It's a member of and walking distance to the popular Tahoe Park Private Beach area with over 3 acres of lakefront enjoyment. Only a short drive to Tahoe City. The updated kitchen offers granite tiled counters, stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven and dishwasher. The dining room table seats 6 people comfortably and there's a couple of bar stools at the countertop. This home also has a washer and dryer. Recently updated bathrooms and flooring throughout the home (photos coming soon!)

Gather on the leather sofas and warm up in front of a fire in the woodstove. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV with cable including networks like CNN, MSNBC, HBO, Showtime, NFL and more! Or, catch your favorite film on the Blue-ray DVD player. There is a surround sound stereo system with CD and cassette and high speed internet to enjoy as well.

The property has redwood patio furniture and a gas barbecue on the front deck, a patio table & hot tub on the back deck, and a fully fenced-in back yard. It's also easily accessible to many biking/hiking trails and there are public tennis courts about 1/2 mile from the house. There is level access and parking for up to 3 cars. This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!
