Unser Haus ist ein wunderbarer Zufluchtsort im tropischen Florida in der Nähe von Disney in einer Wohnanlage. Es gibt 6 Schlafzimmer, 5 ½ Bäder und ein Spielzimmer. Die Couch im vorderen Raum kann bei Bedarf in ein zusätzliches Bett umgewandelt werden. Der Pool und das Spa befinden sich direkt vor der Hintertür und bieten eine hervorragende Möglichkeit, den Tag zu beenden. Wir finden das Empfangszentrum zum Resort eine schöne Abwechslung zum Spa. Mit großem Pool, Spielzimmer, Theater, Minigolfplatz, Basketballplatz und Tiki-Bar für ein kleines Abendessen oder einen Drink. Das Resort befindet sich in günstiger Lage zu vielen Restaurants und Geschäften (ein Wal-Mart ist weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt)

A lovely spacious house in a great community.

The property offers light and airy accommodation on a resort close to all the attractions with a clubhouse on site.The hosts’ communication before and during our stay was excellent and the property management team were helpful and responsive.For the sake of balance, I will mention the following:Although well cleaned, the house did appear grubby in places due to the tired decor and worn furniture in some rooms. We had a number of issues with items that were broken but the hosts arranged replacements straight away.The house is very big and would comfortably accommodate a large party. That said, the pool area is quite tight by comparison and wouldn’t, in my opinion, suit more than six people.The mattress in the downstairs master does need replacing but was okay for a short stay.We really enjoyed our stay and thank the hosts for their support during our stay.

We would recommend this house to anyone and stay here without a doubt. Owner was super responsive and extremely timely in response. The gated community is a nice feeling.

Need larger soap bars. Comforters need cleaning. Rooms upstairs very hot needed to be cooler. Ceiling fans need to be cleaned. The water is not drinkable.

Great place, but couldn’t use the pool

The house is very spacious, which it was great for my family members. The host is very responsive. Good location. Unfortunately, We chose this house with pool due we wanted to use it, but the pool’s water was always green during our staying, not suitable for us to take a bath. Also, house requires more cleaning on ceiling fans.

Overall good other than the pool being green.

Everything was I was expected! The pool was green, we ran into the pool cleaners, though who are super friendly and did tell us that it was safe to go in, it was just taking a while for them to balance the numbers. We decided to use community pool since it was so close And very nice. Overall worth it for the price.

Great location!

House was well stocked. Walmart was close by and the location to the Disney parks was perfect! The pool was an amazing way to relax after a long day at the parks!

Listing is not accurate

The house is very old: popcorn ceilings, old spring mattresses that were very uncomfortable, blinds kept out no light, mold in the shower. The hot tub is not hot. Be forewarned after paying for extra to have it heated the owner told me he will only heat it to 92 degrees at best. They also charge you money to park in the neighborhood which the listing does not disclose. The house is quaint and clean. Checkin process was very easy. The tv was very old and not even streaming so bring your own streaming device if you want to watch tv. There are other houses we have stayed in the area that were so much better. I would highly recommend moving on this one but buyer beware.

Our stay was awesome, the host was and is very responsive and was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay! My only disappointment was some of the pictures on the listing didn’t match what the actual house looked like. But aside from that everything else was great, would definitely book again!

Great Home

This was a great home for our extended stay in Kissimmee. Check in was very slick. The owner was very supportive and responsive. Pool at the house was great and the community pool at the resort clubhouse was a great spot with a tiki bar! Beds were very comfortable.

The house was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom for the group. The location was great cental to everything we needed (walmart, walgreens, restaurants, Old Town). The communication with the hostes Mike and Penny were fantastic. They answered our emails immediately. Once again thank you Mike and Penny for a wonderful vacation!

Nice family space

We had a great time everything was great other than the management co. Never cleaned pool we only were able to swim in it one time till it turned green ,we swam alot in the resort area we enjoyed going there which was only a 3 min walk. i called for a vaccumm for pool and a broom to sweep the house up during the week management never called back

A True Private Gem!

This home had everything that was listed and more the communication and information book was so informative and detailed. Michael also answered any questions we had Also it sat in a beautiful gated community. This home is a definite gem , This is our yearly get a way if Michael has any availability for us. A home away from home IF I had a fabulous indoor hot tub and pool.😊

Very lovely and nice house

The property was clean and nice. There was a leak in the ceiling, however once I called the property management they were going to deal with it. The listing said two full beds in one room but all the double rooms had twin beds. Check in was a breeze and the community amenities was fantastic. Also all the beds could definitely use new mattresses. They were old and you could feel all the springs. Everything else was great. I really loved having such a nice washer and dryer to keep all our clothes clean. I would definitely rent this house again.

So close to the parks and the development is beautiful. Clubhouse accommodations were great. Home was spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Friendly neighbors. Would certainly stay there again!

A perfect multi family house

We loved our stay here while we were having a family trip to Disney world! I was so relieved that it felt even bigger and better in person, sometimes photos end up disappointing but this spacious house fit us all very comfortably! I loved how many bathrooms there were and having the two master kings and a queen with en suit was perfect for our three families. I will save this listing to visit in the future! Thank you!!

Bad Vacation Rental Villa - Terra Verde Kissimmee

This property needs to be avoided . It is not a nice vacation home, it desperately needs money spending on it. The pool area is the worst. Filthy floor, pool was not cleaned, furniture is dire, two loungers but no useable cushions. Beds atrocious, creaky and noisy. Towels tiny and cheap. The best way to understand is to see my video review which you will find in a search engine if you use the above title or name. Owner knows the problems but won't help. Games room is horrible, furniture is stained. The resort is amazing but you need you book a different house!
