Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability. ***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows: Memorial Day Weekend and the Week of Fourth of July. These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Club.

Nestled alongside a quiet brick pathway that connects to RT's Market and Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club tennis & pickleball courts, the locale feels peaceful, private, and convenient to all the popular amenities in Wilson Village.

This beautiful cottage is stunningly designed to maximize space, with an open-concept living area, and spacious bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, as well as a two-zone Sonos sound system throughout the house. The first-floor primary bedroom is appointed with a KING bed, large ensuite bathroom with heated floors, rain shower with steam functionality, and a separate clawfoot bathtub.

The second-floor features two adjoining bedrooms – One with a QUEEN bed, connected via a Jack-n-Jill bathroom to a “Kid's Room,” featuring full-size bunk beds and a sleeper couch. The Kid's room includes a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV with three bean-bag chairs, making it ideal for lounging. The well-appointed second-story bath includes a spacious, step in rain shower, generous closets, and drawers for your ease and comfort. The decor reflects a crisp, clean, and coastal theme, bringing a next level of relaxation and comfort to your stay.

Although the interior of the home is stunning, the highlight is truly the outside living spaces this charming cottage offers. The front porch has four rocking chairs along with a porch swing to relax in while watching the kids play, with a cold beverage in hand. A spacious, screened rear porch provides a fantastic outdoor dining option, complete with gas grill, which overlooks a rare private fenced-in yard. Close out every evening around the classic Carolina fire pit, as the kids roast s'mores, and you share memorable stories about your adventures in the Lowcountry.

From this charming lowcountry cottage you'll be just steps to the heart of Wilson Village amenities and the stunning May River in one direction, and a hop-skip-and-jump to the luxurious Montage Hotel in the other. The Wilson Cottages neighborhood is ideal for walking or biking, and set back from the hustle and bustle of the roads. This is the perfect spot for families, with two swing sets, and the famous Wilson Treehouse just a three-minute stroll away. For an additional fee, a new six-passenger Icon golf cart is available for your convenience during your stay.

Port Royale Cottage includes everything you'll need for a one-of-a-kind vacation in Palmetto Bluff's, including access to the nearby Canoe Club pool, fitness center and the world-class spa facilities of the Montage Hotel, but you're still just 4 miles from Moreland Village where you can enjoy kayaking on Lake Bales, Coles for dining and a fun-filled night of bowling, plus the Moreland Pool, Moreland Landing and the Moreland Dock. You can bike the extensive trail system at Palmetto Bluff to popular amenities around the resort.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

For an Additional fee, you (as our guest in Palmetto Bluff) also have access to:
• Customized Concierge Services that includes personalized pre-trip planning tailored to your specific vacation needs.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
