Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß von Playa Burriana, dem schönsten und beliebtesten Strand in Nerja, und nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß von den Restaurants im Stadtzentrum von Nerja entfernt. Der große Supermarkt Mercadona liegt etwa 800 m entfernt. Es ist einfach, einen Parkplatz in der Sackgasse vor der Wohnung zu finden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über alle Einrichtungen, die Sie benötigen: WIFI, Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, TV mit spanischen und internationalen Kanälen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Safe, Kaffeemaschine (Filterkaffee), Tisch und Stühle im Freien für 10 Personen. Es verfügt über einen großen Abstellraum für Koffer, Strand- und Sportgeräte.
Die Wohnung mit eigener Eingangstür besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, wovon 1 mit eigenem Bad von den anderen getrennt ist und die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer nahe beieinander liegen, jedoch mit separatem Bad (1 mit eigenem Bad) zu jedem Schlafzimmer, das dies ermöglicht zu einer perfekten wohnung für 2-3 paare, große familie oder familie mit kindermädchen / au-pair. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß, ca. 60 Quadratmeter. Hier können Sie ab dem Vormittag die Sonne genießen und zwischen Sonne und Schatten (dank einer großen Markise) bis zum Sonnenuntergang wählen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer, die Stadt Nerja und die Berge ist fantastisch!
Sie können den ganzen Tag die Terrasse genießen und e. G. Verwenden Sie es für Ihre Morgengymnastik, Frühstück, Sonnenbaden, Mittagessen im Schatten unter der Jalousie, Sonnenuntergangsgetränk und BBQ-Dinner. Dies ist der perfekte Ort, wenn Sie Ihre eigene Privatsphäre haben oder mit Familie oder Freunden in Kontakt treten möchten. Die Terrasse liegt nach Westen und Süden und neben dieser Wohnung gibt es nur einen Nachbarn (durch eine Mauer getrennt).
Es gibt einen schönen Gemeinschaftspool, der lang genug (ca. 10 Meter) zum Schwimmen ist. Die Küche ist groß und es gibt viel Platz in der Lounge.
Dies ist eine perfekte Wohnung mit Reihenhausgefühl für Sie, die ein geräumiges, komfortables Ferienhaus mit einer herrlichen Terrasse suchen, auf der Sie sich unterhalten und Privatsphäre genießen können, und eine perfekte Lage, von der aus Sie bequem zum Strand und in die Stadt gehen können!

Modern appartement with large roof terrace, with easy access to the beach.

Excellent modern property. We loved the roof terrace. And the three bathrooms. And all the mod cons. The host made sure that we settled in well and the bottle of delicious cava on our arrival was a nice touch.

Lovely apartment with a modern kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, large terrace area and access to a shared swimming pool. Very nice apartment

Short distance to beach and Nerja centrum. We walked back and forth every day. Short distance to supermarket. Tidy and clean apartment, very quiet place. The only thing we missed was some sunbeds at the pool.

Très bel emplacement

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Les photos de l'annonce ne sont pas récentes et ne montrent pas certaines traces de vétusté, mais il est très agréable. La terrasse et la piscine sont de vrais atouts. L'appartement se situe dans un quartier résidentiel qui est calme, ce qui est appréciable. Il est sur les hauteurs de Buriana, il faut donc marcher pour aller à la plage et en centre ville (25 minutes) mais pas besoin d’être un grand sportif.

Très bel emplacement au calme

Quartier extrêmement calme malgré les nombreuses terrasses alentour et le coeur de Nerja, pétillant de vie. Aucun bruit de voitures dans le quartier, ce qui était très appréciable. Pour arriver au centre, un parcours dans de petites ruelles pittoresques. Notez que le relief est loin d'être plat par contre. La location est très bien équipée et Johan est un hôte très attentionné. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour les petits déjeuners et les diners. Les ados ont particulièrement apprécié les rues vivantes et les boutiques de Nerja. La randonnée à la rivière Chillar est magnifique et rafraîchissante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la location.

Great location - great flat

Lovely apartment and excellent communication from the host. In a quiet part of the town with nice views - the pool is very close and the terrace is great. The layout of the flat is great in that it splits the flat almost into two - great if you have two groups, or a teenager. The walk up from the beach or from town is quite steep but good exercise and not a problem if you are able. Parking no problem.

