Overall Good - Home could use some TLC

We've stayed at a number of Red Sands locations over the years, including another Paradise Village property last summer. Maintenance seemed deferred on this unit. The front door had issues (and was replaced during our visit, which helped a lot). There were only two pool towels in the whole home and he white towels are very worn and scratchy. Silverware was sparse; more teaspoons are needed. Squeaky doors and loose bathroom hooks and hardware. We will continue to stay at Red Sands locations, but this was definitely not the best one we've stayed at.

Poor

When we arrived, the detailed instructions were great to get into the house but that is as far as it went. The house stunk of old, dirty shoes. That first night we were there, we were trying to figure out why all of our clothes had animal hair on them. After further investigating, we found dog hair all over the couches, pillows, and especially the floor. We got the broom and brushed up a broom full of dog hair from the carpet. My kids socks were covered with dog hair and had to change them before putting their shoes on to go play in their tournament that we were in town for. We called and sent photos of the hair and someone came to vacuum the carpet but that only goes so far. Dog hair isn't that easy to get rid of.

Nice Place

Clean house, plenty of room, we loved that each room had a bathroom, swimming pool was excellent. The only problem (and it was a big one with a handful of college football fans) was the Roku TV channel package lacked many of the best college sports channels that can be found with most TV packages. Over all, a nice place.

One of the best in the St George area

The house was clean and so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, but missing a couple of things we wanted. (No coffee grinder). But that is to be expected when you are in someone else’s home. The pools were lovely and clean. The kids had a great time. This house was perfect for us.

Such an amazing place for St George area fun! So close to Tuachan to get in a play or two, and the sand dunes in Snow Canyon were so fun to explore. Having the luxury of two pool areas was extra amazing the littles lives the slides and lazy river and the older kids loved the larger pools. The home itself afforded such space and luxury that we will for sure be back!!

Great for family time

The overall property was great. The house size was good for the 9 adults and 4 babies. My children brought their pack and plays. There was one highchair which was helpful. The bath towels were old and dingy. Costco has cheap white towels. Owner should replace every other year..... There were plenty of pool towels which was nice and it was very nice that they had a wagon. It was great to take to and from the pool. They had two mountain bikes that was fun to toole around. Pickle ball courts in the neighborhood was great. They close at 10 pm. Lights shut off automatically and it is pitch dark. Be prepared. There was plenty of kitchen supplies. The blender leaked a little when we used it. Not sure if the duvets and pillow shams are cleaned. Nice supply of laundry soap. I had to buy dish soap. There was none in the bottle. Overall it was a great place to gather and that is what it is all about.

Family and friends get away

Great pool. Awesome house, loved how all bedrooms were on-suite. The bunk beds were great for all the cousins. Pickles ball courts close by. Ping pong in the garage. Webenjoyed the hot tub and also the gas fire upstairs on the patio.

This house is great! There is lots of space for families and the location in Paradise Village is ideal with accessibility to pools playground and trails. The only thing to improve would be wifi connection as it is not great at times.
