THREE separate showers, 2 toilets.
Cozy apartment in a quiet, wooded area of La Plaine, 15 minutes from the center of Paris, and far from the hustle and bustle of St Denis.
PARKING in the basement, wifi.
The apartment is ideally located near the RER D Stade de France St Denis station, which takes you to CHATELET in 15 minutes .
You can use free private parking in the basement of the building.
You have access to the whole apartment.
The area is calm and very secure, around a one hectare park.
A supermarket is accessible every day except Sunday until 10 p.m.
You also have a pharmacy, just nearby.
Motorways A1 and A86. CDG Airport: 25mn by car, 60 'by RER.
The nearest RER station (RER D STADE DE FRANCE ST DENIS) gives you access to GARE DU NORD in 5 minutes, LES HALLES in 15 minutes. The Opera and the department stores (20 '), the Champs Elysées (25'), Les Halles (15 '), Montmartre (25'), Le Louvre (25 '), Eiffel Tower (50') ...plus 5 'walk to get from the apartment to the RER station.
We ask not to walk in shoes in the apartment, and not to make noise after 9:00 p.m.

Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub!

Es war alles da was man braucht und die Lage ist unschlagbar. Großer Pluspunkt ist, dass man flexibel zwischen Auto und ÖPNV wählen kann. Unsere Kinder hatten auch auf dem gegenüberliegenden Spielplatz viel Spaß und wir haben immer die Ruhe genossen, wenn man wieder zurück war. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Excellent Apartment

We came to France to see Paris on vacation and we stayed for 7 days with 7 people in our group. It was perfect for all of us. We were comfortable and the apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. We liked the neighborhood. We took the D line every day into the heart of Paris. The D line was a couple of blocks away from the apartment which was great. You pass the Monop grocery store and a pharmacy on the way home so it’s perfect. We often picked up whatever we needed as we went in for the night. The neighborhood hosts office type businesses so it’s very quiet in the evening after everyone goes home for the day. We had what we needed in the apartment and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. He was pleasant to work with and made our stay comfortable. I really felt like we got a good value for our lodging nearby Paris. It was worth the extra 15 min metro ride to have a roomier place that was affordable and nice. We would absolutely stay again!

Rugby World Cup Visit

We stayed for 11 nights to watch the Rugby World Cup in Saint Denis. The apartment was perfect for our stay - was very clean with enough space for our party of four (can sleep a few more). Perfectly located for stadium which is a 15 minute walk and RER D train station and supermarket about 100m away. There is a limited choice for restaurants in Saint Denis BUT we would stay here again as we were able to catch the train to the nightlife easily enough and our primary purpose was for the stadium.

Lovely apartment close to transport

We were over for the RWC and found this place that was reasonably priced. The apartment itself is kind of small but doesnt feel that way. Great amenities and the balcony is a lovely addition. Easiest check in process ive encountered. Highly recommend this apartment

Such a hidden gem and lovely stay.

We stayed at this apartment June 2022. Our group had 7 family members and we stayed for 19 days. It was amazing. I feel because of our length of stay, we got to know the area and can leave an honest review. We 100% loved it and would stay there again. I want to share all the wonderful things we loved and at the end I will touch on a few things that travelers might want to consider for their needs. The communication with the owner was amazing. His response was prompt for any questions we had. Upon arrival we had a few questions because we were not familiar with the gate entry and we were quickly assisted. The apartment building has 3 locked gate/doors that require a special key fob or door codes to enter. Once we understood the instructions, coming and going became easy and we all felt very secure. The apartment was clean, beautiful, comfortable for our large group. They even provided a few basic things like trash bags, aluminum foil, and a few other things most travelers don't normally pack. Obviously, when going to Paris staying in the room is an after thought, but having a comfortable place to land is essential and that is exactly what we got. Ok, here are the hidden gems I feel you might want to know about. This apartment has an amazing balcony that overlooks the cutest, tree filled Park! It's like having your own little Central Park right in the neighborhood. Sitting on the balcony in the evenings and listening to the sounds of the neighborhood was enchanting. One evening we heard cheers and saw lights from the distance and realized we were located within walking distance from the National Stadium. They were playing a football game (soccer) and we turned on the television and watched the match while hearing the live audience cheer from our windows. So, if you are a huge football fan, this would be an amazing place to stay after seeing a game. A few other things we really enjoyed about this location is the corner store and train station are so close by. We enjoyed our stay so much, but there were a few things just to note. As Americans, we are used to screened windows and because of the beautiful park near by, the mosquitos were a problem. There was an unusual heat wave of 100 degrees one day, so closing the windows was not an option. We wished we'd had more pillows on the beds for reading and we had some issues with the washing machine because we weren't familiar with how to use it properly. We loved our stay.

Great flat in a good location!

We stayed at this place for a week and liked it very much! It’s close to RER D station (5 min walk) & B station (10 min), grocery store and pharmacy are 4 min walk. Great showers with normal water pressure (which is not always the case :)) Beds are very comfortable. Property manager is very responsive. We really enjoyed coming home every night after long, busy and exciting days in Paris. Definitely would stay there again!
