Beautiful renovated condo minutes from the beach!

Enjoy the perfect vacation at our beautiful, newly updated beach condo. If you are looking for a relaxing get away with family and/or friends, our condo on the beautiful Hilton Head Island is the perfect place. It is located in a quiet area, yet in walking (or biking!) distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and more.

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in building 4 at Hilton Head Resort. There is 24 hour security with a gated entrance. A quick 10 minute stroll or 5 minute golf cart shuttle ride across the boardwalk over a marshland filled with beautiful wildlife leads you to Coco’s Tiki Bar and beach access. At CoCo’s, the resort’s private tiki bar you will find restrooms available and a large menu full of food and drinks. The resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, 6 lighted tennis courts, exercise/weight room, poolside snack bar, coin operated laundry washer & dryers, small onsite store and grilling area.

The condo has been completed renovated which includes new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, pots and pans, blender, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, wine glasses and much more.

The family room/dining area has a 55” flat screen TV. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. Free Wi-fi and cable TV are provided. We also have a queen size sleeper sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, TV and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds as well a full bed (room can comfortably sleep 4 people) as well as a large closet and TV.

We will provide you with the following items: cleaning supplies, Swiffer wet jet mop, broom, and vacuum. We also supply hangers, laundry baskets, towels and fresh linens for your stay! Our cleaning staff will leave you with a starter pack of supplies which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tablet, and bars of soap in each bathroom.

Feel free to use the 4 beach chairs, beach buggy and assorted toys for your days at the beach!
