DIFY Lovely - Centre-ville

This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, which is also very comfortable). You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet, TV, fitted kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, fan.
Located right in the heart of Lyon (2nd arrondissement), you will find, right under your windows, all the most attractive attractions offered by our City of Lights. You will find something for everyone, restaurants, bars, museums, markets on the Quais de Soane and direct access to Vieux-Lyon. By staying here, you will be able to move almost exclusively on foot and have access to the Old Town, including Fourvière, St Jean and its St Paul and St Georges cathedrals, Les Traboules and its famous Lyonnais traffic jams.
If you arrive at Part-Dieu station, you can take the metro line B direction Charpennes to the Charpennes stop and then take line A direction Perrache to the Cordeliers stop. The apartment is located one minute walk. If you arrive by car, there are paid places right next to the building depending on availability or at the Parking Grolée: 2 Rue Grolée, 69002 Lyon (around 30€ / day). The apartment is located three minutes on foot. ATTENTION: To drive in this area of Lyon, you need a Crit'Air sticker (a sticker indicating the pollution level of your vehicle).
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. You will only be given one set of keys for your stay. You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys. I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival
Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time. Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival. Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure time.

Perfect location near everything
This appartment is located very centrally on the historic presqu’île of Lyon close to absolutely EVERYTHING. You can find some of the best Bouchon Lyonnais (serving local fares) just a few feet away. It is one block from the convenient and modern metro system. It is in the heart of the shopping district and cultural center of Lyon. Monoprix department store is a short two blocks away. The street and building are quaint and the place is up two flights of stairs. The apartment itself is very clean and renovated. I am giving it a 4 star because the checkin info are provided about 5 hours before time of arrival which makes it stressful when arriving from America with limited phone access. I would of like knowing the night before when I have wifi access. Also, this apartment is managed by a rental company which makes for an impersonal and inflexible experience. They only provide two small and low quality bath towels, one hand towel and one kitchen towel for a 5 night stay. No bath mat and no extra towel for the wet floor for when we come out of the shower. When asked for extra towels, we were denied the request. I am a VRBO host myself in Washington state and I would never deny such a simple request. We had to go to Monoprix and buy extra to use as a bath mat. Additionally, the coat hanger from picture was not there and we had no place to hang our wet raincoats other than back of chairs. Finally, I would still recommend this place 100%.

First time in Lyon - Great location
Perfect location in the Presque Ile section of Lyon. Literally 75 restaurants/cafes within 15 minute walk. Easy walk to Place Bellecour and to the Vieux Lyon section across the river. Definitely take the funicular to the Roman Amphitheater and the cathedral. Contactless check-in/check-out was very easy

Excellent!
Both accommodations and location in Cordeliers were ideal. Centrally located in old Lyon it was a great starting point for our explorations. We are also surrounded by great Bouchons and the restaurants of of rue Merciere. ….totally a gourmets delight
