This suite has two balconies (one with City and Mountain View, the other with City, Ocean and Sunset view), is steps from the beach, and boasts a huge king-sized bed.
You can cook a full meal and enjoy the sunset ocean view from the balcony.

You will be spoiled in this suite just steps from Waikiki Beach near Duke's statue.

Nestled in the core of Waikiki, this suite offers a plush king-sized bed with beautiful bedding, hardwood flooring, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi, granite top bathroom vanity, plus cook-top and small kitchen with all you need to prepare meals.

Included are iron with ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. Many beach necessities, beach towels and toys are included.

This modern-style large suite features a nod to nature throughout with the accent pieces. Come and enjoy this Waikiki Beauty on a budget! There is paid parking at the building.

This unit is located on a small side-street so it is very quiet for being in the center of Waikiki! All of Waikiki's best beach and surf spots are a few steps away, just walk out the door!

Your neighbors staying in the 5-star hotels are paying 3 to 5 times what you will be without having the ability to save on eating out every meal. When you do choose to eat out, there are hundreds of choices within a few blocks.

The fabulous new addition to the neighborhood is the Waikiki Market, where you will find a great variety of local cuisine for take-away and to dine in. You will find it on the second floor at 2380 Kuhio Avenue, just a few short blocks away.

There is a large garage at the Waikiki Banyan in addition to parking under each Tower.

Public transportation to all areas of the island is right outside the door. As fun as Waikiki is, do take a day to drive around and see for yourself the beauty of our magical place, you will be back.

The password to the free Wi-Fi is on the modem.

You will enjoy the convenience of having all that Waikiki has to offer just steps away!

For your safety, elevator fobs must be used to access the elevators. There is an evening security guard stationed in the lobby. All guests must register with night security upon arrival or at your earliest convenience.

Check-in is any time after 3pm with check-out at 11am. If an earlier check-in or later check-out is needed, I do my best to accommodate.

Fantastic location

If you want to be in the mix of it all, this is the right location for you. Literally a 3 min walk to the beach, and the downtown core of things. Easy to get to excursion stops and bus stops. Apartment felt safe and clean. It’s older but the bed was comfy and kitchenette met all our needs. Loved having the 2 balconies. Because your in the mix of everything expect city noise. It does quiet down in the later hours, but don’t expect complete silence. Host was easy to get in touch with with quick responses. Check in and out was super easy and at our own pace. You won’t regret staying here.

This was in a great location very close to thecbeach and restaurants and food trucks. Because of it's lication you can open windows on both sides to catch great breezes to cool down. Communication was very easy with simple instructions to get in. There is s closed building across the street but I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Tons of transportation options are bery close. Would stay again.

Nice little studio apartment within short walking distance of numerous restaurants, food trucks, bus transportation, shopping, and the beach. The host was excellent, providing clear communication and support through our entire stay. After staying here I would never consider wasting my money staying in the overpriced branded hotels.

City location & close to Waikiki beach

The studio was in the city and close to the beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice with almost instant warm water. The WIFI was fast. Being in the city, there was lots of noise and chaos around us. The unit did not get quiet or dark at night. We had a rental car, and the parking situation was difficult and added another 43 a day. The owner warned us of the parking problems only 4 days before our arrival, so it was too late to look for other options. The parking price was not in our budget. It added up over the week. The parking garage under the unit was flooded for several days, so it wasn't an option. We prefer hiking, quiet beaches, and exploring the island over the city life. We should have looked for lodging away from the city, but this was our first stay on Oahu. We tried to make the best of it by doing touristy things around town and driving up the coasts. We loved the non-city part of Oahu much better and did not enjoy returning to the studio each day. It was exhausting. So, this is a good place to stay if you are a city person and don't need a car. Otherwise, I implore you to look beyond Honolulu. The rest of the island is amazing.

The property was a very nice location and I loved the island city vibes it was giving. I also loved that right at the corner there was an ABC store along with a strip of stores and restaurants so we could explore. I also loved how the beach was a very very short 5 minute walk if even that! Overall this place was amazing and the bed was HUGE :)

Great location

We needed a place to stay before our cruise departed. This location is excellent. We were close to all the things and places to eat at a very affordable price. We stopped at the grocery store 2 blocks down and got breakfast food to not eat out so much too. Any issues, owner responded quickly. Great for 2 people to see Waikiki. Balconies were great to eat dinner takeaway on and the bed was very comfortable.

