This main level has a King bedroom, as well as a bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a shower and tub.
A set of stairs leads up to the Master Suite Loft with a King bed and full bath. Views of the lake can be seen through the double doors of this suite.
A set of stairs leads down from the main level to a walkout basement area with a pool table, game table, large sectional couch and TV. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor - a King bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The full bathroom for this floor is located in the laundry area and has a shower. A second refrigerator is in this room as well.
The basement leads out to a large covered patio with a swinging bed - perfect for reading and relaxing. There is also a large outdoor shower and changing room off this patio.
Take the gently sloping walkway down to the boat dock and sandy beach area. Here you can sit in the shade at the dock bar with great lake views or get some sun in one of the 4 lounge chairs or 4 Adirondack chairs. The water right off the end of the dock is 7 feet deep (gets deeper as you swim out) and is ideal for swimming, floating and fishing. The large sandy beach is the perfect entry for younger children to play in the water. There is ample room on the beach to launch/park your wave runner, jet skis, canoes or kayaks. A sea kayak is provided for your use. The beach includes a volleyball court and is great for family games like badminton, cornhole and bocce ball.
This home is located within one of the premier subdivisions on the NC side of the lake between mile marker 5 and 6. The neighborhood is perfect for walking, jogging, & biking. There is a boat ramp right in the neighborhood. Our dock has an extra boat slip and an area with boat cleats for your use (The owner's boat lifts will not be accessible).
This home is about a 10 minute drive to the nearby town of Littleton, NC.
