Excellent place for a relaxing stay

Everything was exactly as described. The guesthouse was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect place for some much needed downtime. The bed was super comfortable and we loved walking in the neighborhood on our way out to the area restaurants. Kristin was a great host and has thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re back in Austin!

We had an amazing time staying here for a few days on our honeymoon. The house is so pretty and comfortable. They even left out some snacks and coffee for us to use. The pool was amazing and the location was perfect to go to places in the city. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Fantastic listing in a great location

Perfect spot for a quick Austin getaway. Centrally located and quickly accessible to just about everything you’d want to do Austin whether it be SXSW, UT, South Congress, or ACL. Perfect Stay

We came to Austin for Parents Weekend at UT and wanted to be very close to the weekend activities without feeling like we were right in the middle of the chaos. This house was perfect! Guesthouse in Clarksville

We really enjoyed this well appointed guesthouse. Though close to MoPac, the neighborhood was very quiet and our stay peaceful. It was a joy to have the pool to look out upon right outside the living area. We didn’t lack for anything as the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with more than enough pretty things! This property is VERY clean & is extremely comfy! I found myself immediately ordering the bed linens and looking for the make of the mattress!!! The pool is key for cooling down in the Texas heat! The market & cafe at the end of the street at absolutely perfect! I cannot say enough about how perfect this place is! I was sad to leave! Well done Kristin! This place is top notch!

Grad trip with my daughters

I took my three teen daughters to Austin for a week to celebrate the oldest high school graduation. We had the best time! Everything was perfect! This was a welcome place to come back to each day. We loved the style and furnishings, the house was spotless and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, enough space for four of us, a beautiful pool, Close to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, walking distance to a little market, coffee and restaurants. I would stay here again!

Perfectly Austin!

I stayed with my three young adult kiddos as we were launching all of them into another year of college! It was a perfect place to stay as it was easily accessible to the UT campus, eateries, local attractions, and Whole Foods. We enjoyed the pool one afternoon and relaxed each evening at the house. Everything you need to enjoy a quick weekend, or a week long stay, is available in the house. I would absolutely recommend!! Will be back for sure.

EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY!

I have never rented a more well-appointed and clean property...ever! Kristin's place was so well-thought out, I was in awe. Extremely comfortable from the couch to the bed and anything you could possibly want from your host including both Keurig pods and locally brewed beans, as well as a grinder! The rental property is Kristin's back house, which is the last house on the street getting on to Mopac (a busy highway). There is noise, but Kristin supplies a noise machine...use it! I'm a very light sleeper and had no problem! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
