AquaVista 406-E - Beautiful - Gulf Front - West end PCB

BEACHFRONT CONDO on the gulf. This waterfront condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. Along with beautiful beach views, another advantage of a stay at Aquavista is there are only two eight-story towers, allowing for a less crowded beach. NON-SMOKING. This condo has Roku smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms.

On-site amenities include beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, an elevated sundeck, and optional Beach Service. Each tower has two elevators. Direct private beach access is only steps away. Exercise facilities are not open for guest use. However, there are a number of local gyms nearby that cater to vacationers.

Winn-Dixie, CVS and many restaurants located right across the street. You are also only a short trip to the famous City Pier and Pier Park for shopping and entertainment, featuring over 100 stores and restaurants. During your stay, be sure to take a relaxing walk through our Conservation Park. Only one mile away off of Hwy 98. Frank Brown Park is within a mile as well and has a splash park for the kids, water slides, green spaces, grills, pavilions, and a shaded playground. There are a number of grocery delivery and pick up services available. Ask us for assistance or recommendations.

Kayaking, swimming, fishing, and hiking are just a short drive down Hwy 98/30A to Camp Helen State Park and Cypress Spring.

Amazing location and views
The condo was amazing, beds were comfy, it had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The privacy of the beach was great not too crowded. The only negative thing was, it didn’t appear the unit had been cleaned very well before our check in. There were piles of sand on the floor. The rug in the living room had sand and food on it. Nothing major I swept and ran the vacuum. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Great Space
We had a great time. The unit was incredibly spacious. Great balcony views, great location. Rooms were very spacious and communication was great. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Great property
We enjoyed our stay at AquaVista 406E. Property has a great location on the quiet side of PCB and a short distance to Pier Park, shopping, and restaurants. Condo had a fabulous view of the beach and was comfortable and spacious for three couples. Nice touches throughout. Beach area was not crowded and we were able to bring our own canopy, umbrellas, and beach chairs. Covered parking and elevators. Would stay here again. Our favorite dining experience was Uncle Ernie's restaurant! You will not be disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay
Everything was as described. Good location. Parking spaces are the only issue we had. We had 3 vehicles. It would be great to have paid overflow parking for renters across the street. Instead we had to rent an extra space at another Motel a mile and a half down the strip.

Enjoyable but a bit disappointing
Although we enjoyed our stay, we were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the property and the kitchen. After standing in ankle deep water in both tubs the first evening, we had to use tweezers to pull months worth of hair from both tub drains and from the master bathroom sink to get the water draining. In addition, the sink faucet in the hall bathroom "screamed" when you first turn it on. Also, the huge shower head in the hall tub required you to stand right up against the faucets to shower. You could not turn the head to get water to the back of the tub. While the floors in the unit had been swept they did not appear to be mopped. Our 18-month old granddaughter's feet were black after walking three minutes on the floor. The stove is old and one burner did not work nor could you get the working burners level. Stove needs to be replaced. The stove exhaust fan was ancient and almost falling down. It was loud, ineffective and it too needs replacing. The bad stove and ventilation kept us from enjoying the kitchen and cooking what we wanted. The refrigerator was nice. The beds were comfortable and the unit nicely decorated. The cushions in the two chairs in the living area are worn out. The couch and big chair in the living area were comfortable. With a few items replaced and the place more thoroughly cleaned this could be a 5-Star beach rental!

Great spot to stay!
The property looks just likes the pictures on the listing! The 4th floor was great for views of the beach from the balcony and inside of the condo. The location is central to restaurants. The beds were comfortable and there were ample cooking supplies. It was very easy to enter the property and beach, which was close to the unit. I would stay here again. Candace G.

Amazing condo and resort
We loved our condo and the entire stay. Having the grills was perfect and one of our favorite amenities. The condo included chair service on the beach, which was the first time we have ever had this amenity. It was great and our beach attendant was inclusive of everyone and considered all guests. We have been coming to PCB atother condos for years. This was the best trip!

There was scaffolding in LR window which blocked our gulf breeze. The maintenance guys walked in on us to come do work during our stay! Floor was FILTHY, coffee grounds still in coffee pot. We have contacted Sand Seeker multiple times, we received an email that we would hear from them by Thursday and still waiting !! Location was perfect but not impressed with service for the overpriced amount we paid!!

The condo itself was very nice. We did have difficulty with all the entrance codes provided (all incorrect). However, I called and the office was quick to give us the correct codes. We also had issues with A.C. and as soon as I contacted Office, they had maintenance there to repair. I would recommend a couple things, 1st the dryer doesn’t work well. Took approximately 3-4 cycles before we could get clothes dry. Also, the stove and hood need to be replaced (hood light and exhaust didn’t work). Those were minor things to me so I would definitely stay in the condo again. Location was great as well as the view.
