• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• Minimum age to rent is 25
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Stays of 30+ days require a background check ($30) and signed rental agreement; final confirmation of reservation pending completion.
