk 450m. This journey takes 1 hour, you can use the same ticket for the tram and the bus.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the guest parking of the residence.

Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

Beautiful place in Villefranche

This was a beautiful property with a big pool, stunning views and tennis court. It was a 5 mins walk to downtown Villefranche and 10 minutes to the marina. The apartment has everything you need. I do recommend adding air conditioning since it does get very hot.

Roomy, quiet, well-located in Villefranche-sur-Mer

The photos do a good job of showing the property, which is a short (10 min.) walk to the Casino grocery store, butcher, and boulangerie, both above the property at Col Villefranche and below at Octoi. At both locations, too, buses (33, 100, 82) go regularly to Nice and to Monte Carlo, where restaurants are better and more plentiful than they are in VF. This apartment on the third floor (highest) is accessible by elevator and at the third floor, only one other apartment shares the floor accessed by this elevator. Therefore, it is quiet. Some of the downsides are that the place was not so clean. For example, the bath tub had calcium stains that could have been removed, the WC floor was not pristine and smelled, and water had been left in the tanks of both the tea kettle and Nespresso machine. The pool was NOT accessible since it required a key, which was not given to me. The BNB service that managed the place made me wait 4 hours (sitting on the bench at a park after an 11-hour flight) before checking in without mentioning whether they had had a guest in the unit prior to me. On several occasions, they also did not answer emails within the acceptable 24-hour business protocol. For example, on leaving the unit, I needed to keep the key in order to let myself out of the entrance gate. I couldn't just leave the key in the unit and close the door. But it took 2-3 emails to BNB to arrive at a solution, which at first was a a request for me to go to their office to give the key--a 25 minute interruption of a class I was taking. We settled on their coming to me to fetch the key, my idea. In short, you won't be coddled by this service, like most of the other managers we've rented from all over France for the last 20 years; they are young, in a hurry, and this is a business--Nevertheless, they are adequate and the condo they rent is roomy, well-located, and has a lovely view.

Séjour perturbé par des travaux importants dans l immeuble

Notre séjour aurait pu nous laisser un très bon souvenir s il n y avait pas eu :marteaux piqueurs et perceuse béton dès 9h00 le matin 6 jours sur 7 .De plus il est regrettable que l annonce ne signale pas que la résidence est située entre deux rues très passantes.. Pour le ménage : peux mieux faire !!
