You’ll be within easy walking distance to the lakefront trail, restaurants, bars, and shops—making it the perfect home base for exploring everything the area has to offer, all from a spot that still feels like its own little community.
Getting Around:
This home is just a short walk from downtown Geneva and the lakefront, so you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, shows, and the scenic lake trail without needing to drive. For exploring beyond town, a car is highly recommended. The region offers private taxis, local wine touring services, and rideshare options like Uber for convenience.
Other Things to Note:
➡️ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM per town ordinance and are especially important in this small community with year-round residents—please be mindful and respectful during your stay.
➡️ Guests must park only in their assigned spots. Eclipse has 4 dedicated parking spaces: 2 behind the back patio and 2 to the right of the home near the train tracks/dumpster, labeled “31.”
➡️ All amenities (hot tub, pool table, games, grill, etc.) are for guest use at your own risk.
➡️ Please respect the neighborhood. While close to downtown, this home is part of a small, locally lived-in community.
➡️ Guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ guest rental agreement prior to check-in.
➡️ A security camera is located at the front entrance for safety and monitoring of arrivals.
➡️ Some amenities may be seasonal and availability can vary depending on weather and time of year.
