Das Haus befindet sich in einer äußerst ruhigen Umgebung innerhalb des bekannten Wohn- / Hotelkomplexes "Country Village", in dem jedes Haus über große Außenbereiche verfügt, in denen Sie etwas Privatsphäre und Ruhe genießen können Mediterranea. Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Etage und besteht aus: 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, 2 Badezimmer (1 mit Dusche und 1 mit Badewanne), Wohn- / Essbereich und Küchenzeile. Das Haus ist mit Moskitonetzen und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer führt zur großen Veranda mit Holztisch und Stühlen für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Der Mehrwert, besonders für diejenigen mit Kindern, ist das Schwimmbad, das exklusiv genutzt werden kann. Genau dort, wo Kinder gerne stundenlang spielen! Trotz des sehr ruhigen und zurückhaltenden Umfelds ist es vom Haus aus immer noch bequem, alle im Dorf selbst verfügbaren Dienstleistungen (Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Geldautomat, medizinischer Wachdienst, Abendunterhaltung ...) und zu nutzen zum Meer: Der am nächsten gelegene Strand ist der von Le Saline, ca. 2,5 km entfernt, oder La Pazzona. Das Zentrum von Stintino erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten. Ab Juni steht Ihnen auch ein Shuttlebus zur Verfügung, der Sie zu allen Stränden (einschließlich des berühmten La Pelosa in ca. 10 Minuten) und ins Zentrum des Dorfes bringt. So vermeiden Sie, dass Sie Ihr Auto bewegen und sparen Parkkosten! Haustiere sind auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis gestattet, sofern sie höflich und sauber sind.

Nice holiday home

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Azurra! Monica was a great host. She arranged the check-in and check-out according to our needs. The house was clean and there was everything we needed. The kids just loved the pool which was cleaned every other day. The garden was well kept. However, the kitchen is quite old and will certainly need a modernisation soon. The location is really nice, but you will need a car to get around. We really enjoyed the beaches (our favourites were Ezzi Mannu and Porto Palmas - don’t forget your snorkeling gear) and would definitely recommend a day trip to the Grotto di Neptuno (take the stairs! It‘s awesome!) and Alghero.

A little Paradise on Sardinia

Das Haus ist sehr schön in einem Wohn-Park gelegen, der auf einem Hügel liegt uns es so zulässt daß man einen Blick aufs Wasser hat. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt, sowie das ganze Haus. Wir waren im September dort wo es sehr ruhig war, was wir sehr genossen. Alles in Allem war es eine gute Entscheidung das Haus zu mieten

Family holiday at Villa Azzurra

We have just spent two lovely weeks at the Villa Azzurra with our two sons (7 and nearly 5 years old). The villa is perfect for a family of 4 and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is very nice and big enough, it also gets cleaned every few days. The villa is located within a holiday village, which is beautifully located on the hills and very close to the sea. You will be 15 min walk away from a little shopping area, with a supermarket, few restaurants and shops. Although you cannot walk to a beach, the closest one is only 10 min drive away and you are only 20 min away from the famous La Pelosa. We would highly recommend Villa Azzurra and we might be back another year.

Belle prestation

Belle location avec maison en très bon état, bien entretenue avec tout le matériel et accessoires nécessaires pour un agréable séjour. Emplacement très calme malgré proximité (environ 1 km ) commerces et animations estivales journalières. Piscine très agréable, nettoyée tous les deux jours . Un très bon rapport qualité/prix pour découvrir cette région

Well recommended

We went there in a beginning of June. Lovely and comfortable place to stay. The villa had all the things you would need in holiday house ( if you decided to go for a cooking and cleaning your own mess on holiday option!!🤪) well equipped kitchenette, comfy beds dishwasher, washing machine etc.

Accogliente ..Una bomboniera!

Vacanze Luglio 2016. Per il secondo anno ho trascorso le vacanze a Villa Azzurra. La villa è comoda ed accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort arredata con buon gusto. Giardino con piscina privata pulita regolarmente ogni due giorni e dotata di comodi lettini e sedie.Vacanza ideale per famiglia all'insegna di relax e tranquillità. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo innamorate di questo posto che consigliamo a tutti. Monica la nostra interlocutrice (persona splendia) sempre disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Rita e Mario ringraziano Monica e il proprietario per questa bella vacanza!

