The spacious family room features a large flat screen TV & A beautiful gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar awaits you. Also, offers a large formal table that has plenty of seating for your family. Your own private tiled balcony allows you to dine while watching the dolphins play or just enjoy all the action at the pools/beaches. The living room also features a pull out sofa.

All three bedrooms have flat screen TV's along with private bathrooms. Your master suite features a king bed, and a luxurious bathroom, a jetted tub.
The first guest room has two queen size beds with a full size bath - the third bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. There is a state of the art fitness center located on on the 15th floor with incredible views - also, there are two hot tubs and saunas on the 15th floor.

*IMPORTANT* Please be advised the lazy river and the west hot tub will be closed for maintenance and repairs beginning Monday, April 21, 2025 through Friday, May 2, 2025.

We have visited the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for a decade and this is without a doubt the best condo we have rented. Excellent amenities, location and furnishings. We are putting this on our list for the summer and future fall trips.

We thoroughly enjoyed Orange Beach and Phoenix West Condos. The property was very spacious and super convenient to all that Orange Beach has to offer. The condo was well stocked and just easy to stay at.

First time stay at Orange Beach 🏖️

We had a wonderful vacation!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The added bonus of a washer and dryer was great. We had plenty of towels etc. I look forward to staying there again. My family will be going back again.

Enjoyable Vacay

Property was nice with a lot of amenities. The lazy river, beach access, the numerous pools, etc were great! The elevator situation at checkout times was a struggle, but that’s to be expected. The condo its self was clean, and had everything labeled which made it nice. Odd smells coming from washer/bathrooms though.

Beautiful location

The condo was beautiful just as listed. The indoor pool and amenities were very nice. I wish it was warmer so we could have also enjoyed the beautiful grounds. It was clean and well kept. We had an issue at check-in but called the realty group and they got us fixed up quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Stay

The parking was a nightmare! It took us hours on two different days to deal with the mess. The Wi Fi was a not stable either. It went off so many times during programs at night. Other than that our kids loved the water slide and lazy river. Our room sizes were good and the bathrooms were good as well.

Our stay

We stayed for a week, my only complaint about the room would be the rug under the table is wicker so don’t step on it without shoes because ouch! And some of the outlets didn’t work, the games were not in the correct boxes pieces were everywhere lol. Other than that I’d book the room itself again. Now he condo building only has 4 elevators, 2 were out almost the whole week and we was having to wait 20-30 minutes to get on a elevator which was a hassle the parking was annoying too the spots are more made for cars not suvs. The pool areas were nice. Restaurants, we didn’t get good steaks anywhere. The chicken and sea food was great though!

Last getaway before school

Location: Well situated and easy to find within easy driving of grocery stores, restaurants, shops. Parking: Pre-pay process was easy. A temporary pass for 2 hours was given so that we could obtain the weekly pass. Common areas: Clean and open. Well maintained. Unit: Could probably use a more thorough cleaning before guest arrived. Unit was functional and comfortable. Furniture was in good repair. Master suite bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms were more than adequate. Laundry facilities worked nicely. Amenities: Lazy river was wonderful, especially given how hot most days were. Beach access was easy. Check-out: Leave the unit in good order, otherwise, no check-out requirements.

Great property.

Lovely condo, very well stocked with just about everything - just could have used basics like salt & pepper in the shakers. We had a couple of issues, but maintenance came the next morning and handled very quickly (we checked in late). The condo is decorated beautifully and it is great having the extra bathroom in the hall. We enjoyed our stay. We do NOT recommend Ike's Beach Service. We did not get great service from their attendant or main office, but otherwise, fantastic location, condo, beach and the pools and lazy river are AWESOME.

The condo was nice, but not for the price. If I’m paying almost $4k for 4 nights.. I am used to it including the parking passes and at least 2 chair rentals. This was the first time that was not included. Parking was an additional $110 because we had two cars. It’s $55 a pass.

Nice Decor, lots of appliances and kitchen wear

Very nice condo. Well kept up! We had difficulties during our stay connecting to the internet. We contacted the owners, reality company and the chat in vbro. We even contacted the internet company,,,,,With no luck at all. Very frustrating. Another feature that I love to use at Phoneix West (and one of the main reasons I like to book there, is the built in ice makers). The Ice maker in this condo did not work. I notified the owner, who never replied. I also contacted the VBRO chat, and the reality company. I was told that they would call the company to fit it on Monday. We were only there for the weekend, so that did not help us.

Nice room, with a few kinks

Overall, we are usually pleased with any Phoenix property, as we have been traveling to the area for decades. We had a few issues with this property, nothing that was enough to 'ruin' the trip, since we were only there for a few days. 1. The door code given did not work when we arrived and we had to wait 30 minutes after our check in time to get the code reset by the realty company. With cold food sitting in the hall, this was frustrating. 2. The ice maker in wet bar never did make ice. We did not need any more than the regular freezer provided, but if we were staying longer we would have. We did not report this but management may want to look at it. 3. The beds in the 2 smaller rooms were not very comfortable and squeaked like CRAZY. Every move was noisy. The headboards didn't seem to be very secure, so management might want to check them. The master seemed fine according to our friends who stayed there. 4. The lazy river had a sign that it was due to be repaired starting 2/12/24 which we didn't know about ahead of time, and that was understandable because we know work has to be done, but it was already closed on 2/10/24 and we had hoped to try to float a little even though it was cool, we were willing to risk it. But overall the unit was clean and it was nice that everything was labeled and we had what we needed to make our stay comfortable. The showers all had great pressure and plenty of warm water which was great since many units like these cut back on the pressure!
