Pine View Cabin

Had a great stay at Pine View Cabin in Elcho. The cabin has everything you need, is very clean, updated and cozy. The location is great as you are secluded on Post Lake, but still only 5 miles from town and just 20 miles from Rhinelander. The lakeview from the Cabin is extremely peaceful and quite beautiful. I highly recommend renting this for your northwoods vacations.

Very pleased! Had a little delay in getting the entrance code, but that was on my end and the owner was very quick to respond, even late at night! I would recommend and stay again!

Impeccable surroundings, cozy, clean, comfortable cabin. Unfortunately, it's only 35 feet from the highway. A lot of traffic & UTV noise. Nice area though.

Little adorable cabin

The cabin was awesome, however some mis communication with check in we did not recieve the cabin code , but the deck door was open . We adored the resort soclean and the cabin was so amazing and clean and well stocked with cooking supplies ect.. we loved it

Great place, great people (hosts). Wifi needs work just like ANYWHERE in the country/woods. Didn't get to eat at the Roody Poo Wolf River WHATEVER bar. Was lookin forward to prime rib and an ole fashion. Bayview Cabins . . . awesome.

A week of relaxing

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. Small but perfect for our family if 4. We loved staying in the bay since it was no wake and we were able to use our paddle board easily. We also brought my son’s fishing boat and were able to get it in the lake easily at a nearby boat launch. Not a very private space since you share the property with the owners and other cabins but our neighbors were quiet so we didn’t mind.

Super cute Northwoods getaway

These cottages are very quaint and cute! They look as though they are newly remodeled. Access to docks, grill, firepit, and within walking distance (about 1 block) of a very good supper club! We would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome little cabin

My cousin and I stayed a couple days to do some fishing. The cabin was great; clean, appeared to be newly rennovated, had wifi, and a little dock to park our small boat. Fish cleaning house was a bonus. Overall; excellent!

Cozy Cabin with Great View

This was a great location for access to hiking on the Ice Age Trail. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a three-night stay. It was on the lake and had a great view. I highly recommend this location!

Nice cabin on Post lake

Had a good time staying here in the late fall. Walked down to the dam and caught some fish. Had dinner at the nearby Wolff River Inn. Good times! Would recommend!

Great Stay in the North Woods

We came to Post Lake to escape the July Missouri heat. The cabin was so cute in it's rustic style. Jim, the owner, was in the cabin behind us and checked in with us daily. He was so friendly and helpful. There were people nearby but noise level was low. We wanted the Supper Club experience and there was one within walking distance and the food was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin.

Great hosts and perfect cabin

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here! The hosts were so kind and accommodating. We loved the size and cleanliness of the cabin and the amenities available. We made a fire each night and took the kayaks provided out around the lake.

Great little cabin on a nice lake

Property manager/owner was communicative and helpful! Cabin was clean and rustic. Had plates/silverware and fridge worked well. Didn’t try to cook, but we used oven for a frozen pizza and was equipped definitely enough for least that. Elcho is a cute little town with a few pubs and a small grocer, and is a short ride to Rhinelander or Antigo. Dog-friendly, and my dog enjoyed the lake. If I had to list a complaint, it would be that it was a little noisy while they worked on some construction on another property on the grounds, and that during peak season, the area might get pretty congested with families, as the cabins are fairly of close together. So, is an extra great place if you’re up for meeting new people and being friendly. Was not peak season for my visit, though, so was peaceful and private (with exception of nearby workers). Just trying to give a realistic and honest review! Overall, I still give the property 5 stars.
