Perfekt für Familien oder Paare und mit importierten italienischen Möbeln zu einem sehr hohen Standard eingerichtet. Es bietet geräumige, offene Unterkünfte. Es gibt einen großen privaten Garten mit Parkplätzen abseits der Straße und eine weitläufige Terrasse rund um den Pool an der Seite mit viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden. Es gibt einen gemauerten Grill für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars, ein Internetcafé und ein Supermarkt sowie der weltberühmte Coral Beach und die Bushaltestelle mit regelmäßigen Verbindungen nach Paphos und zum Wasserpark sind alle innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. The villa is excellent, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. It is very well located for beach, bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Nice villa and well situated

Nice villa in an excellent location, for all amenities. Most basic essentials provided, although some furnishings inside and outside beginning to look rather tired. A slight ant problem in the kitchen and we had to buy our own ant repellant traps. Nice clean pool which we enjoyed and we were very grateful of the late checkout.

Perfect

A lovely, roomy villa with fantastic outside space and pool to keep teens and adults happy during a super hot September in Coral Bay. Well situated for local shops and restaurants around a 20 min walk from the villa to the ‘strip’ where there was plenty to keep us entertained without being too much. We were able to take advantage of discounts in local restaurants and various trips all detailed in our welcome pack. Lisa also advised on car hire and booked us a fantastic apartment locally for check out day, due to our late flight which made for a much smoother last day. Overall, highly recommended and cannot wait to return.

Third stay at Villa Lesbos

Another great stay at this villa Lesbo, arrived late to a lovely welcome pack, third visit to this villa, which ticks all the boxes for a lovely stay, peaceful area short walk to Beach and Coral Bay strip,spacious villa, with ceiling fans and air conditioning, everything you need, good pool area, which gets sun all day, and also seated shaded area to cool down and eat... thanks again to our hosts for another lovely stay .... definitely recommend....

Relaxing stay

We arrived early hours of the morning after a flight delay to find villa wonderfully welcoming and the host had left a welcome pack in the fridge.After a great night's sleep in the very comfortable bed we headed outside to find a very welcoming and very clean pool everything was as described and we had everything to hand which made our stay perfect.

Great location

Great experience renting this Villa, Lisa was so helpful, we originally booked and had to cancel due to government covid restrictions. The villa was worth the wait, great location, full uninterrupted sunshine on the pool all day, felt like getting in a warm bath with the heat of the sun. The aircon in the bedrooms was much appreciated on a night too. 100% looking forward to stopping here in the future.

Great property

This is a great villa rental, close to the beach and accessible from the airport with ease. Lovely to have a welcome pack available on arrival and really pleased with the water cooler. The sun shone all week for us. Excellent communication with Lisa throughout the booking process and in the lead up to our stay. Would defiantly book again.

Fantastic home from home

The house was lovely and the groceries in the fridge were a real treat, we arrived late in the evening and it was nice not to have to go and find somewhere to get milk, bread, water etc…… The house was spotless and very welcoming, the pool was lovely as we lazed around for a few days just to soak up the sun and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommended and we will definitely be re booking for our next trip to Cyprus

Fantastic home.

This property had everything in it you need. A welcome pack was waiting for us which was a lovely touch. The beds were so comfortable. There are several areas to sit outside and enjoy the sun setting in the evening. The pool was immaculate and was cleaned mid way through our week.

The Villa was perfect , our second time to coral bay but first time staying here . Its location being 5 mins away to the strip and beach made it easy to Access . The villa was very good and well equipped with everything needed for the weeks break . The pool was clean and tidy and a nice sun trap The welcome package of light refreshments was great especially after a late arrival . Lisa our host allowed us to extend our late checkout with no problems . All in all a great villa for a family stay would recommend

Beautiful little villa, very clean, just what we needed, walking distance to supermarket and Coral Bay strip, if your not a walker you’ll probably need a car. Would definitely stay there again. Lisa and Felix go above and beyond arranging taxi transfers and I have to say the welcome pack was definitely appreciated as we were caught up in the Swissport strike action, thankfully the taxi driver waited for us and even stopped at a bakery on the way to the villa, just fabulous care and attention. Thank you Lisa see you next year

