Das Anwesen befindet sich in der beeindruckenden Hampton Lakes Entwicklung befindet, liegt direkt an der US Highway 27 (US27) im Südwesten von Orlando und in der Nähe von allen Attraktionen. Es ist auch sehr praktisch für den Zugang zum Interstate 4, die das Tor zur Region Tampa Bay und alles andere Florida zu bieten hat eröffnet.

Ausstattung sind ganz in der Nähe an der Berry Town Center Shopping & Restaurant-Komplex. Dies wird durch Publix Supermarkt dominiert und die sehr zu empfehlen Applebees Family Grill & Sportsbar enthält aber auch zahlreiche Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants und Weise Stellen nehmen sowie Bankdienstleistungen und eine Tankstelle.

Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Annehmlichkeiten sind 5 Minuten entfernt bei Cagan Crossing, Posner Park und entlang der 192 selbst.

After several attempts to contact the property personal,No Answer I was suppose to receive a conformation, the door code, and instructions.No AnswerMy family and I rode almost 500 miles to the property to find out no code, no instructions, no phone number. After many attempts to contact the property staff, we have an answer. Unfortunately the owner was hospitalized and he had no one to help us.After waiting and calling, we were instructed to get a hotel room. This caused a very hard ship financial on me. Yes I will still use Vrbo for future stay's. Thank you, James Evans

The property is very central to much of the Orlando area sites and facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Golf, amusement parks, restaurants and nature sites are all nearby. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook at the property with ease.

Disney holiday

House in nice location. Rooms well equipped. Only downside Kitchen could do with updating, tired looking.(we did find kettle leaking on arrival.) Lovely to have the pool & games room. Fab time was had by all, it was lovely base to all theme parks .

It has all the essentials

This villa has all the essentials for a great stay: pool, air-con, fast wifi internet, sat tv, pool table and plenty of space all at a lower price compared to similar villas in the area. The location is also pretty good with a supermarket (Publix) just a 5 mins drive away or wallmart a little further. There are plenty of shops near by and it's not too far from 192 where many restaurants are. Really easy access to the Disney parks too.

Nice house in a safe and welcoming neighborhood

The house is huge with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms everyone had their own space. The neighbors are friendly. The house had everything you could need. My kiddos enjoyed playing pool and air hockey. The house was clean. A few cosmetic marks on the walls but that is normal for a rental home. We will definitely stay again if our dates are available.

Family Vacation

The property was very good. However, the air conditioner could not be set below 73 degrees so it was warm inside at times, including during night hours. Also, the bed in the master bedroom should be bigger. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working after the first day there. On the other hand, the property was spacious and very clean. The pool was great as my family enjoyed it very much. The property's location was good as many restaurants and stores very relatively nearby. We would stay here again.

Decent place for the price

We stayed here during our trip to Florida for the Disney parks. The house was very clean, except the kitchen cabinets were peeling and left flakes on almost everything we set down. Ants were a problem if we didn’t clean/store food away immediately (literally they would be all over the counter if not cleaned in 20 minutes). Neither Keurig worked but they had a small regular coffee pot which was fine for us. Front bedrooms bath seemed like plumbing draining was slow but no issues in either other bathroom. I had to request access details the night before our trip but the owner was very responsive in all our communication. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the price and it was only about a 20-30 minute ride from each park depending on traffic. Thanks for letting us stay and will probably stay again!

Not What I Expected

Stayed a week, the pool filter never worked. So we couldn’t utilize the pool. There were major holes in the pool screen. The countertops are outdated to the point that they are different colors due to aging. The rug in the living stayed wet, don’t know why. The bath tubs had rings around them, water doesn’t go down when you shower. We saw bugs that you don’t want to take home with you. Personally I would not stay here again. Property would be better with better upkeep. Owner is a cool person but he lives in London and could only do so much. He did respond when I reached out to him though.

Nice neighbourhood!

