Grande Surf Club is low density, with only 2 units per floor, so it is NEVER, EVER crowded. This is what a beach vacation should be all about. Luxury, ease, not crowded, near great fun, and restaurants.

This extraordinary condo features a massive living area with a wall of glass and a generous wrap-around balcony for infinite views from the optimal floor.

Massive Gulf front bedroom with access to the gulf and ensuite bath with separate shower and jetted tub. Luxurious, comfortable, new, mattresses in each bed. Everything from the ground up is brand new.

Brand new in July 2021. NEW hardwood flooring throughout, new commercial-grade appliances, new shiplap, decor, new cabinets, quartz countertops, new beds and mattresses, new pillows, lamps, paint, new sofa, table, lighting.. if it is in the condo, it is brand new.

This place is nothing short of spectacular.

Overall rating 5 Stars

This place could be called "No Regrets" because I promise you won't have any! It is so much better than even the pictures show. We absolutely loved every minute here and were so sad to leave. Everything is so nice and the location is perfect; very quiet and convenient. And the view... Spectacular! We can't wait to come back!

Saturday to Saturday in Spring Break and Summer, NO EXCEPTIONS

NO college groups. NO pets. NO smoking. Sat to Sat or Sun to Sun From Memorial day until August 8.

We fully stock this condo with all of the essentials for a great beach stay.

Grande Surf Club is located within walking distance of restaurants, Go-Karts, Putt-Putt, and amusement park. Within just a short drive from the lagoon, jet ski and pontoon rentals, Watersports fun, Shell island tours, and St Andrews State Park. We are less than a 5 mile drive to Pier Park.

Amazing!
Everything was so incredibly easy! All we did was show up and enjoy our stay. The ice maker was leaking when we first arrived, but maintenance had it fixed within 30 minutes. We had all the amenities we could have wanted with more privacy than we expected. We will definitely be back!

Great stay
We recently stayed at the Big Easy. We had a great time and really enjoyed our condo. Everything was just as described and as we could see in the pictures. There were no surprises, which was great. Communication was easy. The condo was clean and well decorated. The building was clean and local residents were very kind and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely, quiet location
We really enjoyed our stay at the Grande Surf Club. It was so nice to be on a quiet beach where we could spread out, which was perfect for our first trip with our little one. The balcony was perfect and we spent a good bit of time out there. Great overall stay and would stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The view was amazing. The beach was never crowded. There was some confusion on parking, but a quick call with the property manager cleared things up. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect!
This condo location was perfect for a family beach vacation. The beach wasn't overly busy, and we were there during spring break. It was near a lot of restaurants and everything we needed. The condo itself was immaculate! Clean, amazing views, and cozy with all the amenities we could ask for. Booking was easy and communication made the visit stress free. We would 100% stay here again! Beautiful and worth it !
We love this condo. Everything about it. The space, location, size and how convenient it is for us as a family. We stayed for 5 days and enjoy everyday there. The host very easy to get a hold. Beautiful condo; Beautiful beach
This condo is full of light! We loved the amazing and constant views of the ocean and beach. When you awaken in the morning, beauty just hits you in the face--a great start to the day. We enjoyed the location. It is a little away from the hyper-activity at the other end of the beach but close enough to enjoy all the amenities. Communication with the rental company was superb--very responsive. The microwave broke during our stay so as advised, we texted maintenance. Within 10 minutes we had a text response and within 2.5 hours we had a new replacement microwave. You can't beat that. Our grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool. It was clean and not crowded. The master bathroom has two sinks--very nice and is quite spacious. The only thing we expected to be there that were lacking were kitchen towels and dish cloths--so we bought a few and took them back home with us. All in all, this place was exactly what we wanted.

Fun time in comfortable condo.
Great week in PCB. Condo represented well in pictures. Would have given 5 stars had the floors in main living area and under couches been cleaner. Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Bedrooms very clean. Adequate kitchen utensils and pots, and pan’s provided. Follow their advice for bringing extra TP, paper towels. No cleaning supplies provided. Pool beautiful and clean. Very short walk to gulf water/beach. Parking A-OK. Condo central to everything.

LOVED....BEAUTIFUL
This is the largest, and most beautifully decorated unit I have ever stayed in at PCB. Finding a 3 bedroom with these views..to accommodate a larger family, is almost impossible. This allowed us space to ourselves, as well as a beautiful kitchen and living space where we all hung out together when we wanted. The area where you step off on your floor (5th) is fabulous. There are places for sandy shoes, towels and a huge storage chest right outside your door. Its literally a small lobby that has so much extra room. When I opened the door the unit, it smelled heavenly. The beds were comfy- plenty of blankets and pillows. I really can't say enough. Everyone on the property was nice, I had not one issue at all the entire week, checking in or out. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent, we hope to come back and stay again.

Great unit!
We really enjoyed this unit. There was plenty of room for all of us. Master bath is huge. The view was beautiful and the building itself was great. Not crowded and we practically had the pool to ourselves! Since the building has a small number of units we also weren't crowded on the beach. We had everything in the kitchen we needed. Beds were very comfortable and our kids loved their bunk room. Warren Beach Rentals was good about communicating what we needed to take ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING
We absolutely loved staying here! It was stunning the moment we walked in. Everyone we met here were so nice and helpful. The beds were roomy and comfortable. The view is spectacular. Was very clean! We did notice when we went to use the bathtub with three kids the warm water faucet was broken and not working so we just avoided using the tub all together. In the oceanfront bedroom the toilet ring holder on the wall kept falling off so we used that lightly. A remote for the light and fan in the bunkroom was missing a battery so we set that aside and didnt use. Other than that everything was awesome! We would def return to this place! The kids absolutely loved the pool. As an adult with three kids, having lock codes for everything we felt very safe and secure. Thank you so much for a great stay! We will be back!
