Unsere Gemeinde befindet sich in einer ruhigen, bewaldeten Bucht am wunderschönen Rottenwood Creek, der friedlich in den Chattahoochee River mündet. Die Natur ist reich an dieser rustikalen Umgebung und bietet Ihnen dennoch die Annehmlichkeiten eines Lebens in der Stadt. Wir sind nur einen Katzensprung vom Battery & Truist Park (ehemals Suntrust Park) entfernt, mit einer Vielzahl an Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, aber ebenso nah am rauschenden Wasser und den ruhigen Pfaden des Chattahoochee River. Minuten in die Innenstadt von Atlanta; direkt außerhalb des Perimeters mit einfachem Zugang zu I-75, I-285 und 400.

Walking Distance to Truist Park
We chose this property due to its proximity to Truist park which was an easy 20 minute walk. Our party of four found the property clean, safe, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We were very pleased with the accomodations.

Lovely apartment
The apartment was perfect for a long weekend stay. We were in town for the Phillys/Braves game. It was about a 30 minute walk to park or a 5 minute drive. The pool was nice with a grill there also. The apartment had everything we needed for our long weekend. It was clean and nicely decorated. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

Just what we needed!

Perfect for short baseball stay

Great location to Turner Field. Purchased tickets to Parking Lot E43 which was about mile away. Very convenient. Unit could use new pots and pans and better pillows for master bed. Everything else was great!

Great short stay
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed which allowed us to cook Christmas dinner. The location was perfect for us as my son lives about 10 minutes walking from the apartment. We loved being able to bring the dogs with us, and that the complex has so many areas with stations that have poop bags and an area to throw them out. Unfortunately, I think we’re the only ones that actually picked up after our dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Visit
My husband and I needed a place to stay while visiting family nearby over Thanksgiving. This apartment was perfect for us. It's very clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is close to shopping while also very much nestled in woods. We will gladly stay there again.

Braves weekend
The apartment was very nice with large comfortable beds in a great location. We were close to Battery Parks and Truist Stadium. In addition there were trails in the back of the neighborhood that we enjoyed walking on in the mornings. Check in was a breeze and we received instructions in plenty of time for our trip. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic property
Stayed for a weeklong baseball tournament. Location was central to the tourney and close to Braves’ stadium. W/D were much needed and used. Super clean and comfy beds. Good communication with property manager. Easy check in and checkout. Used the complex gym and pool. Would 100% stay here again. Could use some oven mitts and some different pillows on the master bed—they are way too firm/thick, like sleeping on 3 pillows. Highly recommend this property!

Pretty and convenient
We very much enjoyed our stay in this pretty, extremely clean apartment in a quiet woodsy setting that is also just 2 blocks away from major roads and the highway. It is a short walk to the Bob Callan walking/hiking trail. The beds were very comfortable, the appliances all worked. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed not very well stocked for preparing a variety of meals. Our stay was due to a visit to family in the area and we hope to stay there again.

Clean, modern, convenient
This was a wonderful apartment to come visit my daughter and her boyfriend in the metro Atlanta area. The two large bedrooms and two bathrooms gave ample space for everyone to feel comfortable. Open living, dining, and, kitchen space was wonderful for cooking meals while visiting when we weren't out adventuring at all the nearby attractions. Extremely convenient to freeways, The Battery at Braves Stadium for day and night life activities, and Concerts...all within a 5 minute drive! Mall within 2 miles, nature walks right outside the complex with connecting trails for longer outdoor adventures. Would recommend to for small groups of 2-4 for a wonderful vacation or stay-cation for local events.

Great trip. Only issue - was given only one washcloth for 4 people
Great place to stay. The only issue I had was that we were only given one washcloth and there were four of us. Had sufficient amount of towels but only one washcloth. I went out and bought some and that was that.