A good option to host in Nerja

A large and well located apartment. It was essential for us to have three bathrooms, and the house has them complete. The terrace is extraordinary, and having breakfast daily or dinner was a pleasure. We used the house as a base to move around the area, and it was very pleasant to arrive in the afternoon at the pool, which was always at our disposal. It is within walking distance to the beach (5-10 min), but keep in mind that there are slopes with steep slopes. An elderly person who came with us could not walk back from the beach (but the problem is not the house; is Nerja's topography). We appreciate the detail of the bottle of cava. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 nella proprietà Joan durante il mese di agosto . L'appartamento è molto confortevole ed estremamente pulito . Le informazioni ricevute da Joan sono state precise e puntuali e ci hanno permesso di gestire l'arrivo all'appartamento in grande autonomia . Il terrazzo è il punto di forza della struttura: ampio e ben organizzato per i pasti all'aperto e riposo e lettura al sole. Unico aspetto al di sotto dello standard dell'appartamento la lavastoviglie un po' vecchiotta . In complesso direi tutto perfetto !

lovely apartment with the best space and view ever.

We stayed in many apartments all over the world, so we can compare this apartment with others.. The space of the terrace of this apartment is huge.The view is fantastic. One site the sea, the other the mountains and in front the nice city of Nerja with the beautiful white houses. So many chairs and even luxury lounge chairs on the terrace.. This apartment is filled with so many equipment. Lots of glasses, tableware. The bedrooms are nice and big enough. Especialy the masterbedroom. The beds are very comfortable.Once a week changing of the bedlinen and towels is also a very nice gesture.The way to the beach or town is for people who have problems with walking or climbing very hard.either by a very steep road or a lot of staircases. For us it was no problem,Good workout every day,but just to be hounest. For people with leg problems it´s better to rent a car. Place enough in the street to park the car. Also at the beach it will be no problem. Also the hosts Johan and Lotta are very friendly and prompt in answering all the questions you can have. We will thank our hosts for their hospitality. In short: next time we go to Nerja, for sure we will book this apartment again!

Lägenheten Casa Verkath motsvarade väldigt väl våra förväntningar på lägenheten. Lägenheten har 3 st fina sovrum med badrum till alla 3 rummen. Detta underlättar mycket när man är flera som bor i lägenheten. Terassen är stor och det är gott om plats att kunna äta där ute eller sola, mycket bra. Lägenheten är välutrustad. WiFi fungerade bra. Kan vara lite jobbigt med backarna ner till stranden om man har svårt att gå. Grottan i närheten av Nerja är värt ett besök. Det gick att hitta mycket bra mat på restaurangerna i centrum The apartment Casa Verkath corresponded very well to our expectations of the apartment. The apartment has 3 nice bedrooms with bathroom to all 3 rooms. This is convenient when a lot of people live in the apartment. The terraces is big and there is plenty of space to eat out there or sunbathing, very good. The apartment is well-equipped. The WiFi worked well. May be a bit hard with the slopes down to the beach if you have problem to to walk. The cave near Nerja is worth a visit. It was easy to find very good food at the downtown restaurants

Lovely apartment in Nerja!

We had a lovely summer holiday at this apartment! The comprehensive description in the HomeAway listing is 100% accurate. The owner Johan gave excellent instructions on how to use all the facilities in the apartment and checked everything was ok for us. When we arrived it had been cleaned very well for us (by a property services agent for the owner). It's in a great location in Nerja town, we could easily walk to Burijana beach and Nerja old town and didn't need to hire a car for the stay - although sometimes in the evenings we got a taxi back. The good size of the property suited our party of 5 very well (family of 2 parents, adult son with partner and our teenage daughter). The best feature was the sunbathing terrace (larger than most surrounding properties). We enjoyed barbeque evenings on the terrace, with a proper big barbeque grill! One important thing for our Instagram, Snapchat and Netflix addicted family - there is excellent fast Wi-Fi connection throughout the property and terrace! The pool was very good too. It's not far, directly opposite and down a few steps, and it was clean and well maintained. More often than not we had the pool to ourselves. It was easy enough to take a couple of beach chairs (available in the apartment store) to the pool. Not a problem. Nerja is a lovely town, with plenty of places to eat and drink for young and old. We enjoyed several tapas restaurants, there are recommendations given by the owner. I would be pleased to recommend Casa Verkath to my friends and family.

Väldans trevlig lägenhet

Lägenheten är bra disponerad med sina 3 sovrum / badrum och har bra utrustning för egen matlagning. Masterbäddrummets nya dubbelsäng är mycket bra. En fantastisk tillgång är den stora altanen som har solmöjlighet större delen av dagen. Men Nerja är kuperat så har man tillgång till egen bil så underlättar det på många sätt. Parkering på gatan utanför ingången fungerade utan problem. Numera finns en ny Matvaruaffär - Mercadona på promenadavstånd. Värden Johan gjorde allt för att underlätta vistelsen. Utförlig information om boendet samt alltid snabb i kontakten.

