Excellent

We were provided all the details for an easy check in. Clean space, perfect size for our family of 4. Laundry in unit was super convenient! The single best part though was the LOCATION! Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We’re already talking about booking the same spot next year.

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying at this rental, and it did not disappoint. The unit was very clean and accommodated our family nicely. You can’t beat the location! The hosts are very nice and great at communicating. We would absolutely consider staying here a third time.

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Condo! We arrived early and were able to access the condo shortly after lunch. The Condo was very clean and in a great location for beach/boardwalk. The space was perfect for our family of four.

Great family place!

My husband and I brought our 2 and 4 year old here for the week and we had the BEST time! The condo was better than we even expected and the complex was so convinient to so many things in the area!! Not one single complaint and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family getaway

Great location! We had older and younger people who require as little walking as possible back and forth to the beach and nearby activities. There’s plenty of restaurants in short walking Distance and the location is right next to the beach. There’s also a lovely pool to use.

Great condo in a great location!

This condo is in a great location just steps to the ocean! Very clean and stocked with the necessities. We arrived into town early so I contacted the owner about the possibility of early check-in and we were able to do so after grabbing lunch. We had to contact the property manager about a minor issue with the kitchen sink and he was very pleasant to deal with and addressed the minor issue right away. We will definitely stay here again.

Another amazing stay

This was our second year staying here and we had another great stay! The house has everything our family of 5 needs and is the perfect location to the beach, boardwalk and Funland. We also love the pool and balcony, the pool attendants are always very friendly and helpful. Our only notable complaint is the 10am check out is tough with 3 littles to get packed and out the door on time. We can’t wait to come back again next year! Thank you!

Terrific vacation location

Very pleasant and convenient condo. Exactly as advertised. Lots of space, stocked with the usual necessities of home. Very close to beach and Funland (yes, you can hear people yelling on rides from the deck, but didn’t disturb sleep of our 2.5 year old upstairs). Would recommend.

As listed but elevator stopped working

The property was great until the elevator stopped working. We had small children and strollers. Mild inconvenience -but property management didn’t seem concerned. Local is great and we would rent again.
