Welcome to Beach Times & Tee Times located in Sandpiper Bay's Sunset Village Community. Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach get-away or to spend your days at one of the 30 golf courses within a 20 mile radius, your ideal vacation awaits!

This 2nd floor, two bedroom, two bathroom coastal themed condo will welcome you with vaulted ceilings, open concept floorplan, Lanai with canal views, and all of the essentials you will need for the perfect home away from home.

The great room features an oversized sofa and loveseat, 55" flat screen HD TV with DVD player, cable and free internet connectivity and tasteful coastal decor. Enjoy the movie collection, cards, games and puzzles for evening or anytime entertainment!

The spacious Master bedroom features a King size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV with cable and private access to the Lanai.

The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with cable/DVD player and side by side access to the unit's 2nd full size bathroom with shower/bathtub combo. The fold up twin bed will provide comfortable accommodations to sleep your 5th guest.

The kitchen is fully stocked to provide all of your daily cooking/dining needs, 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker and full size washer and dryer.

Exterior amenities include 2 swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court, outdoor grills and bicycle racks. Also be sure to schedule your tee time at Sandpiper Bay's 27 hole golf course designed by Dan Maples and enjoy a meal in the Clubhouse at Piper's Bar & Grill.

Sandpiper Bay is conveniently located only 3.2 miles from Sunset Beach, 7.9 from Ocean Isle Beach and a short 20 minute drive to North Myrtle Beach.

Comfortable and clean

Proximity to my sister's condo made this the perfect place to stay during Thanksgiving week. Lisa has decorated the condo in a pleasing palette of color with tasteful artwork. The kitchen is well organized, providing all implements needed to make a turkey meal. The mattress is very comfortable with quality linens. Most importantly every area was immaculate which was greatly appreciated by us. We look forward to our next stay!!

Wonderful stay!

Great Vacation Area

We’ve vacationed at Sunset Beach for several years. Our condo was the best! It’s clean, well stocked, and just a few miles from the beach. We’ve stayed there twice and will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Beautiful, super clean condo

The condo is just as it is pictured. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. The owner is very responsive for any issues that arise. The complex is also very nice and immaculately maintained. It’s only a short drive to several beach options. It is a second floor unit with only stair access for anyone with mobility issues. It wasn’t an issue for us. Highly recommend!

Quiet and Convenient

The condo was easy to find and was as described. Convenient to Sunset Beach, Calabash, and North Myrtle Beach. Beds we’re comfortable, shower pressure good, loved watching the turtles in the sun on the bank of the waterway that runs between condos. Internet was great for working remote and hubby enjoyed the TV.

BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET CONDO

This condo was beautifully decorated and included everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach! We loved the cleanliness and the attention to detail and comfort of being at a home away from home. The owner's responsiveness and given information of the area made it a wonderful stay and we had to make two trips to get fresh bagels!!! This condo was amazing: tastefully decorated in a beach motif, fully stocked and welcoming, and in the beautiful community of Sandpiper Bay Resort. It’s only about a 7 minute drive to the beach. We will definitely stay at this lovely property again.

A Short Celebration Getaway

Myself, my husband and two of my four sons where getting away to enjoy a long weekend to celebrate. We were celebrating our 27th year wedding anniversary, and my son's Birthday. He wanted to come to SunSet beach for his special day. This was the perfect accommodations. The condo was set up Beautifully. It provided all the comforts of home and more. We enjoyed take out breakfast on the closed in balcony. The cool nights where enjoyable to relax and sip on wine at night. The location is near the beach and plenty of dinning options. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home. We would definely stay here again.

PERFECT

Nice getaway

Did a girls trip with my friend and 16 month daughter. Location was great! Home was clean. Lots of cooking utensils and small appliances. Would stay here again

Lovely place

This is spacious, clean, and quiet. It's beautifully furnished and decorated. The screened deck looks out on a pond with a fountain (my fav part!). We had what we needed-the kitchen's got the tools we needed for meals. This is about a 10 minute drive to Sunset Beach. It's also close to Calabash and Ocean Isle Beach restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. 5G too. Just lovely.
