DIFY Bear & Co - Hotel de Ville

Apartment with lots of character with exposed stones, large warm living room and refurbished. The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful 18th century building.
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (two bedrooms with a double bed). You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet, TV, fitted kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, mobile air conditioner and two fans.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
You will only be given one set of keys for your stay. You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.
Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure deadline.

The accommodation offered by Nicolas is located in Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.
Located right in the heart of Lyon (1st arrondissement), you will find, right under your windows, all the most attractive attractions offered by our City of Lights. You will find something for everyone, restaurants, bars, museums, markets on the Quays of Soane and direct access to Vieux-Lyon. By staying here, you will be able to move almost exclusively on foot and have access to the Old Town, including Fourvière, St Jean and its St Paul and St Georges cathedrals, Les Traboules and its famous Lyonnais traffic jams.

The property is near to the Métro "Hotel de Ville"(line A) Direct bus to Part-Dieu Airport: 1/2 hour by taxi and 1 hour by shuttle (from Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu)
If you arrive by car, you can park in the Terreaux car park: 18 Rue d'Algérie, 69001 Lyon. The apartment is located two minutes walk.

Great location in Lyon
This is a great apartment location for a stay in Lyon. The apartment was spotless and nicely appointed. We didn't look at the photos well enough before booking it - we're older and need frequent trips to the bathroom during the night. The stairs have no handrail (which we didn't notice in the photo) and the location of light switches didn't make a nighttime trip feel very safe. After looking again at the listing, we accept that we just didn't choose well, nothing against the owner or mgt company. We loved the location for getting around the city.

If you are looking for a quiet but centrally located place in Lyon ... this is it! We had a great stay at this place, plenty of restaurants and bars around... which gives you the feel that you are living like a local!

Très bel appartement,bien situé,proche du centre et du vieux Lyon.. beaucoup de jeunes habitent l'immeuble et cela à été très bruyant la 1ere nuit..ensuite l'appartement était conforme à nos attentes...
