Willkommen in Ihrem neuen Zuhause. Just home wurde gerade im März 2020 bei VRBO gelistet!
Dieses Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern und 2. Etage befindet sich nur 2 Blocks vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Wir befinden uns nur wenige Schritte von den Restaurants in der Innenstadt, dem Minigolf und der legendären Einkaufsstraße Asbury Ave entfernt. Sie sind nur wenige Gehminuten von allem entfernt, was Sie in der Stadt brauchen, die zum größten Familienresort Amerikas gewählt wurde, Ocean City NJ !!
Die Stadt hat eine Reihe von Stränden und eine Promenade mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Vergnügungsparks. Gillians Wonderland Pier bietet klassische Fahrten wie das Riesenrad. In Playlands Castaway Cove gibt es mehrere Achterbahnen und Minigolf. Im Süden lockt der Corson Inlet State Park mit Wanderwegen und einem Bootsanleger Watvögel in seine Dünen und Feuchtgebiete. Ocean City hat für jeden etwas zu bieten und wir befinden uns mitten im Herzen!

Great beach house

Great location right on central, easy walk to beach or short drive to the bay. House is in great condition and owner is very responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a great location

Beautiful 2nd floor home, very spacious. Loved that two rooms had their own bathrooms. The porch was awesome, loved that half was covered. Great spot for walking to the boardwalk or asbury shops/restaurants. Was located right near Ocean city coffee company on Asbury, which was a perfect way to start my morning. Would stay again!

Great location for Ocean City boardwalk and beach.

We stayed for a weekend trip to ocean city with 5 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of room in the 4 bedroom and 3 bath condo. We didn’t use the kitchen very much because we wanted to eat manco pizza everyday! Enjoyed the porch seating in the mornings and evening. The garage and parking spot worked well for two vehicles and then we drove around to find parking for the other cars. By Sunday we figured out to move the other vehicles to central Avenue and just pay the parking meters with the park mobile app. The air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room made for a comfortable place during a very hot weekend. The garage had a beach cart, at least five beach chairs and three or four beach umbrellas to use. Clean, comfortable, spacious and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Short Stay!

We were attending a local wedding and it was much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. We had 6 adults and 2 children. We left an item after we checked our and Missy was very responsive in arranging for us to get it back. Thank you!

Fantastic Trip, great house and location

My sister and I along with our 7 kids between us were able to spend a few great days in OC making memories. Not many rentals allow for just a few nights so I was thrilled to be able to book this house. With so many kids, teens & tweens, the house was perfect with its big table, bar stools and patio. The location was great with the beach and boardwalk just a short walk along with shopping and restaurants just one block! The patio was a quiet spot in the evenings and we liked being able to relax. The beach tags and chairs for the beach were an added bonus. Contact with host was seamless, no issues. I would absolutely book again.

Great place for family vacation

We had a very nice time at this OCNJ property! We found it very spacious with plenty of room for my husband, two kids and in-laws. Three bathrooms makes showering after the beach a breeze ! Beds were comfortable and it was a short 5 minute walk to boardwalk:) The kitchen was well stocked except for wine glasses (there was only 1). We had a lovely time and would stay again:)

Great house Checked all the boxes.

Me and my family as well as my Best friend and his family come to ocean city every year for the last 7 years and always have a great time. This year was no different , we needed an extra bedroom from prior years since the kids getting older and got this house. This house had the 3 bedrooms we needed also 3 bathrooms came in very handy. The outdoor balcony was great for unwinding after long days on the board walk. The 2 parking spots definitely was awesome as well. The host was quick to respond to our questions and accommodated our needs. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

This was our first family vacation and this was the perfect spot for 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 4! This condo was much bigger than we expected. Plenty of space to sleep and for the kids to play when we came back from the beach. The patio was a specious spot for the adults once the kids went to bed. A short 5/10 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach or around the block from the cutest downtown with shops and restaurants. The only thing that would make this place better would be if linens and towels were provided but we brought our own which was perfectly fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and our entire family had a great time. Lots of room, which was good since it rained 2 days and we had 3 children under age 2 to entertain. Convenient parking for 2 cars and an easy walk to the boardwalk. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful house, great stay!

The property was very nice and looked just like the listing pictures. The well stocked kitchen made our stay much more comfortable. There was plently of space and storage, garage was conveniently stocked with beach chairs and gear, and the street/neighborhood was nice and quiet. The space is in second floor which made carrying all our belongings up a few flights a little tricky, but the two balconies are worth it. I would definitely recommend this house to other larger groups!

Really solid spot for an OC weekend

This condo has everything you need to enjoy the heart of OCNJ. Four spacious bedrooms and several bathrooms, high-ceiling living room. Kitchen has an island and a large table, and a balcony with plenty of seating. It's a five minute walk to the beach. Literally the only downsides are linens not being provided.

Great for family and friends

Stayed 4 nights early summer with 2 young kids and friends with their daughter. Location great for walking to beach and boardwalk, including little pier for rides. Bedrooms nicely spaced away from social area, kids never woke up from noise in kitchen / living room. Kitchen and living room area with high ceiling made it feel really big. Nice outdoor area. Remember to bring your own linens and towels, and kitchen foil, plastic wrap, etc

Everything was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and still have their space in individual rooms. Host was incredibly attentive to any questions and was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place again, and would look at staying again for future trips!

Great Location

It was wonderful to just park the car and walk to the shops, restaurants and boardwalk. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with our morning coffee. The property was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very responsive, accommodating, informative and pleasant.

Perfection!

This house is absolutely beautiful and well maintained, spacious and inviting. The location could not be better. The homeowner has literally provided everything that you could need, and then some. We will 100% be returning next year. Cannot recommend enough.
