Spring break 25

The pictures that we saw online did not do this house justice. It looks like many updates have occurred and it is absolutely stunning. The backyard is magnificent along with the kitchen and the roomy bedrooms. One of the top houses I’ve ever stayed in on any vacation. If you’re looking to entertain and have a good time, this is a perfect house just steps away from the beach and Just down the street from plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Great place to call home for the week

House and property were found to be as expected. Our two families that shared the house/property had such a great spring break vacation. Property managers were great, scheduling a time to stop in and show us how to use all the amenities this property provides. They were also easily accessible by text for any questions or to make suggestions to us for our first ever visit to Hilton Head. Property is a quick easy walk to the beach. Spent plenty of time in the great pool as well. House had everything we needed for our stay. So much room that we could have easily had a third family join the eight of us. I would highly recommend this property for a memorable stay.

Our group of friends had a great time at this rental. Close to the beach and well maintained. Lots of extras that are not provided at most rentals. Staff was great and made things very easy to check in.

Family getaway

Wonderful home for our large family. Adults as well as grandchildren. Short walk to beach on private path from the house. House had a great pool and hot tub. Fantastic House

The best house we have ever rented! What a beautiful house with a perfect location. The bedrooms were big with full bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas with an open floorplan made our experience so great! Loved the pool/hot tub and outdoor area. We walked to the beach every day, which was so easy down a private walk. A Beautiful Christmas to Remember

We have family living in 6 states and this beautiful home was our gathering spot for Christmas week. It was everything and more of what is described. We were made to feel welcome and at home by the host and the property manager. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare big meals and even special holiday meals. The large dining table was perfect to seat all of us. We took advantage of the hot tub and pool, the fire pit and outdoor bar area with tv. The short walk to the beach was magical. Our family left refreshed and grateful to have ended 2023 enjoying this lovely home and Hilton Head Island.

Fun, well equipped home

We stayed for the second time at this home. It has a terrific location on the island, easy walk to the beach, convenient to grocery shopping. The kitchen is especially well equipped. There are ample beach chairs, towels and toys. The spa is a bit tricky to get going and warmed up. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as the back gate, some stains on the upholstered couch, and the porch screened door needs repair, but in general, the home is well maintained. The home is very well suited for multiple families to share or multiple generations. The set up with each bedroom having a bath en-suite is excellent.

Amazing House

This home is truly amazing. The kitchen is well equiped, the pool and spa is very nice, and the beach is easily accessed. There were lots if extras not mentioned in the home's description like beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys, pool toys, corn hole boards, and much more. The property manager is awesome. She responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful. The location to Coligny, restaurants, Sea Pines, putt putt, and other attractions is an added plus. We loved this property and hope to stay there again.

A wonderful home for a family gathering

This home was the perfect place for our special family vacation! We were celebrating grandpa's 70th birthday! It was even better than what we expected from the photos. There was plenty of room for our four families to spread out. We loved all of the sitting areas from the front porch, to the living/dining room, to the back screened in porch, to the cabaña in the pool area and we used them all! Besides being beautiful, the pool and hot tube were enjoyed at all hours of the day by both children and adults alike. It was really nice that the walk to the beach was both short and beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed preparing meals there. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Cousins snuggled up together in bunkbeds and slept well every night. This was the best of all the vacation properties we have ever rented! We send a big thank you to the owners and managers of this special property!

We would definitely stay again!

Starting from check-in to check-out... Check-in was easy. Rena (property manager) was great. She met us at the property shortly after we arrived and ran through our various questions and operation of the hot tub. Overall, anytime we needed anything, she responded quickly. Honestly, the property was nearly perfectly arranged for our party of 11 (6 adults and 5 young children - 20 months to 9 years old). Bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, laundry, second refrigerator, ice machine...really excellent. The kitchen, dining room, living room "great" room is perfect for entertaining. Having the second floor TV room was a bonus that was perfect for the older kids to watch movies. TVs everywhere with cable service in two locations (living room and outdoor TV) and Roku boxes everywhere else. Kitchen worked well, appliances functioned, good stock of cookware. Chef we brought (twice) was happy! Outdoor area is nearly perfect - pool, hot tub, screened-in areas, pergola w/TV, artificial turf (very nice). Alas, I wouldn't pay for the hot tub (again). They only want you to use if for an hour at a time...so, way too pricey for the usage. Walk to beach is as advertised. Areas for improvement...a few moldy spots in showers (not many). Back gate worked rarely. Pool maint. needs to be there more than twice a week in summer heat/rain (we had a green pool one day). Very nice place to stay and we'll stay again...thanks Dave and Rena!

High end vacation stay

Everything about the house was really great. The furniture is really nice, both inside and out. The pool area was fantastic. We loved walking to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed (even sharp knives!) The only minor issue was that the internet was crazy slow at times. We tried to play an interactive game but everyone's connection kept dropping. It wasn't an issue with the wifi in the house but with the cable provider.

Family Trip

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! This property is beautiful and provides exactly what we needed for a family get away. We had 14 people adults and children and felt the space was perfect! Every bedroom had it’s own bathroom….. the outdoor spaces were perfect for fun nights and the the pool and surrounding area was a blast! We spent some time at the beach which was very easy to get to but mostly hung around the pool as the kids enjoyed that for hours on end! Bike path was right there and fun for a family activity as well. We would definitely return to this property in the future!! Perfect spot for family memories.

Amazing House!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The house was amazing and very comfortable. We spent most of the day enjoying the beautiful outside spaces and beach. Everything you need

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It had plenty of space for our 4 families including 3 kids. It was extremely clean upon arrival! The location is perfect, about a 5 minute walk to a more private part of the beach and about 10-15 minutes from lots of restaurants. The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need on vacation! Each bedroom has its own on suite bathroom which was a huge plus and everything was updated! The downstairs/pool area was perfect for entertaining and activities. There was even a giant ice maker next to an extra refrigerator so we didn’t have to walk back into the house for drink refills. The pool and hot tub was very clean and plenty big for our group! Make sure you pay to get both heated! Our one request would be to have a bigger trash can outside under the covered patio. We spent about 90% of our time out by the pool and the tiny trash can filled up way too quickly. We ended up having to wheel one of the big ones from the road back there! Overall everyone in our party loved it, and we are already talking about having a friends trip there! You will not be disappointed with this property!! Communication with the owners was also very easy and they were quick to respond!

Wonderful House, Location and Backyard

My wife, our kids, their spouses, our grandchildren and I enjoyed a great week in Hilton Head. The house has magnificent family space, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms with bathrooms, and a private backyard with pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. It is well equipment for beach time and is right off the bike trail. The South Forest Beach area is great of walk, restaurants, entertainment and just great fun.

Anne & I started in 2014 with our first house at 27 Pelican St. In Spring of 2016 we built our little compound on Hickory Lane (my sister in law built 5A and we built 5B). Since then we have built one additional home at 15 Flamingo St. in North Forest Beach.