The home is very spacious we enjoyed our stay. We had a little trouble with the Internet in the beginning but after speaking with the owner and then the property manager it was fixed within two days. There was no folder in the home with information and rules and the password for the internet. This would have avoided emails back and forth. The grill was missing and we received a brand new one a week later. My reason for a low score on cleanliness is the carpets badly need washed and the windows and sills were dirty. I related this to those in charge. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, having a pool to ourselves was great and it’s near everything. Cocoa Beach is an hour and a half away using the toll. Hopefully we will be back next year! Thanks to Danny and Danielle for taking care of the issues that came up!

It’s a no from us

Don’t stay here. The photos are not an accurate description of the property. The parts of the kitchen worktops that are usable, which isn’t much, is covered in black sticky stuff, that sticks to your fingers. The pool area- seating is split, torn and unable to be used. Parasol table and chairs, plus the whole pool frame and mosquito netting was covered in black mould. We could not sleep on the beds, they were covered in sponge upholstery foam, which was stained, torn and very lumpy. The bathrooms were covered in black mould, with the shower curtains covered in stains. The property is very run down, needs a complete overhaul, and a thorough deep.clean. We were in constant contact with the host, and although we got a satisfactory resolution, it took phone calls every day, to get there. Not good when you are on your holiday.

Expected Better

The neighborhood was very nice with a mix of both permanent residents and vacation homes. The location was awesome. The community pool was filthy and poorly maintained with algae growing and full of debris. We found the management team and owner very receptive to questions / availability. The listing for this stay noted a king size bed – which was a must for us. Once we arrived we noticed there was no king size bed – just a queen. We reached out to the management team who reported to us that the owner lives in the UK and that a king bed there, is actually a queen. Well the issue I have with this is, that we were travelling to Florida not to the UK, and a king bed is actually a king bed. If the listing had to be correct – we never would have booked this residence as it would have not been included within our search criteria. Exterior of the home was well maintained – pool man came once a week. There were no signs or insects / rodents – pest control was great. The interior was very dated and felt unclean, and that is being very generous. The carpets (off-white) were stained all throughout the house in need of a deep clean or replacement, as was the living room furniture – there were stains everywhere. We covered the living room furniture with the extra blankets found in the closet. The walls / baseboards were rotten dirty and chipped; in need of some paint. Especially in the kitchen area. All of the bed mattresses were very uncomfortable, cheap, and extremely noisy when turning from side to side and when getting in and out of bed. Overall – I would not recommend this property to anyone unless they update the furniture, carpet and paint the walls.

Tons of places to stay in this area and I would look elsewhere....

Stayed here from 11/18-11/26 and we couldn't wait to arrive. Upon arrival the house was filthy and looked like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. There was a leak under the sink, dust and dirt in most of the cabinets, candy wrappers and hair ties and other debris behind furniture. Table in dining room was wobbly and unsafe, sink was linking, roof and light in game room was falling down and unsafe for our kids to play in. Coca Cola splashed all over the blinds and most blinds were broken. Alarm on the back door leading out to the pool didn't work and I am pretty sure this was a violation of state code. I called the property manager and she arrived an hour later. She was very confrontational and had an excuse for everything. She informed me that the cleaning I expected was a deep cleaning and those services weren't under contract with the property owner. I wasn't expecting deep cleaning, just normal everyday cleaning you would do in your own home. She said she would have someone come and clean if we could give them a few hours. We left the house and came back 3 hours later. They ran the vacuum and wiped the top of the fridge but everything else remained unclean. My wife and I went and purchased cleaning supplies and spent the next 3 hours cleaning since VRBO wouldn't do anything for us and we were 1000 miles from home and another family was joining us the next day. The only reason this isn't getting a one star review is because the owner of the house was understanding and apologetic of the situation. We are going to be in that area again in March and the chances of me renting this property again is less than zero. That is why I feel the need to let other potential renters that you should look elsewhere when looking for a clean place to stay.

Family getaway

Great home and location for visiting parks in Orlando. The pool was a great way to wind the kids down after long days. However, the kitchen is minimally stocked and it appears they have an ant issue. Overall, worked well for our family of 5 and we had a great vacation.

Slecht, geen reactie gekregen van de eigenaar of de proportie manager

Tot op de dag van vandaag geen reactie terug op onze vragen/klachten. Te weinig buiten meubilair, vies servies en bedden, bloed op de vloer, en 2 nesten met insecten bij de ingang.
