Willkommen in diesem sonnigen und hellen Ranchhaus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern für 10 Personen. Dieses Haus ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für Großfamilien - oder Gruppen -, die einen großartigen Kurzurlaub an der Küste von Jersey suchen. Günstige Lage, nur 1,5 Blocks vom privaten Bradshaw Beach und einen einfachen Spaziergang vom lustigen, festlichen Jenkinson's Boardwalk entfernt. Weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zug und in die Stadt und ausreichend Parkplätze für bis zu 4 Autos. Es gibt einen Hauptwohnbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten für alle und einen großen Esstisch innen und außen. Entspannen Sie auf der hinteren Terrasse mit Grill oder der charmanten Veranda, um die Passanten zu beobachten und zu genießen. Neben 2 Bädern mit Duschen gibt es auch eine Außendusche. Drei Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und zwei mit jeweils 2 Einzelbetten. Da es sich um eine Geschichte handelt, ist es für Senioren und Kleinkinder gleichermaßen praktisch - nur ein paar Schritte nach oben oder unten und Haltegriffe in beiden Duschen. Hunde sind ebenfalls willkommen, aber bitte säubern Sie alle Hundeabfälle (Pooper Scooper zur Verfügung gestellt). Die meisten Mieter kehren seit Jahren zurück. Wir hoffen, dass Sie auch in unserem schönen Haus bleiben.

Sommer: Akzeptiert nur Anfragen für eine ganze Woche. Gedenkstätte bis zum Tag der Arbeit (Samstag bis Samstag). Bitte keine Abschlussballwochenendanfragen. Außerhalb der Saison begrüßen wir 3-Nächte-Besuche.

Christmas at the Shore

This property was just as advertised. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood just 1.5 blocks from the beach. It is conveniently located to all that Point Beach and the surrounding area has to offer. We loved the fireplace for those chilly Winter nights. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful time staying at this clean, beautiful beach house. Everything we needed was available and the owner provided explicit details and instructions which made things very easy. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The floor plan was great and provided lots of privacy amongst us. I highly recommend this beach house.

My husband and I recently stayed at this clean, beautiful beach house and had an incredible experience. The accommodations were spotless and everything you could thought you needed was supplied, above and beyond the mandatory, which made it a comfortable and effortless stay. The proximity to the beach was perfect, just a short walk away, allowing us to enjoy the sun and surf with ease. The owner’s instructions were clear and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. She had great suggestions for what to do in the area, so we felt instantly connected to the walkable town. She ensured that we felt welcome and attended to throughout our stay, starting with a welcome basket which made us smile! Additionally, the WiFi was reliable, which was a great bonus because we had to work too! Overall, I highly recommend this beach house and this host who I understand has multiple properties for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway at the shore!

Fantastic and comfortable home so close to beach

The owner, Lisa, was in touch to make sure everything was as promised, as well as responding swiftly when I had questions. The layout and appointments in the home itself were such that we could all be comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and big enough for several people to move around easily. Perfect Getaway, Home, and Location - Fantastic Experience!

The entire experience was wonderful and seamless thanks to the owner's attention to detail. So welcoming and a joy to work with! Before we arrived we received a package via email with all we needed to know to prepare including instructions on air/heat/internet, where things are located, and how to use. The house is beautiful, clean, and user friendly with a wonderful open room for us all to gather, a great kitchen filled with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and a perfect backyard space with tables and chairs to gather, grill, relax, play. All dog friendly too! Location Location Location - a 2 minute walk to a magnificent beach! Down the beach is a wonderful boardwalk filled with shops, restaurants, games, mini-golf and more. Walk or short drive to so many great restaurants and sunset view. We loved it all and look forward to returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our family and friends!

Delightful home right next to the beach

The house was perfect size for two families with 6 kids (between 2-12) and we loved that it was one floor. We didn't have to worry about young kids going up and down stairs, etc. They were able to run around back and forth. There was plenty of room for everyone -- two wings to the house with the kitchen and dining area separating the two wings (3 bedrooms on one side and 2 bedrooms in the other side). It felt more spacious than the pictures showed. The living room also was actually very spacious and easily accommodated all of us hanging out. Kitchen felt large for a few adults to move around meal prepping. The dining space was a little tight but not uncomfortable, and we had kids eat first and then the adults and that was fine. We loved the backyard space, the lawn area (great for kids) and the dining/lounging tables. And we actually spent some time sitting on the front porch as well. Lovely quiet street and neighborhood. Not a problem at all being a corner house. The outdoor shower was another great feature. We showered all the kids outside after being at the beach. The beach was super close, just 1.5 blocks. So convenient. We had napping toddlers and it was so easy to bring them back for naps. The private beach was also very clean, nice sand, not crowded. The beach is private but accessible to the public, but didnt seem like people outside the community were there. The boardwalk is about 4 long blocks away, so it was quieter. We did take a walk down to the boardwalk and during non-pandemic times, this could be a fun thing to do as well. There were rides and arcades off the boardwalk, which we didn't take advantage of but nice to know is there for the future. Also, there's a lake there you can walk with kids and see ducks etc.. The house was very clean, plenty of dishes, utensils, appliances. The owner was very friendly, accessible and super responsive and accommodating. We really had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Wonderful time at the Jersey Shore

Great vacation for our entire family. Location is awesome. Just a block from a beautiful beach. Easy walk to the boardwalk. The house was perfect for us. Love the outdoor shower. Plenty of chairs and beach supplies. Owner was so kind . Everything was easy!

Paradise!

We rented for a week to celebrate our granddaughter’s first birthday., and it was fabulous! The house is beautiful, extremely clean, and the 4 bedrooms and spacious living room were the perfect layout for our family of adult children, their spouses and the baby. A short walk to the beach, which was also gorgeous and not crowded at all. Lisa was welcoming and answered any questions we had! We are sad to leave and would definitely choose this house again!

Amazing house, great location!

Just returned from a 2 week stay. The house was amazing, clean, close to the beach and pet friendly. After months of quarantine this was the perfect getaway. Bedrooms and living space were all a generous size, huge fenced in yard was perfect for our kids and dog. The beach is 1.5 blocks away, not crowded and guarded by great, responsible, friendly life guards. The Boardwalk is close enough to walk to and far enough away to avoid if you so choose. Many restaurants, surf shops, delis, pharmacies, ice cream shops are close by. Anything you need is either a short drive or a short walk away. The inlet is also close by. My son spent many days there fishing. Everything from booking, our stay and communicating with the owner was 5 stars. Highly recommend this rental!

I am a single mom with 2 grown children and 1 still in high school. I work hard and run my own business which has allowed me to purchase this lovely home. I have been travelling to Point Pleasant Beach for family vacations and truly love the friendly locals and families that vacation here. The Boardwalk is so close and fun but our street is peaceful and perfect for relaxation. I am happy whenever I visit and am looking forward to sharing it with others.

This property is my dream beach home. It's sunny and bright and just a short block to the beach. The town is warm and friendly and everything is in walking distance - the ocean, the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, grocery store and more. I always wanted to live in a place where I could walk everywhere and be greeted warmly by the folks in town. You cannot help but smile as soon as you drive over the bridge into Point Pleasant Beach - the name says it all.
