The apartment, a former dance hall of 120 square meters has just been redesigned and decorated by a talented interior architect and designer. Special care has been taken to make everyone feel good.

A double bed (160cm) for the bedroom and 3 single beds on mattresses and tatami for the mezzanine of 12 square meters. For more possibilities, the 3 beds can be separated or put together to offer a double bed and a single bed.

In the summer, you can choose between air conditioning or 4 ceiling fans to cool you down. For your comfort, you will have free internet access.

The apartment is located on Place aux Huiles, which directly overlooks the Vieux Port and the departure of the Ferry Boat (a boat that links the two sides of the Vieux Port, it is the boat making the smallest crossing in the world).

By staying in the apartment you enjoy an ideal location to visit Marseille. Everything can be done by walking and all public transports are less than 5 minutes away. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment. The price is for 2 people sleeping in the same room. Sheets and towels of quality available.

If 2 people want to come, but sleep in 2 separate beds, we will need you to tell us before. There will be an additional cost for the use of an extra pack of sheets and towels (10€).

In love with our city, we are always ready to exchange with you and make you love Marseille in your turn. But we also know how to be discreet if you don’t feel like talking too much.

As far as possible, we make arrivals between 3pm and 6pm.
However, we may not be available to welcome you, in which case we will leave the keys either at the reception of a partner hotel (Hôtel Carré Vieux Port at 6 rue Beauvau), or in a secure key box (on the wall of our agency located at 11 rue Henri Tasso)
Same principle for late arrivals
Keys must be returned to us on the day of your departure at the same place where you collected them.

The accommodation L'Arsenal is managed by Marseille Cocoonr Agency and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival.
