Enjoyable Stay

Jessica and Tyler are wonderful hosts. The unit is just the right size and they were available for questions and suggestions in a minutes notice. Offered great ideas for meals and activities to do during our stay. We packed a lot into our mom and sons trip and made fun memories during our Nash-Vegas stay.

Great location! Just a 15 minute walk to downtown and Broadway but in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was a bonus and made it easy for us to explore other parts of the Nashville area. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in Nashville by Broadway

We had a great stay at this place in Nashville. We were in town for two nights to enjoy the music and vibe of Nashville’s Broadway area. Place was well appointed, great location with Broadway being a short walk, nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Perfect place for our girls trip!

We had a great experience staying here. It was an all girls trip, so I was concerned about safety, but this is in a nice neighborhood and still close to downtown. It was awesome to come back to a well-kept and comfortable place. Our teenage girls loved the loft area!

First Visit to Nashville

We had a wonderful time for our first visit to Nashville. We wanted to be able to walk most of the time and our place was perfect for that. Easy walk to Broadway. Having gated parking included with our place was a very nice added benefit. The place was clean, check in/check out was very easy. Communication with the hosts was excellent!

Hello! Thank you for considering our homes! Our homes are in fantastic locations, carefully chosen areas where we would live ourselves. They are not in "transitional" areas and feature special touches to create a memorable vacation experience.

East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub, accommodating up to 12 guests.
Nine trendy and centrally located downtown condos, all in the same complex, accommodating 4-8 people each.
Oceanfront condo in Panama City Beach.
Amazing private cabin in the mountains.
We enjoy exploring new places and have a range of hobbies. Currently, my favorite is wake surfing, while Tyler is an avid scuba diver. Weekends at the lake on our houseboat are another favorite pastime. Personally, I'm into hot yoga, and Tyler enjoys running in our neighborhood. In addition to hosting on Airbnb, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and work as a local realtor, specializing in helping women purchase their first homes. Tyler is a realtor and a proud Nashville native. He is always available to assist our guests and can help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation.

We are huge fans of the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans, attending many of their games. Music holds a special place in our hearts, and we frequently attend shows, often securing last-minute tickets. Lastly, we are overjoyed to be the proud parents of our baby girl, Lillie!