Comfortable stay in lovely Nerja near Burriana Bea

Spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to Burriana beach, restaurants and shops. Quite close also to the picturesque old town, just down the hill and up another slope. Very friendly and attentive owner, who made our stay even more worthwhile. Would gladly recommend this holiday-let to friends and relatives. :-)

So relaxing and quiet

Our family have just had a superb holiday in this wonderful apartment. In total there were six of us but the apartment is so spacious that we could either all sit, eat and chat together or find a quiet space to read. The terrace (and awning) is absolutely fabulous and we spent all day just enjoying the view. Johan was very helpful, organised and polite, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone

A home from home, immaculately clean.

This apartment is the jewel in the crown of Nerja. Beatutifully appointed apartment with lots of space. The sun terrace afforded fantastic views of the mountains and the sea. Many a balmy night was spent there enjoying dinner in this lovely apartment. The awning was a great addition as it gave lovely shade during the day. The owner Johan could not have been more helpful and provided us with all the information we needed covering the apartment and town of Nerja. Our family of four spent a super week discovering the lovely coves, bars and restaurants in Nerja. We especially enjoyed eating the paella in Ayo's restaurant by the beach. Great value and lovely food. We would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful apartment to any of our friends. Go raibh maith agat Johan !

Fantastic apartment

We had seven brilliant days in this apartment. We were travelling with our two young children (3 1/2 and almost 2) and my husband's parents. The apartment has a great layout and the terrace is as fantastic as the pictures show. The apartment is really well equipped, from kitchen equipment to 3 bathrooms. Before we arrived Johan gave us lots of helpful information from things to do in the local area, how things in the apartment worked, maps for collecting the keys and he couldn't have been more helpful. I loved being able to see the sea and the mountains from the terrace, being able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside was great, as was the awning to provide shade. We loved lazy time at the beach and wandering to the old part of Nerja. We also all enjoyed the caves and an evening trip to Frigiliana. The restaurant recommendations gave us confidence about places to try. We are now torn between wanting to explore more with the boys, or knowing that we could book again and have another amazing week in this fantastic place. Thanks again for your information, I'd not hesitate to recommend the apartment to friends and family.

Amazing stay! Location, beach and mountains!

We decided to stay close to Playa Burriana wich is close to the beach in Nerja. We ecxpected a smaller apartment! This was spacious, bright and foremost clean. This is a perfect place for the a getaway but it would would serve well for a larger family or even more. It has a spacious feel and the three bathrooms. This apartment is situated right over Burriana beach and just a short walk from the city centre. We enjoyed the warm days and even nights from the really huge terrace from wich we enjoyed many sunrises and sunsets. The view of the Andalucian mountain range Sierra Almijara couldnt have been more perfect, We will go back and we already recommended Nerja and this area to our friends! I am a Swedish citizen, but I live in Spain with my wife and one of our sons.
I have been in Nerja on vacations during 35 years. We have mostly stayed in my parents apartment until we bought this apartment in end of October 2015.
I like to be outdoor and come to Nerja with my family as often as possible. I know Nerja and the surroundings pretty well and I would be delighted to share things to do and places to see, where to eat and drink etc.
I let the apartment together with my wife Lotta. We do also have 2 other properties (1 townhouse with its own private pool for 8 persons and 1 beautiful luxury villa with roof terrace and panoramic views for 10 persons) at the same street, Calle Lucena in Nerja.

For me and Lotta it is very important to have very satisfied tenants, who will come back as tenants also during the next years. This has so far resulted in 38 excellent reviews at another well known web site.

I have been on vacation in this area, lower part of Calle Lucena, for more than 25 years. I have during a long time admired the perfect location of the apartments on the east side of Calle Lucena due to the perfect location, with great view and with its high and sunny location where you can see the sun sets behind the mountains.
The location is also perfect when you want to walk down to the beach (6 minutes) or if you want to walk into the genuine town center (15 minutes).
The best thing with the apartment is the huge terrace (approx 60 square meters) with a fantastic view towards sea, town and mountains. The bedrooms are spacious with large wardrobes. It gives a luxury feeling to have 1 separate bathroom to each bedroom. Both salon and kitchen are large. The apartment is very bright. WIFI, TV, air condition in all rooms and safety box, wash machine and dishwasher makes this apartment to very comfortable holiday home.