You can't ask for a better location: 2 blocks from the beach! A convenience store on either side of the block and a great food truck right beside the building. Having 2 balconies was a plus. We'd recommend this place.

It was a good and enjoyable stay. Great location and secure unit. Right in the heart of Waikiki. 4 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Pleasant view from the balconies. Communication with the host was wonderful. The AC was a little bit noisy but bearable. Will definitely stay again!

The parking is not what was listed. I didnt find out until the day before, that although their is a parking garage with about 10bspots. If you leave after paying the $30 for 24 hrs you wont get your spot back. So we paid $30 and then had to usecUber in the evenibgs.

Perfect Little Spot

Very small but clean studio, a short walk to a public beach in Waikiki. A little confusing checking in, but Brenda was very accommodating. Everything you need - groceries, shops, restaurants, tours - all very close. Was in a building with many other rooms, but respectful neighbors. Great way to spend less on where you sleep and more on what Oahu has to offer. Highly recommend.

Close to a lot of things!

We were about 2.5 blocks from where tours picked us up. Close to a restaurant we enjoyed and a little over 2 blocks to the beach. The studio was clean and we did our part trying to keep it that way. We enjoyed the two decks and ate a few meals, via the kitchenette, on the deck with the slight ocean view. The downside was that it was fairly small and was in a fairly noisy location. There was a boarded up and vacant building about half a block away that a homeless person was hanging around. We never felt unsafe. Brenda was very awesome and allowed us to check in early and offered to let us check out late if we needed to! We very much appreciated that! Thank you!

We liked the 2 decks... one was usually in shade when the other was in the sunshine. The bed was king size and very comfortable... the little kitchenette was perfect for making coffee and breakfast each morning. It was appreciated that others in the facility were generally respectful of everyone else... management and security were diligent. It is unfortunate that the laundry is no longer available.

This studio was just right for our stay in Waikiki. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was nice to have. Walking distance to all the interests around the area. Communication was good and the place was very nice and as advertised. Security downstairs was very nice and helpful. Plenty of ABC stores around (three within 2 blocks!) in case you forgot something. Plenty of food trucks and fancy restaurants and everything in between within walking distance. The only drawback is NOT with the studio - we loved it! But if you are going to have all your activities in the Waikiki area, then don't rent a car! Parking in Waikiki and Honolulu in general is terrible (it's a big city). There are several mobility rental sites from bikes to motorized scooters available right across the street and that with Uber/lyft is probably better and cheaper. Enjoy the walking and enjoy the vibe, this studio worked out great for us!

Just right for our purposes

My daughter and I each had some business to attend to in Waikīkī/Mānoa. This one-room studio was suited our needs well. Tidy, nicely-appointed, and convenient, with a well-equipped though tiny kitchen and strong water pressure in the shower, steps from the beach and "hotel strip" (although we had only one free afternoon to enjoy it). Free wi-fi and cable TV were handy. Note: always have your key fob with you - you need it to go up in the elevator. There's a laundromat and smart car rental downstairs, and a not-very-nice convenience market next door (currently only open until 11 pm, not 24 hrs. Great chili dogs!). There's an ABC store on the corner as well. Views, through all the high-rises, of the ocean and mountains - and occasional rainbows - from each lanai. - Note that you are required (no one checks and residents think it's a joke) to sign in - just once - with the night security person (not available during the day). (As of 10/7/21,) be prepared to show both ID and proof of CoVID vaccination or test for everyone in your party, all at the same time. Downsides: - Although one entrance faces Kūhiō St, the other faces a rather sketchy Prince Edward St. - This location is in the heart of Waikiki, which means it's a noisy and always-lit city environment, even late at night. There's an air conditioning unit that would allow you to close out some of the sound, but we preferred the tradewind breezes and just ignored the noise. The unit itself is quiet - we never heard any neighbors, next door, upstairs or down. -The location's parking is a joke: there are 2 underground garages, one on each side of the location, @ ~15 very narrow slots that are difficult to maneuver in and out of, cost $25/day, and are usually totally full. We ended up parking a block and a half away at the Waikīkī Banyan, where there's public parking - easily accessed and readily available, with a 24-hr attendant - for just $2 more a day. All in all, I would return to this unit if it's available, as I have recurring business in the area. Thanks, Brenda!
