THE SPACE:

Open Concept Living, Dining and Kitchen Area: Full-sized sofa bed (aka double), gas fireplace, Smart TV, Netflix, cable, PVR, dining table (4 chairs), fully-equipped kitchen with heated floors.

Bathroom: The spa bathroom features a rain-head shower, back-lit mirror with defogger, heated floors, and many other high-end upgrades. We pride ourselves in providing our guests with luxurious towels, linens & plush throws. We love to feel pampered when we go on Holiday and we want you to feel that way too!

Air Conditioning: Our home has A/C in the bedroom only. However, there’s a booster fan in the wall that our electrician installed that moves the cool air from the bedroom into the living room and kitchen areas. Did you know that only 30% of 1 bedrooms in Whistler have A/C? Choose our suite… there’s no need to suffer for guests renting during the summer months.

Underground Parking Access: During the Winter months (Nov 1st-Mar 31st) only Pay Parking is available at The Aspens. After April 1st, free street parking is available, but extremely limited. The secure underground parking at the Aspens is pay parking only. Tickets may be purchased from the yellow machine located in the lobby entrance. Parking costs $26.00 per 24 hour period. You may pay for the entire span of dates when you arrive or pay each day. Parkade height is 6 feet 6 inches tall. The machine takes Canadian $2 / $1 coins, Visa, Amex, and MC

GETTING AROUND:
Free Village Shuttle: Another bonus of booking with us is that our neighbourhood is one of the few areas serviced by Whistler’s Free Village Shuttle all year long. It stops on the road in front of our complex every 15 minutes in winter and 30 minutes in shoulder season.

We also highly recommend exploring Whistler by bike (Summer / Fall). There’s an amazing network of trails throughout Whistler making exploring the area car-free a breeze!

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED: The Suite Life™ Whistler is an upscale vacation rental management company in Whistler BC Canada. We’re dedicated to elevating our Guests’ stay and providing our Owners with peace of mind. To that end, we’ve partnered with Truvi, a leading Vacation Rental Guest-Screening provider.

Our company policy requires guests to be independently verified and to eSign our rental agreement: Immediately following your booking request, you’ll receive an email containing two secure links: 1) a link to e-sign our Rental Agreement, and 2) a link to verify your details and ID.

Without completing these steps, you will not be able to receive your access details.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: We are firm on our cancellation policy and will not be offering additional refunds outside of it. Guests are responsible for purchasing the appropriate travel insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance to cover themselves and their trip. However, we will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.

General Cancellation Policy (40 Days Notice Required): Guests will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation at least forty (40) days before the Check-In Date. Guests will receive a 50% refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation between thirty-nine (39) days and twenty-two (22) days before the Check-In Date. Guests who cancel twenty-one (21) days before the Check-In Date are not entitled to a refund of the Rental Fee or the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable.

BC Stat Holiday Exception (45 Days Notice Required): Guests who reserve the Property during the dates of June 29-July 4, 2024; Feb 14-22, 2025; May 16-23, 2025; June 29-July 4, 2025; Feb 12-21, 2026; May 15-22, 2026; June 29-July 4, 2026 inclusive (“BC Stat Dates”), will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation at least forty-five (45) days before the Check-In Date. For BC Stat Dates cancellations less than forty-five (45) days prior to Check-In Date, there is no refund unless the Replacement Guest books the cancelled dates. We will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.

Christmas / New Years Cancellation Exception (90 Days Notice Required): Guests who reserve the Property during the dates of Dec 16, 2024 - Jan 3, 2025, and Dec 15, 2025 - Jan 3, 2026, and Dec 14, 2026 - Jan 3, 2027 inclusive (“Holiday Dates”), will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation at least ninety (90) days before the Check-In Date. For Holiday Dates cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Check-In Date, there is no refund unless the Replacement Guest books the cancelled dates. We will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.

Limited Cancellation Policy: If a government-imposed travel ban or border closure prevents you from entering British Columbia prior to your Check-In Date, The Suite Life Whistler will offer a full credit to be used within twelve (12) months at the same property that the original booking was made. As a disclaimer, no refunds or trip date changes will be provided for Guests who test positive for COVID-19, come into contact someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or for changes in government travel requirements. We confirm that guests are responsible for purchasing the appropriate travel insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance to cover themselves.

Beautiful, well-equipped, and perfect location!

This was our favorite stay in Whistler by far. It was a game-changer being at a ski-in, ski-out property and allowed us to get the most from our trip. The hot tubs just off the ski slope entrance were a wonderful way to warm up and relax before dinner. The property itself was fantastic - all the essentials were provided and the attention to detail was bar none. The host was a great communicator, was responsive to our questions and needs, and made the entire stay seamless. We would happily book again whenever we're in Whistler.

Fantastic location, fantastic condo!

We had an amazing time at the condo in the Aspens. The location was excellent with the Blackcomb gondola right out the gate and a very short walk to the Upper Village. The condo was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the shower was great and the kitchen was very well equipped. Laura was an amazing host and very helpful in answering our questions and giving us recommendations regarding hikes, restaurants and everything Whistler. We would definitely stay here again. Overall a great and fun experience!