Recensione villa Stintino country La gestione. Monica Barbieri fa indubbiamente la differenza. Gentilissima simpatica premurosa attenta professionale e disponibile. La casa. Molto confortevole. Non abbiamo chiesto se c'è il WiFi perché la zona è ben coperta da segnale 3g, ma poi c'è tutto: lavatrice e lavastoviglie, barbecue Weber, ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere di qualità. Tutto nuovo di palla e completo di istruzioni. Le zanzariere funzionano bene ma usurate. Quella del soggiorno che dà sul giardino scorre su un binario rialzato posizionato infelicemente proprio in corrispondenza di un gradino. Ma Basta prestare attenzione. Probabilmente chiedendo a Monica si possono utilizzare anche i due ombrelloni da mare entrambi già dotati di utilissima "trivella" cioè una base in plastica da avvitare nella sabbia. E poi tante sdraio e sdraiette varie. Ci sono in dotazione anche numerosi insetticidi. Non abbiamo visto zanzare ma qualche formica sì. Il trucco è stare attenti a non entrare in casa con una formica addosso. Quando una sola é dentro casa, le sue amiche supererebbero l'inferno per raggiungerla e formano la classica fila indiana. Due colpi di spray in dotazione e il problema è risolto. Può succedere, del resto è un posto immerso nella natura, con tante specie di uccellini. La piscina è pulita e manutenzionata La posizione Premesso che Ovviamente é necessaria l'auto, ci è sembrata perfetta. A due minuti c'è il country con tutti i negozi e l'animazione, a 20 minuti {porto torres} ci sono supermercati tipo lidl, a dieci c'è Stintino con il porto e il passeggio. Le spiaggia delle saline con parcheggio libero é a cinque minuti e é fatta di piccoli bellissimi sassolini che non si aooiccicano alla pelle. Mare sempre molto pulito. A dieci quindici minuti la famosa pelosa.

Bellissima Villa Azzurra

Mio marito ed io siamo stati una settimana a Giugno a Stintino, soggiornando in questa bellissima villa, insieme alla nostra bambina di 1 anno e alla nostra cagnetta che Monica, la proprietaria, ha accolto ben volentieri a differenza, purtroppo, di tante altre strutture. Le caratteristiche indicate nella descrizione e le foto pubblicate corrispondono esattamente alla realtà. La casa è grande e funzionale, arredata con tutto ciò che può servire per potersi sistemare comodamente. La piscina è splendida e pulita ed è un'ottima alternativa al mare che nelle ore troppo calde può non andare bene per i bambini. La casa si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dalla famosa spiaggia della Pelosa. Il soggiorno è stato dunque assolutamente positivo e lo consigliamo a tutti!

Vacanza a 5 stelle

Abbiamo scelto Stintino per festeggiare 32 anni di matrimonio ed abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza abitando in questa bella e comodissima villetta. L'abitazione è risultata essere totalmente rispondente a quanto promesso nell'annuncio, dotata di ogni confort come mai avevamo trovato in precedenti esperienze di case in affitto e come solo una casa pienamente vissuta ed amata dai proprietari può offrire, curata nei dettagli, in perfetto stato e pulitissima.Altra nota positiva che desideriamo segnalare è la gestione della piscina che viene pulita ogni due giorni dal gentilissimo personale incaricato che provvede a mantenere in perfetto stato buona parte delle piscine del Country Paradise. Il complesso in cui è inserita la villa è molto bello, servito da un centro commerciale dedicato i cui commercianti hanno fatto della gentilezza il loro fiore all'occhiello. Al nostro arrivo l'abitazione ci è stata consegnata dalla simpaticissima Monica, titolare dell'agenzia che l'ha in carico, che ci ha dato utili informazioni per gestire e godere al meglio la nostra permanenza in quella zona e che per ogni quesito e nostra necessità si è resa disponibile e rintracciabile in qualsiasi momento, verificando con molta attenzione che tutto procedesse al meglio. Hello everyone! I'm Monica, I live in Maranello, home of Legendary Ferrari, and for over 30 years I attend Sardinia, which I consider now a bit like my second home!
I inherited the love for this beautiful island from my father and a few years ago I became the owner of a house in Stintino, located within the Country Village ex Bagaglino (www.homelidays.it/casa-vacanze/p6092076) I then offered it for rent as a holiday home to Italians and foreigners, getting great satisfaction over time thanks to the care and attention that I have always spent freely offering to my guests comfort and services ...the same that I would find during the my holidays. I discovered that I like this type of business that reward me, so I decided, to make it a job: I qualified as real estate agent and from here SUNNY HOME is born, specialized in managing tourist rent of holiday houses and apartments in Stintino. I believe that meeting the needs of own guests, today is the best calling card, in particular by working through internet where the feedback left, after stay, are visible to everyone and often, not being able to see in advance the location in person, represent the only means of gaining the confidence of potential guests. Positive feedback is the premise of a new guest : negative feedback is certainly the opposite! This is the reason I have always endeavoured to make available to guests, a home equipped with the necessary equipment and comfort to make feel them at their home, and to quickly resolve and as the best I can every kind of discomfort, with the support of local truste staff, thus passing on the guest the feeling to be always followed and looked after! During a holiday several problems may arise, but early intervention erases any bad memories from the mind of the guest! Then I put at complete disposal my experience, for any homeowners who want to rent but do not have sufficient time to do it directly, and to those who want to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Stintino.
