Professionally designed and newly renovated this cabin has everything you need for the perfect stay. Hot Tub, fire pit, game room, Coffee Bar. It features three bedrooms and two baths. On the main level you will find the Master with a California King bed and second bedroom with Queen Bed and Smart TV. Upstairs has three Full beds, a Smart TV, and game console with plenty of selections to keep the kids happy while you unwind.

Stunning living area with views, enjoy the beautiful Cedar and Oak covered lot while relaxing in the surroundings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basic needs including a Coffee Bar. Enjoy your favorite streaming music with the Bluetooth soundbar or settle in for a movie on the Smart TV. Dining table for 8 and easy access to the deck.

An expansive deck provides a relaxing place to watch abundant wildlife and recount the day's events. You may even see a deer or two ! Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking.

Each room is equipped with new ductless mini split heating and cooling with individual controls to ensure that everyone is comfortable in any season. The wood burning stove is perfect for those cozy evenings by the fire.

Each bed has a new memory foam mattress, luxury sheets and pillows so that you can get the rest you deserve.

High Speed WiFi is Free and WiFi repeaters ensure a clean signal in every room.

Teenagers and Adults alike will enjoy the game room complete with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Arcade Games, electronic dart board, corn hole set and Smart TV.

Laundry, Gas Grill and basic necessities are all available to you as you have use of the entire home while you stay.

Take advantage of Pine Mountain Lakes' many amenities by booking a T time or head over to the pickle ball court !

Pine Mountain Lake requires a $46 per car per week for the duration of your stay. This one time fee allows you to enjoy the amenities within the Private Pine Mountain Lake Community.

Yosemite

We highly recommend this VRBO. It sits in a small California town with a grocery store, a few shops and restaurants. The hosts gave thorough directions for arrival. The home itself is cozy and adorable and impeccable as far as cleanness. It is an hour drive from Yosemite Valley.

Wonderful Getaway, Great Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is just as described and we really enjoyed the entire PML community during our stay. I really appreciated how clean it was, and how stocked the kitchen was. The beds were cozy, we slept well after our long days in Yosemite. Would love to stay here again someday, the hosts were responsive and their guidebook had all the information we could ever need to help us enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Cabin!

This lovely A-Frame Cabin is located on a quiet street, lined with tall trees and plenty of space between neighbors…there is a wonderful, heated spa set near the house - just a few steps outside. We sat in spa, sipped wine and watched deer/and wild turkeys nearby and listened to the wind in the trees. What a beautiful sight. The inside of this cabin is just as described. The upstairs has three large beds which my grandchildren just loved…all beds in house were just yummy with comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. There is everything you will need inside …including washing detergent which was a plus! We just loved the house managers…they were very communicative and they made our vacation a 5 star! We will definitely be staying here again during our travels to Groveland and Yosemite.

Perfect for Family

“Time Out” is a perfect stay for a family. Tastefully decorated with plenty of room for all. The beds were amazingly comfortable. If cooking is in your plans, don’t worry, the kitchen has what you need. The downstairs room with pool table was a extra bonus.

We absolutely loved stay here. The house was wonderfully appointed, clean, and a short drive to town. It was very private and quiet, and we had a lovely relaxing time. Highly recommend!

comfy cabin!

Groveland is adorable and so is this cabin. Morning coffee in the hot tub before the drive to Yosemite was perfect. Comfy beds and pillows! We used the porch for all our meals, the deer would always stop by to say hello. Fawning season let us admire many cuties while relaxing outdoors. The large dining table inside was perfect for our coloring books and embroidery at night.

Fun family cabin in a great setting

We really enjoyed our stay at the Time Out cabin. Its as great as it looks in the pictures! Plenty of room for everyone, and the downstairs game room is an added bonus. There was something for everyone. We had an issue checking in at the gate, they only allow one car per house unless the property owner specifically states permission for more. We were able to get ahold of Nate, he returned my call within minutes. He stayed on the line with me until he knew we were through. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you Nate (and family) for sharing your cabin with us!

Perfect to explore Yosemite

We loved the chalet. It’s big and cozy and perfect to explore Yosemite. The fireplace was on the whole time we were there. It was so relaxing! However, the play room was dusty and we found beer bottle caps around the pool table when we got there. We also couldn’t find all the balls to play so that was disappointing. I’m certain the owner will take care of that. He seemed to care about our comfort during our stay and communications with him are good. We would still recommend the place.

Amazing Getaway

We had such an amazing experience at this lovely place. Everything was exactly as described, and Nate was so easy to communicate and get in contact with. We were worried about the WiFi initially as we were planning on working remotely during the week, but we had no problems at all! The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the beds were amazing! Everyone wanted to know what kind of mattress it was because we slept like babies every night. Highly recommend this property, and we could not be happier with our stay!

Amazing getaway

What a perfect place for a friends getaway! Nate and Jaime were wonderful hosts and provided a perfect place to stay. The beds were so comfortable and the entire house was lovely. We had a great time and would come back in a second!

Nate and Jaime call Sacramento home but are always exploring other places with their sidekick Ben ( Rhodesian Ridgeback). We love the mountains but don't discriminate against beaches, our travels have taken us to many great places across the US, including AK and HI of Course!! Internationally we have been fortunate to visit Canada, the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, New Zealand, Kazakhstan ( Yes I really went there) and Azerbaijan.