Home from home

We had a lovely stay at Villa Lesbos. Welcome pack was great as it meant we didnt have to go and do a shop on the 1st day. Villa was super clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. Loved having a pool, instant relaxation and we made full use of the bbq, would definitely recommend a trip to Phillipos supermarket for their marinated chicken breasts and lamb kebabs!! Great location for 2 lovely beaches and restaurants. Also for exploring, we went to Agios Georgios, Latchi as well as some of the local villages and Paphos. Super owners who were amazing before and during our holiday. We had a great time and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Villa Lesbos!!

Fabulous stay Villa Lesbos

Second time we have rented Villa Lesbos, and we had another fab stay, great spacious villa, and well equipped, out door space has sun all day and is very well maintained, great pool which has been relined and new Roman steps, which make it easy for all ages to get in and out. Great welcome pack which was much appreciated arriving late, short walk to nearest bar and beach just a little further . All information about covid rules in Cyprus was left in printed form and emailed to is by Lisa . So thanks again and we will defo return, so keep up good work Felix and Lisa.

The villa was not very clean we had to clean it when we arrived. It is also very dated. Never came to clean pool like they were suppose to. Would we stay again. No not in this villa.

A wonderful stay

We arrived fairly late into the evening, however Lisa had organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport on our behalf, so the transfer was great. The villa was fantastic and felt very welcoming. Clean, lots of fresh towels, a fridge /freezer which was very handy for storing ice lollies for the children! The complimentary pack which was waiting for us when we arrived was very much appreciated too. My youngest became poorly during our stay, however the information pack which Lisa had put together was extremely helpful and we visited the lovely Dr Molly, who took care of him. The pool outside is fabulous and the location is ideal for walking to Corallia beach which is beautiful and perfect for young children swimming and snorkeling. There's restaurants, bars and a supermarket within walking distance and the bus stop to take you into Paphos is minutes away also. We had easy communication with Felix when something minor needed addressed. We had a lovely time and hope to return next year to continue exploring the area. Thank you so much Lisa & Felix

Long awaited holiday, did not disappoint

Like many, we have waited a while to have our holiday. Lisa was understanding and accommodating when we had to change our booking 3 times! Communication was quick throughout and even when we were on holiday Lisa checked we were ok because the weather was so bad. The welcome pack was very much appreciated- especially due to the torrential rain on arrival! The villa was lovely, just as we expected. Clean rooms, linen, bath towels and pool towels. Kitchen has all the cooking equipment if you want to cook. Clear guide left about the local area and suggested experiences. The villa is in a lovely quiet area, yet close to the main restaurants and shops. (15-20min walk) Beach is 10 minute walk. Bus stop very close by, if you prefer to catch that to the beach or main area of Coral Bay or into Paphos. Despite the weather being bad at the start of the week, the sun came out and we had an amazing week from start to finish. We would definitely recommend the villa and area. Much needed sunny get away

House is in a great quiet location. It was super clean and the outside space was lovely especially the pool. Even though the water it was “fresh” in April we still used it everyday. We referred to the helpful info left by the owners everyday and we really appreciated the welcome pack/water as we arrived fairly late. Would definitely recommend this holiday home and the helpful owner

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

We came on honeymoon to Coral Bay in 2001, we had been looking to buy abroad for a couple of years and Coral Bay ticked all the boxes so on a mad impulse we bought a lump of mud! which is the villa next door to this.We then took delivery of our dream holiday home a year later, it was our holiday home until 2006 when we made the decision to up sticks and emigrate, no regrets!
This villa is a perfect location and being a 2 ed added to limone perfectly as we can now accommodated larger families of upto 10 over the two villas., being a larger fully enclosed plot, amazing blue flagged beaches, great restaurants, sun shines most days, its a peaceful location yet everything is in walking distance so you don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. What more could we want?
