Our apartment is a beautiful, PRIVATE, apartment in the West 80s, just off Central Park West on the Upper West Side. Sleeps up to four using the queen sized bed and fold down couch. The apartment is located on West 82nd Street between Columbus and Central Park West, one block from the Museum of Natural History, a one minute walk to Central Park and one block from the subway (A/B/C/D and 1/2/3 lines). You get the ENTIRE apartment. It is all private. There is a couch that folds down into a very comfortable queen-sized bed, end tables, large closet, Queen sized bed, nightstand, alarm clock, and a dresser in the main room. It has a 55" LG smart TV with cable, Bluetooth sound bar and wireless high-speed (50mbs+ download) internet. There is air conditioning. The apartment has full bathroom with tub, and a fully equipped kitchen, with stove/oven and refrigerator, that has plates, cups, cutlery and basic cooking equipment.
This is a NO SMOKING apartment. Bedding, linens and towels are provided. The apartment is within walking distance to Central Park, Lincoln Center, American Museum of Natural History, Broadway Theaters, Fifth Avenue, Tiffany's, Saks, MoMA, Sony AMC theatre, Time Warner Center, Rockefeller Center, Trump Tower and more, and is ten minutes to Columbia University and Midtown, 20 minutes to Downtown.
* PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A STUDIO - I.E. One room with a separate private kitchen and separate, private bathroom. There is a queen-sized bed in the main room and an IKEA couch that folds down to a queen sized bed.
The building has active recorded video-only cameras on the common entry floor (three) & building front (one); they cannot see into any apartments and are outside the property. They are not monitored, and video is stored for approximately 30 days.
The apartment may have an active decibel and device monitor (Minut) on the kitchen ceiling. It monitors smoke & c/o alarms, temperature and humidity; it cannot record video or sound. The function to monitor the number of nearby devices or motion is disabled.
