Definitely coming back

Had a great time at this place. House was very nice. Love this time of year for vacation so you don’t have to deal with crowds. We were the only people on the beach within several hundred yards each way. We will definitely be coming back to this one.

Location Location Location!!!

We loved hearing the waves right outside our window! The weather was super hot, so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach, but did enjoy a walk along the water a few times! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had whatever we needed, and host was very responsive to the few minor issues that were easily resolved. The place is very beachy wood beamed ceilings, coastal decor, and plentiful towels and beach supplies. There are stairs between every room and a few spots where some gates or barriers would be needed for small kids. We were there over the 4th and could see fire works from 3 or 4 surrounding towns right from our balcony. It was also turtle nesting season, so we saw many tracks into the water every morning! There are even a couple bunnies around the bushes/grassy area…so cute! Overall a great stay!

Wonderful trip

I can’t wait to get a chance to return for another stay here. There is literally nothing you need to bring besides yourself and your clothes! You are steps away from the ocean, there are many small amenities close by, and the beach is yours alone. We never saw more than a handful of people the whole time we were out. Such a beautiful place to decompress and relax.

Love, love!

We loved everything about our stay at this lovely home on Melbourne Beach! The quiet location was perfect for our family with 4 children. Opening the back door, walking across the short stretch of grass, and straight out to the pristine beach, was awesome. The home is clean, bright, and airy inside, recently painted and updated with lovely furnishings and comfortable beds, has a fantastic and fully appointed kitchen, and was more than enough room for our family of 6. Angela is so kind that we felt like we were staying at a friend’s home! We saw a launch from the beach one evening and sea turtles on the beach every night. The view of the beach is wholly unobstructed, and the sun rises directly in front of the home. The ocean was perfectly clear, the beach was filled with shells, and overall was such a treat for this family that has spent most of our vacation time on Gulf beaches. The garage has chairs, boogie boards, and two bikes. Publix is just 5 minutes away, had fresh shrimp every day, and daily Mass at a welcoming church was right next door. We loved our time together as a family at this beautiful home on this beautiful beach.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Great family spot

Initially had a concern about cleaning upon arrival. Property manager was very responsive and attempted to resolve any problems. Property is beautiful and truly a stone throw away from the beautiful ocean! Kids loved literally running into the backyard to play at the beach!

A Perfect Stay in an Oceanside Paradise

This home provided everything we needed for our month’s stay, steps from the ocean. We enjoyed meals on the back balcony overlooking the ocean and on the front balcony watching the sunset! The sunrises were stunning from the back balcony. We even saw 2 launches during our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed some meals at casual places and more upscale restaurants, but ate mostly “at home” because it was such a beautiful setting. The condo’s private beach is really quiet and great for walking and for collecting beautiful shells! There are plenty of beach items for children and adults to enjoy. There are many options nearby if we wanted to be busy. Our host, Angela, was completely helpful, kind, responsive, and accommodating leaving many suggestions of activities in the binder in the home and being accessible to answer any questions. She and Mike truly work to ensure their guests have a completely enjoyable stay. The home itself and the area are truly comfortable and easy to enjoy. We whole heartedly recommend this wonderful home and our excellent hosts. Thank you to Angela and Mike for making our stay feel like a touch of paradise!!

We had a wonderful week enjoying the beautiful townhome and the quiet of the private beach! Townhome is very comfortable and welcoming, kitchen is well stocked, everything you need for your stay is there ! We will be back!

Pictures don't do the location justice...

What an incredible location. Literally the photos are great but just don't do it justice! The beach is literally out your back door...to the left and then up over a small set of stairs you'll find what feels like a private and expansive beach. There are beach toys and necessities for your use in the garage. Beach toys, boogie boards and chairs, pool noodles and sand toys along with a few coolers and portable charcoal grills. An abundance of thought has been put into this home. My 11 year old boy (who has quite the poker face) took one look around, nodded and then said, "wow, we could totally live here!". Incredibly high praise from a preteen if you know what I mean. Our boys stayed downstairs on two comfy beds. My husband and I in the king upstairs. There is plenty of room to hang out or sneak away for a nap. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed. The basics are taken care of as well as some nice surprises like a crock pot and instant pot. Enough plates and cups for a small army. Across the street from the yummiest ice cream shop and 7-11 for slurpees to cool off with. We thank you for opening up your incredible townhouse to us for the week. We cannot wait to stay with you again if you'll have us!

Opus 21

Angela and Mike’s beachside townhome is tastefully done and well maintained. The unique interior design of the Opus units have always made me feel like I was on a yacht with its multi levels. And I suspect that may have been what the architect had in mind. Combine all that with lovely and professional owner-hosts who truly try their best to ensure a smooth and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Great views!

The checkin process was easy and the owners were prompt with their replies providing detailed information about local attractions and dining which were very helpful. The house was clean and cool in the heat and the views from the living room balcony were amazing! The beach right in front of the house had very few people and was perfect for our kids ages 6-9 to catch some waves on the body board just off the coast in the shallow water!

Best Vacation Yet!

We have all agreed this has been our favorite spot so far! Location! Location! Location! Steps to the beach, any beach accessories you would need including towels are right there for your use. Angela was at tentative and helpful. She even recommended local attractions and restaurants for us! 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful ocean view and fabulous host

We spent six weeks in this townhome. It was "all good." The ocean is steps away and there are views from the first-floor bedroom and patio and the upper-floor living room. The living room view is spectacular - window walls across and a deck with table and chairs. The beach is not crowded; great for walking. There are usually people fishing. The living room furniture and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. The host, Angela, is outstanding - friendly, informative and so responsive. The townhome description makes it very clear that there are steps, so people with small children and anyone who has an issue with steps need to take that into consideration. We are 73 and 75 and had no issue with the steps. In fact, I appreciated the additional daily workout! We will be staying here again next year.

Incredible Ocean Views and Sunsets

Very beautifully decorated with everything you need. Spent many hours looking at the ocean and enjoying the sounds of the waves from the comfortable balcony chairs. Took walks, hung out and swam in the warm clear water of the almost private beach if front of the townhome. Sunsets were beyond beautiful. Second time in Melbourne Beach. We will return and definitely stay here..

We have been visiting Melbourne Beach every single year for over 20 years. Long ago we fell in love with the peaceful beaches. With no hotels in the area, the stretches of beach are quiet and private and offer an ideal place to relax and truly enjoy the beach and the ocean. Although the town is quiet and private, it is still within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, and within minutes of the causeway to the mainland.
