If you and your family are looking to get away from it all, look no further! Your Ultimate Lakeside Getaway is located on a beautiful, lakefront, private wooded lot with all that nature has to offer. Enjoy the lakefront pool and hot tub as you take in the stunning lake views. The home is complete with all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and bonus room with pool table. The home has 4 bedrooms with the master downstairs, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half. Enjoy quality family time in the large game/family room. There is plenty of space in the home for everyone to enjoy and still have plenty of personal space. There is no lack of outdoor activities. Relax and enjoy the lake on the private dock available for your use to swim in the lake, fish, or just relax. Swim in the in ground salt water pool and take all your stresses away in the hot tub with amazing lake views. Kayaks are also available for your use to head out and check out the beauty that Lake Wylie has to offer.
There is a washer and dryer in the home for your use as well as a dishwasher, toaster oven, pots and pans and all you will need for your kitchen needs.

Fun for All Ages

This beautiful lake house offered something fun for all ages! The pool and hot tub are amazing. The seats along the edge of the pool are wonderful. The pool table offers fun out of the heat. As noted in previous reviews the cleaning could be improved but wasn’t bad enough to be a deal breaker. Overall it was great and we would do it again!!!

Breathtaking views and relaxation!

The pictures don’t do this setting justice as it’s extremely private, peaceful and breathtaking. I highly recommend even for a short escape! The owner was very responsive and the home was well furnished.

Outside Enjoyment to the Max !!!!

The outside space was outstanding , the views were exceptional !!! We enjoyed the saltwater pool and spa , the weather cooperated for the entire stay . We also had a fun time on the lake kayaking and fishing !!! The inside was less than desirable and has been addressed with the home owner. Hopefully , they will remedy our concerns to make future renters satisfied with their stay .

Home was beautiful however was not clean and given proper supplies such as dishwashing soap or toilet paper. Should be proper as guest come to your home to have a full kitchen and baths supplied.

Amazing outdoor space with great location

We came for the outside space to celebrate with family and friends over 2 weeks. The saltwater pool, hot tub, and dock were the reason we came and we truly enjoyed our time. There were 4 kayaks, 3 smaller and 1 longer with paddles and a few life jackets for adults. It was a wonderful location to watch/hear the wildlife... heron, osprey, eagles, and frogs. There is a water ski team show on Friday nights -- Lake life was great. The house experience did not really match the outdoors. We had cleaning issues that the homeowner was very responsive to and resolved the issues quickly. The kitchen had the typical rental house mix of old pans, pots, and utensils with an array of spices. Keurig was a big hit. The living room was big and the eating area was small compared to the size of the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were below average/basic, but functional. The outside grill was nice but the appliances next to it don't work. Overall our trip was great and the few shortcomings of the house did not deter from our enjoyment.

Paradise by the Lake

We had an awesome vacation at the lake property. The pool area was great for the kids "and adults too". The house was big, so plenty of room. Outdoor areas was nice to play yard games. Game room was big and spacious. Overall, had a nice vacation and the accomadations were great!! I would definitely rent again..

Perfect location

The property enabled a perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Great access to the lake and a comfortable outdoor living area (with a lot of shade) while watching the children have fun in the pool. Would definitely recommend this property.
