Willkommen in unserem Zuhause! Bewundern Sie von Ihrer überdachten Veranda aus die Schönheit des Ozeans. Ein schöner, breiter Sandstrand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und bietet direkten Zugang zum Strand und eine Außendusche. Wenn Sie ein Frühaufsteher sind, können Sie Ihren Kaffee auf dem Deck trinken und den Sonnenaufgang über dem Atlantik beobachten, ein atemberaubender Anblick. Beobachten Sie das Spielen der Delfine und das Aufsteigen der Pelikane - wie können Sie hier keine Entspannung finden?

Wir haben ein Parkhaus direkt unter der Wohnung für zwei Autos, so dass Sie sich keine Sorgen machen müssen, dass Ihr Auto in der heißen Sonne backt. Da wir uns im ersten Stock befinden, müssen Sie Ihre Koffer und Ihr gesamtes Essen nicht zu weit schleppen. Ihre Ferienwohnung ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über Corian-Arbeitsplatten, einen glatten Herd, Pergo-Bodenbeläge, einen schönen Kamin, Smart-TVs mit Flachbildschirm, einen DVD-Player sowie alle Küchen- und Haushaltsgegenstände. Alles was Sie mitbringen müssen ist Ihr Essen. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Wir haben viele Bücher für Ihren Genuss.

Wir stellen nur die besten Reinigungskräfte ein, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie sich bei Ihrer Ankunft keine Sorgen um das Erscheinungsbild der Wohnung machen müssen.

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described. We found the unit to be exceptionally clean and well equipped. Loved to location and how close the beach was. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sun rise and drinking our morning coffee. I enjoy surf fishing and for a first this year I caught 5 sand sharks. Another first, I use a 2-hook leader when fishing and caught 2 fish at one time. A-1 Property Management was there immediately to correct an issue with the kitchen faucet leaking. It was replaced resolving the issue. We will be returning to this unit for future stays. David and his staff are always gracious and willing to help "personally" and professionally any way they can.

The condo is in a perfect area that isn't as crowded as the Carolina Beach area. This was our second stay in this condo. We like that you can park under the building and our cars are protected. You can see the beach area and hear the ocean from the bedroom!

Beautiful Location & Condo

Received a call upon arrival that the washer was broke & if necessary, we would need to call to have someone pick up our dirty laundry until the washer could be fixed/replaced. We received no updates all week on the status of the washer. Tried to call the management once to get clothes washed and was unable to get through until the following day- Not a huge issue, just an inconvenience. The dryer also did not work, so we were unable to even dry the small amount of towels provided/swimming gear we brought. Shower drain in master bath clogged up/drained very slowly frequently. These weren’t issues enough for us to not enjoy our vacation. We loved watching the sunrises each morning & the convenience to the beach and pool. The private beach entrance was great so that the beach wasn’t overcrowded where we were. House was super clean & supplied well! We would definitely recommend this condo, just wish the washing machine would have worked (but I know things happen) or the communication regarding the issue would have been better! Also, watch out for other guests using your trash can because it’s right below the steps- we had several bags in our trash that were not ours.

Great Condo

The condo was awesome. Very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The location was near Fort Fisher. Quite beach area. Enjoyed my morning walks on the beach. Master bath shower didn’t drain well but didn’t really matter to us. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay Vacay

Went down on the 28th of August, perfect time-no crowds due to school back in...everything we needed was there...only a couple problems we experienced; in Master Bath-shower door was broken/hard to slide, in other bathroom-drain was stopped up all week-called on Monday-no response til Friday & by then only two days before leaving, so dealt with it--only other complaint, both beds were extremely hard-not one to complain, but worst sleep I've had on vacay-we all hurt during the night & when we woke up each day...would be so nice for owners to consider soft thick bed toppers on both beds for a good week of sleep-otherwise we loved the condo-beautifully decorated, had all the amenities we needed, love Kure & Carolina Beach, saw end of year fireworks-awesome, ate at some of best restaurants, Saturday Market at park with vendors was lots of fun, loved the location, got to see the "green rocks" at low tide, rode bikes, pool was so nice, short walk to beach, beautiful week and perfect views-overall would definitely recommend this property! (Softer mattresses please and we'll def be back next year...lol..)

Perfect week!

Condo was comfortable and clean. I loved that it was quiet and we had easy access to the beach. This was one of the best vacations we have had. It was easy to relax and enjoy the slow, quiet island life.
