In addition, only 15 minutes away from Downtown Dallas and 20 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth. Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood with plentiful outdoor space. Enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay in an extremely convenient location. The studio offers its own full bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. A desk is provided for office work.

Tranquility

Centered near several attractions and fine restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. I highly recommend staying here.

No attention to detail

The pavers leading up to the stairs were loose and unsteady. I fell because of these and bruised my ribs. Because of this my weekend was ruined. Outside stairs are questionable. There was no light outside by the door. Once inside, the flooring was damaged in 3 spots. The freezer was frozen over so bad we couldn't get an ice tray inside. Remote control for tv was dead and we bought batteries to replace. There were 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 2 people staying 3 nights. The attention to detail was not what we expected. Also, someone pulled up to the back entry and asked if we were lost. That was where we were told to park.

In town for a game

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was the noise coming from upstairs. It happened very late at night and also in the morning which was not helpful with trying to get some sleep. I reached out to the host about this. An hour later it died down.

Perfect studio

2 friends and I stayed here for a single night before going to a Cowboys home game the day after. It was excellent! Much cheaper and more homey than a hotel room not to mention the hotels were all requiring booking stays for more than 1 night due to the game. Location is central for a lot of local sites, highly recommend staying here for small groups of 1-3 people.

Cute, quiet, convenient

We wanted a calm, cozy getaway to hang out in- we just came to Dallas to check out the newest Meow Wolf location and relax. Checking in was really convenient, the location was a quiet neighborhood, and the actual space is clean, well-organized and comfortable. The shower has low pressure, but that's literally the only complaint.

Quaint Studio in a Quiet Neighborhood

Beautiful and convenient location to both Ft Worth and Dallas. Neighborhood is safe and nicely maintained. Studio is comfortable and nicely decorated. They thought of everything a guest could need. Would repeat a stay and recommend to others.

Perfect Location

We flew to Texas to celebrate our Grandson’s 3rd Birthday, the location was perfect, 7 min from our Son’s home. 15 min from DFW airport. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Coffee for us to enjoy every morning which was an added bonus!

Such a cute studio!

The studio was so cute and cozy! The property manager was quick on replying. I do give it a 5 star but I would not suggest staying here if you want privacy as there were a lot of people staying in the same house. We almost didn’t have a place to park but regardless, it was quite and such a great find for being close to the ball park. 😊

Not the most pleasant

The place is super cute BUT if you want a GOOD nights rest then this is not your place. Sleeping like a rock until 3:00 AM when a LOUD truck started up and ran super loud for 10-15 mins and then it sounded like they were moving furniture and banging every cabinet for the next hour. Super loud. Then when leaving this morning at 9 am we were trapped in the driveway and a sign clearly says “do not block the driveway” and it was blocked and we had to drive in the neighbors grass to get out their driveway.

Beautiful private rental!

Spacious studio with everything you’d need inside. A true home away from home. Stayed here for a short business trip in Dallas & my stay was 1000x better than any typical hotel experience we are used to having, plus 1/2 the price! Spotless house with responsive owner. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet side of the city 💕

It was so nice to be able to go out of town but also stay somewhere that had an "at home" feel to it. This was our first VRBO experience and it completely surpassed our expectations. If you want a nice and quiet get away for you and your special someone, this charming place is for you.