Amazing!

Place was gorgeous! Incredibly clean and organized, It looked even better than the photos. Lots of natural light, Tree line view from the master bedroom and outdoor living area. Everything in the unit was top of the line. Kitchen/ great room was a perfect size for # of people allowed. Appliances were top notch. Loved all the kitchen supplies. It was the first time for us in Whistler and we didn’t know what to expect, location was a true Ski in Ski out.The host Laura needs a big cheer out, her comunicación skills were above and beyond she was very friendly and VERY RESPONSIVE!! We have stayed at many luxurious short-term rentals and this one was the best. We did not want to leave. Will be back!

Very nice condo, clean and close to village

My husband and I were attending a 4-day conference at the Fairmont Hotel in Whistler in late July. The condo in the Aspens was the perfect place for us to stay - walking distance to the hotel and conference center, as well as to the various Whistler villages. The condo was clean, well-appointed and exactly as advertised. The host was attentive prior to our stay, and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Whistler location

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful and cozy condo. The property is well-stocked, making it feel like a home away from home, with all the essentials provided. The condo is also tastefully decorated, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere that really made our stay special.Laura was fantastic, with prompt and friendly communication from start to finish, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated how she thought to include simple things such as laundry detergent, earplugs, and extra blankets for our use. She was also very friendly to chat with, providing helpful recommendations for pharmacies and cold medications when my husband started to feel ill. The guide to Whistler she provided helped us choose where to eat during our stay, and we discovered two of our new favorite restaurants while there.The amenities were top-notch! The ski valet service was incredibly convenient, and the ski-in, ski-out location couldn’t have been better for getting on the slopes easily. It saved us from lugging our heavy, wet ski gear up and down the mountain (spring skiing – you know how it is!). It also helped to have three hot tubs to choose from to soak our sore muscles, and the in-suite boot/glove dryer was a lifesaver after being soaked from rain/spring skiing conditions.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend thi condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay!

Family Ski Vacation

We’ve stayed at Aspens before but this unit was wonderful. It was a step up in regards to communication, appliances and decor. We loved the boot dryer!!! The host texted us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again

Perfection in Whistler!

This was our 4th visit to Whistler and this condo is our favorite. Communication prior to arriving was thorough and Laura was prompt with answering any questions I had. The location is great and truly ski in/out. The condo itself was IMMACULATE. Lots of extra touches like snacks, coffee, and a binder with all the appliance manuals! There are 3 hot tubs at the property and ski rental in the main level. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome condo!

Classy, convenient, and comfortable rental for my daughter, husband, and I over spring break. All the amenities and comforts of home. Communication with the owner was awesome, we had absolutely no issues. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect stay

My boyfriend and I had a really wonderful stay at this gorgeous Aspens suite. Laura and Oz's thoughtfulness shows in every aspect - from the kind communication, easy check-in/check-out process, clear instructions for everything you might need or want, to the beautiful decor. The location is unbeatable for easy ski-in ski-out on Blackcomb. Would come back in a heartbeat!

The Suite Life Indeed!

We booked this VRBO as part of our dream vacation to ski North America's #1 Ski Resort while celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The VRBO home was actually one of the big highlights of the trip! It was everything we hoped for and so much more! The communication with our Host was extremely helpful and timely. She answered every question we had before we even knew we had it. Her digital Guidebook was so full of information and even instructional videos that we referenced before and during our stay. The home is expertly decorated and everything looked brand new. Every detail was cared for. Even the kitchen knives were sharp! The location was perfect for us and altogether, this VRBO made for a first-class stay. If you are looking for the perfect spot to stay near a legendary Ski Resort and Alpine Village, this is the spot for you. Perfect for couples who love the outdoors and who enjoy first class accommodations. We recommend The Suite Life with enthusiasm and give it 5 Stars for every category. We would give it even more stars if we could!

Gorgeous condo!

Absolutely gorgeous condo! Beautifully renovated and super clean, Laura has thought of everything. Patio looks out onto the forest so it’s nice and quiet. Short walk down the hill to many restaurants. This will be our first choice for our next stay in Whistler!! So hard to leave.

Our family lives in the lower mainland of BC and always wanted a place in Whistler to rest and refuel. Because we can't seem to get enough of these mountains -- no matter what season we find ourselves in!

We favour the Upper Village because it's close enough to Village Centre to be convenient (7 minute walk)... but far enough away to be peaceful. We wanted something with a private deck along the tree line, a pool, hot tub & true Ski-In & Ski-Out access. And we finally found it! That's why we call our condo The Suite Life, because when our family's here, life is indeed sweet!

We love the countless outdoor activities within walking distance of our condo complex. We also appreciate having the Fairmont Chateau -- with all it's amenities -- as a neighbour. You'll find a wide array of restaurants, high-end retail stores, and spas a short 3 minute walk down the slope! Bonus!

UNIQUE BENEFIT: One of the most unique benefits of our property is that you can explore Whistler without having to rent a car. Our neighbourhood is one of the few areas serviced by Whistler's Free Village Shuttle. It stops on the road in front of our complex every 10-15 minutes! And yes, the service is still running (as of July 12, 2022)!
