parfait pour nous

Nous étions 5 adultes c'était parfait, bien situé, bien équipé et propre. Vaisselle et ustensiles suffisant. Par contre, nous avons passé une seule nuit.

Great location

This apartment is in a great location! Host is very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Cleaning lady was very kind as well. There are several restaurants in the area and it is very easy to get to and from main train station (easier without luggage, if you’re walking). There was an issue with one of the bathrooms (one of the toilets kept running), but I’m sure it’s fixed for you now. Pictures seem a bit outdated, but it’s still a great apartment.

Great family stay

Our family of 5 stayed three nights at Adele's place. The was plenty of room for us all and the location and surrounds were fantastic. Plenty of places to eat and an easy walk to both main train lines. Communication with Adele was great, I highly recommend

This property was perfect for us to be near the train station and the size was perfect for a family of 4. It could easily be comfortable for more. Adele and all parties were great to chat with and very helpful.

Great Location near Termini

Close to the Rome Termini station. The property was quiet, clean, and accurate to the photos. The host was very communicative and it was easy to interact over the stay. We'd stay at this property again.

Quick night to stay in Rome

The locations are in walking distance. Great place to stay if you have a big family. The property manager is easy to talk with. Gave great recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place. When I come back, I will use the same place love it.

Perfect location for the attractions and easy to the station.

We arrived at the property and were immediately impressed with the location and size/quality of the unit. Adele was always available and answered our questions really quickly. Facilities were great and lots of storage space for our every need. Thanks for letting us use your apartment.

Comfortable, Clean and Convienent

Mom traveling with two seventeen year olds, and a nineteen year old. Apartment was clean, spacious and it was lovely having two bathrooms. We barely used kitchen as so many convenient places to eat within blocks, but it was well-equipped had we been motivated to cook. Communication with Adele was easy and prompt. We were pleased by the location relative to metro and to the train terminal. It was very nice not having to worry about how we would get to the terminal the morning of our departure to the next city as it is only a few short blocks. A/C worked well in bedrooms and there is a washer on the porch (in closet - took us a minute to locate it!). An ATM is just outside the door of the property which was very handy. Also a Pam Market is a block away for snacks, extra beverages, sunscreen. Convenient metro ride to the colosseum, etc. Bus is also close and easy to navigate to places such as the Borghese. Have only wonderful things to say re: this property. Recommend using public transit over the taxis. Much more affordable and very easy. Thank you so much Adele!

Great apartment

Nice place that more than meets your sleeping, showering and laundry needs while you spend your time out exploring Rome. Host was on time, understanding, pleasant and patient. They even let us leave our luggage at the apartment when we arrived while it was being cleaned, which was a huge help. I'd book it again if it was available when I visit Rome again.

Wonderful Apartment near Termini

We had an excellent stay and would definitely rent here again! It is in a very convenient location, close to Termini and walking distance to many great sites. There are a few great restaurants and a gelateria just a few steps from the apartment. It was clean, well appointed, and comfortable for my family of 7. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens. Adele was extremely helpful, especially when our luggage was lost by the airport for 2 days. She helped us secure a location for it to be dropped off at so we wouldn't have to wait at the apartment to accept it. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome!

mon avis sur l'appartement

très bien situé près de la gare(3mn à pied),donc idéal pour visiter Rome.Spacieux, propre ,mobilier moderne , fonctionnel, très bien équipé: elecroménager, wifi, produits pour le quotidien...Un léger bémol toute fois: la literie de la chambre sur cour un peu fatiguée,sinon tout est parfait

Central with all amenities nearby

Great apartment space within 10 minutes walk of Rome's main train station (great for early morning express train to airport as well as Linea A metro for many sights) and an even closer Linea B (e.g. for Coloseum) metro station. Well appointed kitchen and 3 good bedrooms in addition to lounge sofa bed. Heating worked fine. Elevator reliable and fast. Great pizza by weight almost next door and numerous restaurants. A small PAM supermarket and larger CONAD with greater range also close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location and Adele very pleasant to arrange trip with. Allowed bags in apartment before check in which was great Apartment was not the cleanest upon arrival. Used shampoo and a bar of soap in one of showers that was left and shaved away for the next guest?

Great place, great location

We had a good stay at this property. Adele provided excellent instructions for check in. The property is located in between two train stops - very convenient! Close to so many sights. Everything was clean and spacious. There is air conditioning, however, it did seem somewhat warm at times. Just a minor issue: Checkout posted at the time of our reservation was 11:00am however the cleaners arrived at 10:00am. We were unprepared for that. Checkin was smooth, checkout was not. Overall, we had a good stay and would do it again should we ever return to Rome.

Great Apartment

I wish we had more time to stay in this sweet apartment. It was only a few short blocks from the trains, metro, and busses at Termini Station. Our family of 5, including 3 older teens, all had their own bed with room to spare. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. The communication with Adele was wonderful! I had so many questions before and during our stay and Adele communicated thoughtfully and thoroughly. She even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in time so we didn't have to pay for luggage lockers.

Hot Days in Rome.

The property was great. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after 100 degree days. The bathrooms were top notch as was the kitchen. My only complaint was there was a lot of hair on the sheets on four of the beds. I would rent this space again without a second thought.

Great Unit and Location near Termini

This unit worked out perfect for our family of 4. (I have two older teens who are better behaved when they don't have to share a room.) The location near Termini cannot be beat. Communication with Adele was good and easy (WhatsApp is very helpful in Italy). No issues after the stay (another unit in Italy tried to blame us for damage we didn't cause). It was very hot while we were there and the air-conditioning was a necessity and worked very well (although I think some of them may have been on timers? and would turn off or up in temp randomly - instructions for the remotes would be helpful). I'll note that there is no A/C in the living room or kitchen, but it seemed to stay comfortable anyway. Great kitchen and there was a washer we intended to use, but did not. We enjoyed the views from the windows of the surrounding community. The beds were not very comfortable - but we find that to be the case in many rentals. We did notice that the shower in the smaller bathroom has mold on the ceiling that could be addressed. All in all, would definitely return. Thank you!
